Things to Note:
- Price per night includes 11.5% Transit Occupancy Tax. No hidden fees upon check-in.
- All bookings must be a minimum of 2 nights per TOT restrictions.
- Pool heating is available upon request 48 hours prior to your arrival. Service fee of $140 per day will apply. Pool heating is suggested for months October - May. A Fine Villa is not responsible for last minute pool heating requests that fall outside the 48 hour window. Please check the weather prior to your stay.
- Complimentary early check-in is available if you need it. As early as 12 NOON. Peak season exceptions may apply.
- If booking as a third party, please include the name and contact number for the primary person(s) checking-in in your Messages.
