This is a fantastic property on the square that is a full apartment. The bed didn’t look to be the most comfortable, so I enjoyed a great night on the comfortable couch! Definitely worth considering this property!

Although an address is provided, it is not easy to find as a foreigner. However, a quick call allowed the owner to explain I was to pickup the keys to this private apartment at a local store. Once all of this was understood, it was straightforward. Outstanding location on the square! The key pickup process and finding the apartment could have been explained in an email. However, owner was very helpful once I called.

Great location right off of the main plaza. This apartment was HUGE. Living room and dining, separate bedroom and bathroom. Great accommodation.

Lots of facilities, great service over Whatsapp with owner and brilliant location.

Only issue is that the shower is very small and nearly impossible to move around in for a tall person. Perhaps would be helpful if they installed a tray to put toiletries on in the shower so guests don’t have to try bending over to pick toiletries up. Other small issue is I couldn’t find an ironing board at the apartment, which would have been helpful.

The location was as central as you could possibly be, BUT the windows were excellent at keeping out street noise. The windows surround the apartment, providing a beautiful view of the plaza and partial view of the cathedral, which is a block away. It was extremely spacious. Internet was excellent. The women in our party felt very safe. There were several thoughtful touches, such as the drying rack for the washing machine, which we were glad to use. Our host's communication was excellent.

More towels would have been appreciated.

The location is fabulous and the apartment is beautiful. Right in the center of Lugo on the Mayor Plaza.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the city. The apartment is extra clean and the old stones give a really unique atmosphere. The hosts are nice people, we arrived earlier and we could check in.
