This rental home is tastefully decorated and will provide your family or two families all the necessities needed for a wonderful Fripp experience. It has two master suites . The living room and kitchen are designed to be open and spacious. There is plenty of space for parking for large families with 2 car garage. This house is near the beach and pools, one minute by golf cart (ONLY ONE IS PROVIDED.).
New 65 inch Flat Screen TV and hardwood floors . New updated kitchen and master bath.
There is a large deck to relax on . Come to relax at this great island which is surrounded by undeveloped islands. There is no traffic or hustle and bustle. You will love the activities

I loved that the house was all on one floor for my 81 yr old mother. The house was spacious and was layed out perfectly for what we needed. We had such a great time.

Jan was so helpful throughout the whole process of booking and checking in. The house was amazing! The home was stocked with plenty of kitchen items, bathroom towels, etc. No complaints at all. We had to deal with Tropical Storm Debby a few days during our stay and Jan was quick to check in on us. The grandkids loved the driveway for driving their bikes through the muddy puddles. It was an excellent family vacation and I would love to stay at Jan's home again very soon.

We hove staying at Fifth on Fripp. This was the 2nd time staying and we have already booked our next trip. The house is large enough to spread out and sleep our family comfortably. The location is perfect and easy to access all the island has to offer. Host is very responsive and helpful.

This property is great! The house is spacious, well kept, and equipped with all amenities. We were with 7 adults, but had plenty of space to spread out.
Our family consisted of the parents, three sons with two wives, and baby granddaughter (5 months). The bedroom with the two full size beds has a build-in full size crib.
We stayed the week of Thanksgiving, and our children decided to cook the Thanksgiving meal. The large kitchen is well stocked with all things that were needed to have the traditional dinner.
Communication with the owner was great, she responds to questions/inquiries within 24 hours or less. Instructions for the property are detailed and easy to follow.
We loved this location on Fripp, big palms and oaks in the yard surrounding the large back porch, away from the road, adjacent to the Ocean Point Golf Course.
We highly recommend this property for any family vacation!

I have taken my daughter and a group of her friends to Fripp every year for her birthday for the past 8 years. Now 23, the tradition still continues.
This was a great spot for all of us. Lots of beds and room to spread out and lots of parking since we had so many cars.
Some of the pictures on the listing are outdated (the master bath and kitchen) so we were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful updates the owner has done.
We especially loved that the house came with one golf cart (we also rented an additional one on our own). The beach is a quick golf cart ride away and it's especially fun to scoot about the island in the carts.
Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend!

This was a wonderful home for our family vacation. Communication with the property owner was great. The air conditioner went out on a Friday evening, but Jan called and it was repaired first thing Monday morning. We did end up purchasing a couple of fans to help cool things down due to the rising temperature in the house. Lots of space indoors and the back deck provided a nice respite outdoors. We would suggest this home for a family or a group of friends.

Perfect for a family
We enjoyed this property very much. The layout is really nice and accommodated our family perfectly. The back deck is a great place to sit, relax, and watch nature. The beach is a short golf cart ride away. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in which we did almost every night. The property owner quickly responded to any questions we had. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great home for the extended family to be together
Love the home and the location was beautiful. The beach was great for toddlers to play in the sand and tide pools. The house was clean and had all the amenities for a great vacation. I would suggest making sure you grocery shop before arrival as the closest grocery is 18 miles away. I would also suggest having an amenity card for every adult so you can stay together as a group to enjoy the wonderful pools, tennis courts, or golf that is available. Eating out on the island as a family requires cards for admission - so get the cards - it is worth it.

Great Pet Friendly Place
We stay at only pet friendly houses and this house has been the best yet in terms of cleanliness. The house layout is great. Two master suites on opposite sides. Huge kitchen with everything you need. Huge back porch. Loved our weeklong stay. Great location. Thank you for allowing our small JRT. And thank you for sharing your house. Wonderful stay for large group
Fifth a Fripp was an amazing rental in Fripp. Plenty of room for 8 of us! We all felt pampered and had plenty of room (3 bathrooms!). The house is lovely and the deck is giant and perfect for cocktails. The kitchen is very well stocked with salt, sugar, appliances, etc. Beach is a lovely 10 minute walk away. Really quite ideal. Only snafu was that my parents were stuck at the guardhouse, as somehow my 8 year old was listed as the other approved driver (God help us all). Be sure to let Jan know the names of the drivers if there is more than one car. Best rental yet on Fripp! Thank you, Jan :)

Family-friendly house just off 5th hole of Ocean Pointe. Well equipped for our group of 2 adults and two teens....could easily accommodate a larger group. Bikes and beach chairs a plus. Kitchen has everything and grill worked great. Easy in and out.

Best vacation ever!
Definitely one of the best vacations we’ve ever taken. Great for all ages. Golf carts took you anywhere on the island which was absolutely amazing. The beach was private and it allowed for us to keep a good distance from other people. Mini markets were super close by and there was a food court that served just about everything. You never have to leave the island! The beds were comfy and the house catered to our every need. The Island was absolutely gorgeous and completely immersed in greenery. My family absolutely loved this trip and we would definitely come again.

We as a family have been vacationing at Fripp for eight years . We like getting away from the hustle and bustle of things and this is a great place to do so! Just the ocean and golf cart rides to see the many wild life that live on the island! This home has a great location and plenty of room for a large family. The two golf carts and Amenity cardswas definitely a plus that came with renting this home! This is definitely one of the homes we will repeat renting in the future!

It was nice having 2 golf carts to get around -
Comfortable home for the extended family. My only suggestion would be to replace some of the pillows - especially in the master bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped but could use a new large non stick frying pan! Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

We truly loved staying at this house. We had plenty of room for two couples to spread out and have their own space. The house is comfortable, has everything you need, golf carts and wonderful deck along the entire back of the house. We definitely will stay here again.

This was a beautiful home in a great location to all amenities on the island. There was more than enough room, open floor plan and bright colors in each room. The booking, check-in and check-out process was easy and the owner was great to work with. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this beautiful property to anyone. Fun family vacation
This was our third visit to Fripp Island and our first time staying at this house. We liked the floor plan with everything being on one level....perfect for having a toddler and no inside stairs to worry about. The house is very spacious inside and we had plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with utensils and small appliances, WiFi works well, washer and dryer conveniently located in hallway, covered front porch was nice during afternoon rain and back deck view of small lagoon, trees, and peeks of the golf course was pretty. The two golf carts were in good working order and the short cart ride to the beach was enjoyable. We liked beach access #1 as it is a very short boardwalk with no stairs, nice for the grandkids! Jan was easy to communicate with via text, phone calls and emails. An added bonus was spotting two alligators in the small lagoon behind the house! We will definitely keep this house in mind for future visits to Fripp. We liked its location at the quieter end of the island.

We enjoyed renting this home! It was clean, decorated beautifully, spacious and had everything we needed. It is close to the beaches and the pools! The golf carts were so much fun to use. My family enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to rent it again!!
