The room is big and comfortable. Good location
It was very uncomfortable stay. They offer us a breakfast which was nice but apparently it was a trump. Someone from the stuff set with us will we where eating and didnt stop question about us .
All to try to understand if we want to invest or something like that . That was a very bad and uncomfortable morning. The stuff was not very nice
We didnt like our stay there

The location was central - easy wall to restaurants, bars, nightlife and supermarket. The food was ok - I feel it could use more Dominican options.
The access to the beach needs to be repaired, as it is now, it could be dangerous to walk to the beach from the hotel.

It has a good location, enough pool for everyone and good internet.
Parking is very limited, and sometimes I had to park in like a construction site or in the street. The AC broke and we had to change rooms, the bathroom of the new room had a couple of broke things like the shower, and it didn't stay in place because it kind of leaned to one side, the toilet button got stuck many times and water kept flowing, the little piece to put the toilet paper was all loose, the elevator "down" button doesn't work, sometimes the elevator didn't go up or down and just opened the door and you had to close the door again and push the desired floor, this morning we asked for coffee and they never went...overall it felt like a very cheap hotel, very poorly finished, and my guess is that the hotel has hurried the opening of that "new" building for economical reasons. We wanted to change towels and they were charging us $10 (I later read a detailed description of the room saying it has an extra fee, but wow, first time in my life that I receive nothing for so much money that I paid). I would've preferred to stay at Kaoba and save a couple of hundreds to be honest.

Very good quality accommodation. Modern, clean, hot water, cold air conditioners, perfect location close to everything while calm.
The restaurant is pricy. Breakfasts could be more affordable.

Good food and food service.
We stayed there for a weekend in June and found it unsatisfactory when the front desk told us that the neighbouring room "had the right" to play loud music blasting out into the pool area, after we complained to them. Not to mention dring bottles of Rum and gin in the pool. Inappropriate for us and our children. And then nothing was done. We managed to talk to the people ourselves and thankfully THEY were reasonable but that may not be so. WE WILL NOT BE BACK.

We liked the restaurants nearby, beach view, size of the rooms and the staff.
The parking space. Parking around the building is not something you should have to do when you stay at a hotel. We did not feel that it was very secure to leave the car there. Towels are not changed for you when needed. There is a 5 dollar charge (per towel) if they change your towels.

the place is comfortable, great location.
liked the pool.
the first morning someone woke us up with loud knocking on the door, he offered us breakfast for free and explained it’s for everyone for the first morning. what he didn’t say is what we need to do for it although we asked.
they are trying to make you join their club(lifestyle club). so we ate breakfast (nice one) with the agent, then we had to go with him to an appointment which he explained us all the options and prices to become a club member.
they were really Pushy!! we spent 3 hours of annoying morning, instead of really enjoying what they were trying to achieve. they don’t tell you everything in ahead.
breakfast for free wasn’t worth it!
check in and out was annoying too.
they give you a list of all the interior of the room,
you need to check it when you enter and on check out you need to wait for them to check it.
the kitchen wasn’t well equipped (very basic cooking equipment).
