Bonito y cómodo. Vale la pena

Muy bonita habitación con todas las comodidades, muy limpia y con mucha tranquilidad. Javier nos atendió de lujo muy atento siempre.

Le falta un poco de mantenimiento a las alberca. Nos hospedamos un lunes y apenas ese día la limpiaron. El agua estaba un tanto turbia y no prendieron la calefacción

No es casa y mucho menos de “artistas” de las peores estancias para bodas o pareja.

Ubicación

1) Las suites no corresponden a suites solo por tener una cama queen o king. 2) la tarifa se nos hizo alta para lo que te dan 3) la alberca muy sucia un viernes en la tarde 4) casi nos echan a perder prendas para una boda ya que al solicitar nos dieran una plancha, esta estaba muy sucia y emitía óxido! 5) El domingo en la tarde noche nos dejaron completamente solos en toda la propiedad, no había otros huéspedes y mucho menos alguien de administración o seguridad, apagaron todo, ni los pasillos dejaron luz, nos sentimos seriamente vulnerables por la inseguridad de la zona y ellos que nos dejaron abandonados y sin avisar absolutamente nada, solo tenían un portero y ya. Decidimos salirnos a otro lugar a las 10pm por cuestiones de serio riesgo. Terrible que un hotel te haga eso.

El lugar es lindo

Poco personal, lentos, caro para el servicio que tienen , de noche el hotel fantasma no hay nadie , lleve un grupo de boda y no toman en cuenta cómo planner un descuento o mi habitación como cortesía . No saben resolver . Varios de mis huéspedes tuvieron que cargar sus maletas a su habitación como yo

Fantastic relaxing break

Wonderful stay, Fernando and Francisco were so helpful and friendly over the course of our stay. Beautiful grounds, very clean rooms and building.

As others mention the wifi is not great but the signal is not amazing anywhere in town was a nice excuse to detox for a few days

Overall good

This is a small hotel with only 15 rooms. It is great if you don’t want to be around a lot of noise. It has a restaurant, a pool, a small gym, bar and one shared living room. The food is really good and it’s not expensive. It is close to the town and closer to the bus station. The Rooms are really clean and also you have a big green area.

It does not have a good internet connection so it’s not a good option if you’re planning to work in the hotel. The only place with internet is in the lobby but in your room you will not have internet. The cellphone signal is also pretty bad. You can receive sms and WhatsApp but just that. The pool had a lot of dust but it was due to a the windy time in Tepoztlán

The place is quite, clean, and has plenty of space

The water in the pool was so cold. You can't bring your own drinks to the pool, you have to buy from their bar, but beers were warm and the liquor is limited to some not so good ones. The room we got was in front of reception and next to the door out, our view was the parking lot :( We didn't try the food, people that ate in there told us not to, it wasn't good
