Spotlessly clean and super-friendly host

Spotlessly clean, friendly hosts and great location. Spent all my time at the Mount Lavinia Hotel nearby. Great to have access to a fridge and washing machine.

No plates or cutlery provided. You also don't get your own front door key so I felt like a teenager who had to be back before the curfew.

Nice, clean and comfortable rooms only 100m from Mt Levinia beach.

Only 100m from Mt Levinia beach. Only 20 minutes by car to Colombo city center (e.g. Fort railway station). Modern, large and comfortable rooms with AC, toilette and shower. There is an area with table, fridge and water heater and a sofa which can be used jointly. Very friendly host, breakfast is amazing, if you like also with local stuff.

Modern guesthouse with warming hosts

Very new and modern rooms, close to the beach. The hosts are super warming and friendly. Good location for the arrival day/last day.

A mosquito net over the bed would have been great.

Clean, good location and friendly people

It was super clean and such a good location. Perfect for when you are starting you holiday/travels in Sri Lanka or when you are leaving. The staff were very kind too.

We forgot to buy some water on our way back to the room, and whilst the staff was so kind to give us some, it seemed much more expensive then when you would buy it in the supermarket. Other than that, it was perfect.

Best way to arrive in a new country.

I liked the friendly atmosphere of the family. Saman picked me up at the airport and drove my friend and I to the South a day after. This accommodation is ideal if you want a comfortable arrival before heading to other places in Sri lanka or if you want to have a few calm days in Colombo. The rooms are clean and cosy. It is a three minute walk from the beach and you get to see the railway which I found very charming.

I liked it all.

The warm showers and the sea breeeze and sounds of the sea waves were great. Very quiet an very comfortable beds . Great hospitality..wood apple icecream juice was lovely n the sirlankan food also.

Need someone to help to carry luggage to 1st floor and regular cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms is required.
