About this house rental
Sun-gaze at sunset on the deck overlooking the Southern Sierra mountains and dine al fresco on the shaded patio at this private, spacious property. With Lake Isabella just five minutes away, swim, fish, rent boats/ jet skis/ kayaks, or stroll the shores in awe of the many bird species. Feeling lucky? Gold mine at the river, hike the hundreds of trails, horseback through the giant sequoias, or face the raging waters on a guided river raft tour down the mighty Kern river.
This private, spacious, 1500 sq. ft., 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is situated on 2.5 acres in the Kern River Valley. Outdoor living areas include a huge 400 sq. ft. deck with sitting area and picnic table and a 220 sq. ft. covered patio with a dining area, bbq, and night lighting. Yet even with all that room to spread out in, it is still a convenient 1 mile to shops, grocery, restaurants and 5 minutes to Lake Isabella and the Kern River.
Relax at home in Lay-z-boy recliners or the extra long sofa while watching a 55 inch flat screen HDTV and smart Roku player. Choose from numerous streaming channels including free Netflix and Hulu. A climate controlled environment with either central air conditioning or heating will keep you comfortable regardless of the season.
No pullouts in common areas here. Even with large groups of 8, everyone gets a real bed in a private/semi-private bedroom. Sleep in comfort on Serta Beautyrest beds or even a Tempur-pedic adjustable bed

Comfortable Stay and Great Location for Lake Isabella
This house is very well kept and very comfortable. Mike was right there to help us with any questions or needs that we had. I highly recommend this house if you are in the Lake Isabella area. Very close to a Vons. The views are amazing.

Nice experience
Very nice place in a small community. Owners very responsive. Had an issue with the coffee maker, left them a message that morning and a new coffee maker was waiting for me when we returned that evening.

River rafting trip
Home is kept very neat, hosts had soft drinks and fruit for our stay. Close to Kern River Rafting, quiet and secluded.

Sequoia gateway
Location, location — Right at the entrance to the Southern Sequoia wilderness. Home is easy commute for day- adventures. Very comfortable home, well equipped for hiking recovery. Any issues - the owner is right there for you. Everything works well in the home, good beds, very clean.
