Parking is available in the private driveway and in the garage. The washer and dryer in the garage, which is attached to the condo are convenient. You will be less than 30 yards from the beautiful sandy beach and less than 10 yards from the heated private pool big enough for lap swimming but with a shallow area to play with your family. As of summer 2008, the pool and deck area have been re-tiled and resurfaced.

Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, sand/water toys, crab pots and a charcoal grill are all available for your convenience-just bring your bathing suit!

If you like walking you will enjoy the pristine sandy beaches or the walkway that will lead you to the center of Flagler Beach and to the Farmer’s Market on Saturdays, as well as to a multitude of family and gourmet restaurants.
