The location was perfect. The apartment had everything we needed. The host took extra steps beyond what was required even after our stay.
Although we spent little time watching TV, we did not the TV in the living room has horrible sound.

It was a nicely laid out large apartment that felt very homey. The owners put a lot of thought into the welcome packet and into the apartment itself.
Small but I wish they had tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and oil ( essential kitchen pantry basics) on hand in the cupboards. I had wanted to wake up my first morning and have a coffee before setting out and it was a little disappointing not having them and didn't want to buy those basics for such a short weekend stay.

What I liked about this property is how close it was to everything. We walked to dinner and ice cream each evening. We also walked to the fort and even the Fountain of Youth (~20min). It was really nice not to have to drive a lot!
Also it was very clean with all the amenities you could ask for…even the use of some cruiser bicycles.
