High cost, regular Quality

Friendly host and cleaning personal

The state of the paint on the walls of the room, the bedding, the minimum space to move inside the room, some difficulties with water pressure and hot water. The parking lot limited the entry and exit of vehicles at some point by blocking the exit due to limited capacity. The street door needed to be closed with a little force which generated uncomfortable noise depending on the schedule and the force applied

Disappointing if you think of it as a Hotel. If you think of it as a Hostel, it’s OK.

Everything was clean and the staff at night was nice.

This is not a Hotel. It is a Hostel and should be advertised as such. Everything was clean but things were cheaply built, so were damaged or didn’t work. For example, the shower worked but it splashed water all over. The closet worked, yet the light was broken. The room had only two power plugs, they worked, yet one of the covers came off every time I unplugged something from it. The bathroom flush worked the first day, then it broke. Looked into it and was just cheaply stuck it was meant to break eventually. Staff during the day (might have been the owners) had no idea about hospitality, so they were just there hanging out. My only complaint is that the rooms were cold, specially the bathroom.

Not hotel, hostel or backpacker maybe

The only good was the maid, Eli was the dream nany who everyone wants to had, every other aspect was awful, the managers rude, and the prices was not respected as booking says, they demand the cost of the room plus the commission of booking.

From day one, bed on room 301 has a bad mattress, bathrooms clogged, and no pressure of water on any hour of the day. Overall experience 0,5/10

Friendly staff

Third floor it rained. A light rain began aroud midnight, the room leaked in the middle of a bed. We have changed rooms, but in more than one room there was evidence of previous leaks, lack of maintenance and repairs
