Need to work on all areas

The property seems a little run down. The AC did not work well. The fan was very noisy. Needed service.

Not a smile on their faces. The breakfast can be better. No airport transfers. It costed me 816 rupees for a 5 km drive to the airport

It was comfortable, could have been better with improvements in Breakfast.

Breakfast was basic. But the dinner was really Nice.

Breakfast needs major improvement. A little too basic. Chennai is city of brilliant Cuisine. Add few of them at least.

AC was not working, cockroach mosquito in AC deluxe room, so bad hygiene environment

The location is next to the bus station. Walking distance. The staff was very friendly.

It was very noisy. There was a bachelor party in the hotel on that evening. The rooms could be renovated and get fresh painting.

Just the outside of the property is renovated, interior is very poor and very old. Bed and sheets are very unpleasant. Breakfast was average. Not recommend for family and people traveling for professional work

big rooms

smell in rooms. cockroaches everywhere even in dining area. poorly maintained hotel. people already mentioned about above in reviews but no improvement by the management. we had to stay for another 4 nights but left immediately after our booking over for 2 nights.

Please don't book this hotel even you have last one.

Lot of problem very dirty old and unmanaged hotel. While shower water disappear and 30mnt taken to restore water and only option was cold water . Bathroom water comes in room ac sound make sure you don't sleep and breakfast quality very poor. Instead of staying this hotel better option is spend time in public place.

Very convenient location. The metro is very close and many buses also pass through this area.

The pictures posted on booking.com are very misleading. The property is poorly maintained and rundown. I had also requested for a late checkout - 1:00/2:00pm via booking.com and received and acknowledgment for the same from the hotel. On the day of the checkout, we were informed that the late checkout would only be possible for an additional Rs. 890/-, none of which was conveyed prior.
