MEJOR IMPOSIBLE

La proximidad a la estación de transporte La limpieza del apartamento Las comodidades que tiene el apartamento Te dan varios juegos de toallas, mantas y sábanas. Hay secador y la cocina está completa Deberían subir el sueldo al personal de limpieza , ya que viajo mucho y nunca he encontrado un apartamento tan limpio.

Las almohadas podrían ser mejorables.

Sehr gut; Preis-Leistung stehen im richtigen Verhältnis.

Das Apartment war sehr ruhig. Der Zugang mit Schlüsselcode war unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung war guter Standard. Das Telefongespräch mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Parkplätze waren auch spät abends noch zu finden. Insgesamt ein rundum guter Aufenthalt.

Die direkte Umgebung des Apartments bietet wenig Möglichkeiten um Frühstücken oder etwas trinken zu gehen. Das Zentrum Bochums ist aber fußläufig erreichbar. Insofern war es für uns kein großer Nachteil.

Top location near city center, free parking on street, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again if visiting Bochum.

Only thing missing to make it a top stay is a washing machine.

Great week in Bochum and a great place to stay!

Property was very modern and clean, it had everything you needed for it to feel like a home away from home. It felt great value for money. Just a short walk from lots of bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed Bochum in general too.

Very nice, quiet locality with lot of parking places. Safe streets even in friday/saturday nights. You can leave car here and in 20 minutes you are in city centrum by foot. Apartment is nice, comfortable. Recommended.

Nice and comfy stay

+Nice and modern apartment, really comfy and with all facilites. +Easy check-in through a lockbox, which is perfect for late check-ins. +The heater was already on when we arrived, which was such a detail.

- Checkout was so early (at 10am), should be around 12 like other places.

Loved it, will come back!

Super clean - smells excellent, spacious, we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped and TV is smart so we could watch Netflix in the evening because it was cold and rainy outside. We loved the window blinds. Penny market is just around the corner, the city center is 10 minutes away on foot and there's a wonderful Harry Potter-themed tattoo parlour nearby :D

If I were to nitpick, I wish it was a bit warmer in the apartment when we arrived, but I understand the current situation with heating in Germany and can't say this was a major turnoff. I respect that the homeowner respects the situation, too. I wish there were slippers in the apartment and that's all.

It has good location - very close to Bochumer Verein station ( 305, 302 line from Hbf- just two stops) or some 10 minutes walk from Rathaus. It is solidly equipped apartment on the 1st floor in a small residential building. Clean and well maintained, perfect for a family.

They miss a pan for baking in a oven. All other is good

Everything was lovely! It was a very cozy apartment and the location was excellent; under 10 minutes away from downtown. Well equipped and very clean.

A slight issue with the parking. There is one right in front of the apartment, but that was always occupied. So we asked one of the neighbours, that eventually showed up to be very kind, for a nearby parking and he showed us a parking place at 2 minutes from the location. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Location is superb for Bochum town centre. Amenities very close by. Lots of free street parking around the property. The Apartment was clean & very user friendly. I would definitely recommend this property for Bochum stay.

A nice reprieve in the middle of Bochum with plenty of space for one to two people.

The location of the apartment is a reasonable 10-12 minute walk to the tram stop. It is also very close to the main downtown stretch. It's a beautiful apartment in a quiet neighborhood.

Grabbing the keys seems "easy" but I was missing some instruction. I'm still not sure if there is another button you need to press after submitting the code, but I called the support number and they were able to remotely drop the keys.

The Location was the best ! We stayed in Haus 4 with a good view to the mountains. The room was clean with comfortable beds. They provided us with fan on request. We will definitely come back !! 10/10 sehr Zufrieden !!

Our Balcony was quite small compared to the adjacent rooms, so felt little congested.

It's really amazing. The room is really beatiful, useful and convenient. It beyond my expectation.

The location of this apartment is really good. It's not far from the supermarket and the square. Moreover, It feels safe. The room is really beautiful and provided everything. The room is so clean. Well, this room makes me feel amazing and this cost is not expensive for this valuable room. I really recommend this apartment.

Excellent value for money in the heart of Bochum

excellent value for money. it is quiet, easy parking, and very central: the city and its main attractions are in walking distance. there is a giant and fantastic playground for those with small children (including a real fire station at the back), and some great restaurants around the neighbourhood.
