La ubicación
Saltaba la luz si ponías más de tres radiadores.
Se salía el agua de la taza y el suelo estaba encharcado.
En unas de las habitaciones había humedad.
No había utensilios para poder fregar el suelo.

A localização.
Tudo era muito antigo e muito humido.

- The hosts were very nice, and they offered help every time we needed something. At some point we asked for washing machine tablets and they gave us some very quickly.
- Usually you can get into the building without a key, so it is very useful to be able to enter the apartment just with a code, specially when you are a big group.
- It was in a very good location; very close to everything. It's literally 3 minutes away from the 'party zone'.
- It was quite cheap.
- Some of the kitchen stuff was in not so good condition, making it hard to cook sometimes. The frying pan was so dirty we ended up using the saucepan to make eggs.
- The small toilet was leaking water from the bottom, and to flush it you had to lift the top of the toilet instead of using the button (???).
- Shower drain didn't work properly so when we all showered in the morning it would almost get flooded by the amount of water that would accumulate.
- The living room beds were uncomfortable to sleep in, so we had to rotate in between us so everyone had the chance to sleep in a proper bed.
- The paper the indicated the wifi was wrong, and we had to ask them about it.
- There was no oil or washing tablets when we arrived, which to be fair, isn't necessarily their responsibility. But now a days hosts usually do provide these basic things.

location, everything was super close
1. it wasn’t cleaned properly.
2. one of the beds contained bed bugs
3. the pictures don’t show the real interior of the accommodation. It is photographed well, but some of the furnitures weren’t at its place
4. the bathroom was horrible. the shower wasn’t insulated, water was leaking everywhere in the bathroom
5. the toilet wasn’t working properly, we had to rise the top of the container every time we wanted to flush
6. Scarcity of blankets (we got 5 instead of 6)

The position of the structure is great, in the centre of Porto and near to the subway station. You can reach all the major points of interest by walk. The self check in is very convenient. We have never seen the host, who has been helpful and kind using the chat on Booking.

It was spacious and we had a lot of utilities for cooking and cleaning. The location was wonderful and close to everything we wanted to visit.
Some of the heater's didn't work

Top location in the heart of the city.
Very noisy air conditioners of the neighboring building. Old furniture and many things need repair.

The location is perfect. Up a very steep hill
They never sent us any check in codes which the state they did but my booking.com message history clearly shows they never. This resulted in being stranded with 2 5 year old children at midnight and another 200 pound spent on a hotel for the night no apology was offered I was just told it was my fault. Toilet stinks off damp and the shower over fills after 2 mins so if more than one off you want to take a shower the bathroom floods the beds are all ripped and tatty looking shame as this place could really be fantastic if they spent a few quid.

Good location, near trains, metro & buses. Little grocery just down the street.
No cutting boards in the kitchen! The knives were so dull as to be worthless. Otherwise the kitchen was OK. The art work in the apartment is "interesting".

The beds are too small for 2 persons too be comfortable

The property is very central, very close to The Clerigos Tower and lots of shops and restaurants.
The property is above a restaurant so you can’t open the windows otherwise you get all the smell of food and oils from the restaurant kitchen. Although it had a sign saying the apartment had been disinfected the floors were dirty, one of the toilets was not properly cleaned, the kitchen utensils were not clean either and the coffee machine had mould inside.
On top of that there was a plug which was unsafe with loose cables which we had to cover as we were with little children.
There was also an open drain in the kitchen.
When having a shower there were problems with the pipes as water was leaking everywhere.
The mattresses in one of the beds needs a change .
All in all very disappointed , no care has been taken to ensure the apartment is in good shape to have hosts in it, everything is falling apart.
Also you have to pay a tax of 2€ per person per day, which is not included in the price, but I guess that is standard procedure in Porto.

The location, very clean and big
The gulls during night, leaking flush

Excellent location. The flat is very spacious, and there were electric heaters provided in each room to keep us warm (it was a very cold night!). The common areas (dining room / living room) were great for a quiet evening with store-bought bottle of Port wine. :)

Great location. Everything is in walking distance. Perfect for a short sightseeing.
The seagulls were really noisy during the night.
