Main cabin is big and sound, all cabins equipped with fridge, yard is spacious and private, good location
Poor maintenance, limited service, no barbecue necessities available
8.0
Quite place with several cabins around. Not far away from main sights of Bruce peninsula. Has a shared outdoor fireplace with some chairs and firewood.
The cabin itself was a bit small, just room for bed, small table and that's it.

There was nothing to like . It's a scam . Don't take the bait.
Nothing at all it was the worst experience in 51 years of traveling.

at least they had a bbq.
expensive for what they offered. We had to buy toilet paper as it ran out the first day we got there. They don't offer any type of kitchen utilities except a BBQ outside and 1 coffee machine in only one of the rooms.
8.0
The fire pit at the back, the spacious room and the comfortable beds.
the scratched wooden floor, makes it looks dirty

Very satisfied with the stay. Everything was clean. Free firewood for fireplace available.

No Breakfast, No water, No nothing, - we have to find or buy and take ourselves
The Electric Trip went off, when we switched on Microwave.
There is not enough lighting to go to bath/toilets in night
Too much Insects - may be ok as its cabin hotel

The location was close to the park and the harbour. It was just off the road and convenient. There is a communal firepit in the middle of 3/4 cabins. The room is clean and comfy.
The cabin exterior is old and dated, although the interior clean and neat. The room rate is over-priced given linen service was not included. There were towels present but oddly, the notice specified there would be additional charges if we use it. We didn't bother and used our own sleeping bags and towels instead. As far as the title"Unique", that was the unique part? Overall, I don't think we would stay again. The price was just not worth it. At over 200/nt, plus additional fees for our dog and having to use our own sleeping bag and towels? Also, the cabin was next to the staff cabins which made us felt at times uncomfortable for fear we may disturb their rest. The communal fire pit is nice for some but again not for everyone. Someone saw fit to hang their wet underwear next to their cabin which surround the fire pit. The cabin was also away from the main building which appear newer, nicer with nice garden picnic area. It just seems that our particular area is an older part of the site. Unfortunately, that was not communicated or reflected.

nothing.
Way overpriced, dirty, mattress was terrible, old moldy cabin. Common area filthy and unorganized. No staff on premises, you have to go to another hotel to pick up your key. No table to eat on in the room. No television. BBQ on site was filthy and cooking utensils on the ground, left unclean. Charge extra $45 for our dog.
I would go out of my way to ensure no one ever stays there again

Location
Everything!!!
Cabins are claustrophobic and very old. This property is not well maintained. It is not worth the money, you are sleeping in the storage shed.

I like that there were two bedrooms with a main Central Area. And that there was a coffee maker and fridge
We could hear the people in the unit next door and there wasn't even great privacy because we could see through a shared window between the units. The unit overall was tired with the flooring lifting and areas that need painted plus very dated furniture and fixtures. The electrical wasn't great because you could not use multiple appliances at once. The space where the toilet is was very narrow. The bathtub was Stained on the bottom. The lock on the door was not a deadbolt. The main room wasn't really very cozy oh, the only seating was upright chairs and a dining table, no sofas, and there was no door mat to prevent debris from being tracked indoors. It is good to know. There is no television. There is not one listed but this is something that could be easily overlooked because typically you would expect there to be one. These would not have been such a big deal if we had paid less, but considering we were in the off-season, we expected better for the price.

There was severe mold on the walls in bathroom and toilet leaked around the base. We both ended up with headaches and cough. We realize it was fall but not a soul was around to communicate with. Definitely not worth price we paid. $700 for three nights?

Breakfast was not included but we just did not have it, used sandwiches for lunch in the nature, parks. Room was exceptionally clean, staff friendly and unbelievable fast. We asked for hear drier and additional coffee and it was delivered to the room in less than 2 minutes. I stayed in high class hotels but never witnessed such fast service
The area around cabin is not well organized. The part of the parking and entrance were muddy although there was a pile of wood chips that could be used to cover it. The old snowmobile, dishwasher, broken chair are thrown in the woods around cabins. It does not take a lot of energy and effort to make it exceptionally clean and representable. Generally front yards and backyards and not representable in the town. It is not easy to find nicely landscaped yards in the town.

We loved how clean the unit was. The cleaning staff was thorough and super friendly. We loved the size and spaciousness. Everything you need for a home away from home. The beds were comfortable. Loved the escape to Tobermory with no tv, a nice unplug. We loved how close to everything the place was. Easy to get to the harbour and the hiking trails. We had a nice fire in the backyard. It was nice to enjoy the company of other patrons. It felt a lot like life before covid. Socially distanced outside of course. That was an awesome touch. Loved the little details that made the place feel like home.
The room adjoining ours was noisy. There was a stained glass window that you could see through connecting the two units. It was connected to the kitchen though so not a huge deal. A little bit of an issue with privacy, you could hear everything in the unit next door.

Unique setup, very clean, and the location was amazing!

Location is good.
The cabinets are comfortable.
The common space is nice too.
We know that due to COVID restrictions the servicesl was limited but the staff wasn't able even to clean the external trash bins, to provide more toilet paper or coffee to the coffee machine. I was expecting a little bit more care with customers for the high price we paid for 4 nights.

Excellent place and well located. Many activities to do on site- campfire and grill was provided.
Some extra lighting in backyard would enhance the stay.
8.0
Location. Friendly staff. Big room.
Might benefit from some renovations and a new mattress.
