About this house rental
This updated 3 bedroom 2 bath spacious home is located in a quiet residential area just one mile from Coast Guard Beach in lovely North Truro. The home has been recently updated with a brand new kitchen and all new stainless appliances . Appointed with comfy furnishings, the living room was updated with a new Crate and Barrel sectional, 2 new swivel chairs and new rug. The w/d is located in primary bathroom for convenience. Mini split A/C was installed throughout the home in 2023. Renovated kitchen with new cabinets with granite countertops, new stainless appliances and all the essentials. Situated on a very private 1/2 acre in beautiful North Truro this home is truly special. Towels, pillows, quilts and blankets are provided, guest are required to provide their own sheets or you can inquire about a service to have them delivered to the home prior to your arrival and collected at the end of your stay for a fee. Primary bedroom en-suite is situated with a queen bed, bureau, TV and A/C. Primary bathroom features a custom tiled walk-in shower. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo, tiled floor, double vanity and a W/D. The spacious kitchen has all new stainless appliances and all the essentials for preparing your meals. Dining table will seat 8 people with an additional dining table in the open living room which is perfect for board games or additional dining. The French doors off of the dining area open up to the deck that is appointed with table and chairs, umbrella and a gas grill. There is a new outdoor shower just off of the deck. Large fenced yard for your enjoyment The family room is very spacious with comfy furnishings including a Crate and Barrel sectional, comfy chairs, and flat screen TV with Direct TV offering all the premium channels. The home has A/C throughout for your comfort on those hot summer days. There is laundry, wifi and parking for 4 cars. Don't miss out, book this home now for your carefree vacation. Great home close to ocean, Highland Links Golf Course and bay beaches. Enjoy long walks on one of the nearby National seashore trails, or evening strolls on one of the many beaches that are nearby. The backyard is fenced making this the perfect vacation home for those traveling with a dog. Well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee. This home exceeded our expectations. We were supposed to be a party of six with one dog but, due to a change in their schedules, it was just my husband and I. I contacted Deborah who easily refunded our pet deposit. She was very available for our concerns and questions, check-in was seamless, the house is all on one level yet very roomy, has a very large kitchen and is twelve minutes from Wellfleet and Provincetown. The yard is fenced in and huge. The Payomet tent is a doable walk and the neighborhood is private and quiet. We booked for next summer already and will be coming back with our adult sons, their partners and one pup. Absolutely cannot wait. Thanks, Deborah!

Fantastic stay. House was immaculate. Family and friends loved it. I suggest to all to do the Dunes tour, Whale watch out of Provincetown. Evening dinner at Macks in Wellfleet. Also the drive in movie is fun too. Bayside is much warmer- make sure you a chance to go to the Beachcomber... I guess we missed that this time. Host was spot on!

We enjoyed the house - it was far more spacious than I anticipated. The proximity to our favorite beaches and local vendors was very much appreciated. We also celebrated our daughter's engagement - a celebratory moment captured at Corn Hill Beach at sunset so this trip was truly memorable!
The house offered just about everything we needed (and we cook in a lot)! It would have been helpful to have beach gear (but we have collected quite a bit over the years and are used to bringing it all with us!).
The owner is extremely responsive and was so on any inquiry we had prior to arriving.
I would not hesitate to return to this property.

Most of this house is in great shape, though the kitchen and its equipment desperately need updating. The location is wonderful, assuming you’re looking for Truro’s solitude. The house is missing some basics for a typical Cape rental, like beach chairs and beach towels. There are two automatic coffee makers, yet just three teaspoons, no tea kettle and no lobster crackers. The cleaning/maintenance staff should make sure there are working light bulbs in all the lamps (espy hard-to-access ones like above the kitchen sink and in the en-suite shower).
There are several other details that need attention as well, but with these simple
matters are addressed, I’d wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.

I can’t say enough about this property. From the huge kitchen to the huge fenced in yard this place offers space unlike any other rental. The rooms are bright and roomy and unbelievably clean. The owners are right on top of anything you need. Who goes for propane for their quest at 8 pm? Yes THAT attentive. I already requested a week for next year !!!!

Our favorite house on the Cape
My family spent many years trying to find the best house, and best location for our family's annual vacation to the Cape. Finally, in 2019, we found Deborah's incredible home nestled in a very quiet neighborhood in Truro. This home is well-cared for, CLEAN, and almost entirely updated. The new washer/dryer in the bathroom were awesome! The interior is spacious and allows plenty of room for us to enjoy the evenings inside or out doors. The spacious, fenced-in backyard is an absolute treat and our dog loves running around in it. Mornings spent with a coffee out on the deck are among my favorite at this gem. It is a quick, easy drive to our favorite beach: Head of the Meadow, and just down the street from Highland House, which we always enjoy going to. Provincetown is just 15 minutes up the road, so it allows us a good proximity to it without being in the busy city. This year we got a flat tire and found that the local gas station and automotive shop in Truro were also incredibly accommodating and kind. Thank you to Deborah and the town of Truro for having us! We will definitely be back!

Great location, great pet friendly property!
My wife and I stayed for an extended long weekend with our two dogs, and ad a fantastic time. The location is close to some excellent beaches and a very short drive from Provincetown without being in a busy area. It's tucked back in a nice quiet neighborhood and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. The house itself is very nice, decorated very well and everything was comfy and accessible. Thanks for a great stay!

