Amazing location very close to the middle of the old town; half timbered house with low ceilings and crooked floors that I love ; well kept and managed . Friendly professional staff I felt like a welcomed guest. Very clean and nice bed .
Nothing .

Kein Duschgel

Friendly staff. Very central location, easy to walk everywhere. Cafe downstairs and lots of shared facilities. Very comfy room. Parking just around the corner for 8 euro/day.
Door locked and no one at reception when we arrived - had to call the hotel and wait outside for someone to show up

The hotel is placed very central in the old town.
Nice and clean with good style. Brand new interior in a very old, out of square house. Very nice staff.
Nice breakfast in lovely outside area.
One morning our eggs was cold. We got new ones :-)

Central location
What an absolutely horrible, horrible experience! There was no one at the check-in when we arrived. We were given a note saying that we needed to open a lockbox to get our key. Once we got the key, we spent 30+ minutes to figure out how to open the door as it was a fob which wouldn't work. Everything in the hotel was in German with no English translations. We stayed during Corona but the hotel decided not to provide soap in the rooms because of this. I've never stayed in any accommodation that doesn't provide soap and don't know how that helps with Corona! We were given one small towel even though we booked (and paid) for two people. We are both tall, but throughout the hotel the ceilings were so low that we couldn't stand up straight during our stay. The shower head was at about chest-level for us. We were charged more than what was listed on Booking.com. When we did speak to the staff the next morning, they were abhorrently rude and uninviting (didn't ask about our stay). I would recommend to avoid this hostel at all costs!!!

Nicely located in the old city center close to the castle. The accommodation was spacious, newly renovated and tastefully decorated. The breakfast location was very nice. We ate outside in an inner court yard that we almost had to ourselves in the evenings after the coffee shop closed.
