Great stay

Clean and quiet house.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at Shannon's. The home and location are just perfect. Shannon's place will always be my go to if available when i come to visit.

We came to Buffalo for the Bills vs Bucs game and had a great time. This house was in the perfect location to go to the game Thursday night and then also the perfect distance to get to Niagara Falls. We even took a trip to Toronto (2hrs). Clean place. Nice neighborhood. Quiet. Close to downtown as well. We slept in separate beds though because every turn one of us made the other one would feel. But that’s ok. Bathroom was very nice! We recommend to stay here!

From check-in to check-out this was a great stay! Plenty of room for me and my stuff, everything I needed to make a few meals, comfy bed, fluffy towels and great location. Would highly recommend! And if I come back I will definitely stay here again!!

The location was so convent for us to visit family and friends. Nice residential area. So much better than a hotel! Only suggestion would be to upgrade towels and bedding, including pillows. Can’t wait to book again!

Property was clean and very well equipped with even some snacks available. Location was wonderful for us visiting Buffalo families; very near express ways.

Great location and price! Full of everything a home needs like linens, all sorts of kitchen appliances. We didn't even turn the TV on, but it was big. Prompt communication from owner. Master bed is comfortable, but the spare room bed, not a much. Almost prefect for our needs. Also, when our flight was unexpectedly canceled, Shannon told us we could add an extra day at the same great rate.

Property was well kept, clean and felt like home. 40 minutes to Niagara Falls. We really enjoyed the clean home, comfortable beds, in a safe neighborhood. Th host was helpful with any needs. Would definitely recommend this place.

Clean, comfortable and convenient cape cod (cottage) in Cheektowaga, close to airport. My husband and I came home for my dad’s funeral and while we usually stay with family or friends, we needed a private space this time. This was a perfect home base for us, especially the central location, safe walkable neighborhood, and clean and well-appointed place. Only a few minor issues: the shower curtain can be tricky, but figured it out (recommend the owner install glass doors or longer shower curtain - or lower the rod or add extra rings on the rod to make the curtain go lower), the beds were a little soft (ok for me but maybe not for others), and there was a note not to turn on the heat/boiler and to use space heaters - which was fine but the weather was cold for late-May and we’ve acclimated to Florida weather so we were chilly! Also, the basic cable was disappointing but we never bothered to figure out the extra effort for more channels. In addition, we had an incident with a neighbor/tow truck driver who seems to think he owns the block; recommend to ignore and avoid him best you can and your stay will be fine. Lots of bonuses with this place, especially well-appointed kitchen, washer/dryer, lots of pillows, toiletries, towels, etc. Overall, a great unit and experience and would recommend to others or stay again if need be.

Nice cozy place.

My wife and I stayed here while visiting family. This place was close to my mother's house but provided us with a place to relax when we needed a break. It's also easy to get into the city from here. Very convenient!

Property was exquisitely clean and well stocked with everything one would need in a home. Parking was excellent. There were two items that need improvement. Better tv reception and better heating.

Lovely cozy home!! Easy to get to the hockey rink and then a wonderful place to decompress and relax afterwards. We could not have asked for a nicer place!

I stayed for a week beginning of Feb 2023. I was able to work remotely and visit my mom in the ECMC hospital. Shannon's home was extremely clean, nicely furnished, with a well supplied kitchen. Off-street parking in a quiet, nice neighborhood. I felt safe taking early morning walks, and coming home late from the hospital. Location super convenient, right off Rt.33. Would definitely stay again! Steve

We stayed here for a guys weekend to attend a Bills game. The property provides great location to most places and everything you need for an excellent value. The owner was very flexible and communicative before and during our stay. Great option!

Nice little house close to Buffalo, NY with a comfortable bed to rest your head and everything you would ever need.