A perfect family home!
This was our second time staying at this house and we just love it. We all kept saying how it just feels like our home and how relaxing it is to have the yard for the dogs and so much space to spread out. The beds and sofa are very comfortable and the ample seating and large kitchen means we were never tripping over anyone. We will definitely come back!

Great house with a dog nice fenced yard. The house is very clean and beds are comfy. The kitchen is large but can use an update, but it is perfect for a dinner party, nice deck and two dining tables. Recommend bringing a bike since the bike trail is nearby.

Responsiveness is Key!
The home is very well appointed. The beds are probably the most comfortable of any Vrbo I've stayed in and the bathrooms seemed recently remodeled. The house itself is very spacious. There were 6 adults and 2 children in our party. We had a few items to be addressed, not uncommon at any home. The owners responded immediately to the attention needed for maximum comfort. For our group, we all felt responsiveness is key to a great vacation and this couple receive an A+ in doing so!

Peaceful and spacious
This place is spacious, clean, comfortable, and stylish. Our dogs adored the large fenced yard. The neighborhood is secluded and quiet. And yet just 5 minutes from the bakery, fish market, and both bay and ocean beaches, and only 15 minutes drive to Provincetown or the National Seashore beaches. A fantastic experience.

Beautiful Remodel
This is a beautifully remodeled older home, with one big exception: the kitchen. It did not show up in the photos posted on VRBO, but the kitchen is the only room not to be remodeled. The cabinets were chipped in many areas and it was very dark. All the appliances are new and worked fine, but the ambience left a lot to be desired. The yard is as stated very large, but there is no lawn. It is mostly just dirt. Overall it is a great location and we enjoyed our stay. Deborah is very responsive.

Wonderful property
Really nice, spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. Huge backyard with a deck and a grill. The kitchen is huge..the beds are comfortable. There are three double beds and a bunk bed where the lower bed is also full sized. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and TV and there is a big TV in the livingroom. Two dining tables so if you have a big party the kids can have their own table. Can’t really say enough good things about the property.

Excellent spot for travelers with dogs
This house is in an excellent location and perfect for travelers with dogs. The house is laid out well and the furniture is very comfortable. The kitchen cabinets could use an update but it is completely functional with plenty of counter space and modern appliances. The house is in a very quiet location but close to several attractions including beaches, hiking/biking trails, the Wellfleet Bay Audubon Sanctuary, and Provincetown. We hope to rent this house out again next year.

Perfect Getaway!
Our family of 3 adults and 2 dogs stayed here for the Thanksgiving week. The huge kitchen was a joy to cook in--cabinets are a bit dated, but the appliances are new and there was a very good selection of pots/pans/dishware to use. Beds were very comfortable, as were the couch and chairs in the living room. Super-fast wifi and two huge TVs were a plus. The fenced yard was perfect for our pups, who also had an amazing time at the numerous beaches all within a short drive. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, which was perfect for us, and Rte 6 is nearby, giving very easy access to Provincetown and Wellfleet. Excellent communication both before and during our stay from the property manager. We will definitely recommend this house to friends and we hope to be back next year!

Perfect family home!!
We really loved our stay here! The fenced yard was great for our dogs and the house was so spacious we all felt comfortable. Everything we wanted to do was 15 minutes or less away and we felt like we had our own little oasis. I want to mention that this house is handicap accessible with a great ramp and plenty of room for wheelchair access inside.

Great place to stay in Truro
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this house. The space is nicely laid out and. very comfortable particularly with adult children. The beds and furniture are Comfortable. We didn’t need it this week but there is AC in every bedroom and the living room. There is also a lovely patio with a table and chairs for eating outside ( and a grill as well). There are great beaches nearby, 10 min drive to Provincetown and easy access to Wellfleet. The neighborhood is wooded and quiet. I would highly recommend this house.

Truro Retreat
We stayed at Deborah’s house for two weeks and it was the perfect home for our family. The house was very clean upon arrival and it has a great layout for a family of four. The living room is very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen could use some updating but it suited our needs just fine. Deborah was easily accessible and very responsive to any questions or needs. We fell in love with Truro and will definitely return. The location was perfect! Close to all Truro beaches.

North Truro Getaway
This was our first house or cottage rental. We had a bit of confusion accessing the property upon our arrival. The Circle has two entrances and we had a bit of trouble finding the house. Then we needed to get the access code. Once we spoke to the owner, we were all set for the week.
Those were the only issues. It is a great rental. The house was clean and spacious. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. The house has 3 large bedrooms, 2 baths and both the kitchen and living room are large and well appointed. There was more than ample space for the two of us. 6 to 8 could fit comfortably. The location is right in the area that we prefer, as we visit this area every year and take the ORV route at Race Point. Convenient to the vineyard, local restaurants and close enough to Wellfleet and Provincetown. We would return.

This house was perfect for our family. Everything was clean and well stocked. Large living room, lots of space and comfortable. The bedrooms were perfect size and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms appear to have been recently remodeled and very clean. Never ran out of hot water for showers. The kitchen cabinets could use some updating but state of the art appliances. We had a problem with the Direct TV and called the owner and she was very responsive and easy to talk to. Loved our stay here. Easy access to everything. Thank you for a great week in your home!
