Wir waren für eine Woche zu Gast in Angelas Apartment und es war ein absolut traumhafter Urlaub! Der Urlaub begann mit einer herzlichen Begrüßung durch Angela und ihren Mann höchst persönlich. Anschließend fuhren wir mit unserem Mietwagen vom Flughafen zu dem Apartment in der Nähe des schönen Porto Rontondo (Fahrtzeit ca 20 min). Ein Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor der Tür. Das Apartment liegt direkt an der Bucht und überzeugt mit einem privaten Zugang zum Meer, was für mich auf jeden Fall zu einem Highlight der Wohnung zählt. In der Wohnung angekommen erklärte Angela uns wichtige Informationen und versorgte uns mit Wasser, Wein und Obst, welches Sie netterweise für uns bereit gestellt hat. Eine bessere Gastgeberin kann man sich nicht wünschen!!:) Die Wohnung ist zudem optimal ausgestattet und es mangelt an nichts (Strandtücher, Reiseführer, Sonnenschirme, Liegestühle). Das nächste Highlight dieser Wohnung ist der wunderschöne Balkon mit direktem Blick auf die Bucht. Eine super leckere Pizzeria ist fussläufig. Alles in allem kann ich dieses Apartment und Angela als Gastgeberin nur jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen entspannten Urlaub auf Sardinien machen möchte!

To put the best at the beginning: With the apartment everything was as advertised. Splendid view, excellent equipped with maps, kitchen utensils, furniture. Perfectly suited for two people. Located in a well kept, fenced in private property apartment complex. Angela is very helpful and friendly. The only drawback was the weather! Cold and rainy most of the time. Fortunately there were quite some books available. I would certainly love to come again when the weather is nice. Nevertheless, we had two very nice breakfasts on the sunny balkony.

The views from this apartment are fantastic, watch the sunrise in the morning, boats traversing the bay by day and the dusky skies followed by stars in your eyes....you could sit on the balcony all day. Well equiped and furnsihed and just a few mins drive from plenty of resturants if you can drag yourself from the balcony.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay in Angela's apartment. Angela was very warm, friendly and exceptionally helpful. We arrived late in the evening after a 2-h flight delay. Angela picked us up from the airport and showed us the way to the flat. She also provided drinking water, fresh fruits and a bottle of wine in the flat which was very kind of her and really helpful as after travelling all day we did't have any energy to venture out to a nearby (20 min drive) supermarket. The flat was clean and full of everything you could possibly need on your vacation. We easily cooked a few 3-course meals there. There are also beach chairs and parasols available in the flat. But the main wow factor of the apartment is THE VIEW. Nothing beats the 180 degrees panoramic view this flat can boast. I wish I could attach some pictures to share. This is a sunrise side, so I urge you to ditch your sleep and get up to watch at least one mind-blowing sunrise on your very own terrace. There is also a small cove 5 min walk from the flat. You'll have to walk down and then climb back up a steep hill (there are steps), but anyone reasonably fit can do that. Out of season we had the cove just for ourselves at all times. I'd advise to bring divers boots with you for this reason. A long sandy beach is 5 min drive from the apartment. We found restaurants in nearby Olbia to be better and less touristy than in more affluent Porto Rotondo. You don't need to pay a premium for a stunning view when you have the one of your own that can hardly be rivaled by anything else. From the flat we explored surrounding Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo (way overpriced for no reason whatsoever), don't discount an airport town of Olbia (it has a great wine bar In Vino Veritas and a few genuine restaurants), in port of Palau we rented a boat to explore La Maddalena archipelago, we also drove for 2 hours to see an incredibly beautiful town of Bosa and visited Nuraghe Santu Antine (an hour drive). We can definitely recommend this place.

This was our first trip to Sardinia and certainly won't be our last. The apartment was clean and was in an ideal location. Fresh fruit awaited us. It was a short drive from the airport and set in a lovely area with easy access (you need a car) to many different places of beauty of interest. The views from the terrace/balcony were beautiful; breakfast in the sun or dinner in the cool of the shade if having a 'night in'. Angela was very helpful and arranged for us to be met at the airport so we could follow in our hired car to the apartment which had its own parking space via a security gate. An abundance of great beaches and excellent restaurants to visit. The only slightly negative point was that the apartment had a lot of 'stuff' in it. It was fine for two of us but would have been too cramped if we'd gone with two friends.

We have now been home for 5 days and we are missing the wonderful view from the apartment. The apartment was perfect and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view was amazing – we spent many hours on the balcony watching the boats! For us, the area was perfect, quiet and central location for sightseeing. What is advertised is what you get, the apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Being met at the Airport and escorted to the apartment was so helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to family and friends. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment, we would love to return one day soon.

My daughter and I have had a very pleasant stay in Angela's apartment. Angela kindly picked us up from the aiport on arrival. The apartment is exactly as described, very comfortable and the view is fantastic. (A wifi connection might be useful :-) )

Die herzliche Begrüßung durch Angela, unsere Vermieterin, war super, nach Klärung der Formalitäten ging es mit Angela zum Europcar-Schalter. So schnell haben wir unser Auto noch bei keiner Reise in Empfang genommen. Die FEWO in der oberen Etage eines Reihenhauses war für uns zwei perfekt. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ausgerüstet mit allen Dingen des täglichen Lebens. Von Bettwäsche, Handtücher , Reinigungsutensilien, Geschirr, Kerzen, Kosmetikartikeln, Reiselektüre ... und selbst Katzenfutter fehlte nicht. Es war tatsächlich an wirklich alles gedacht! Selbst Info-Material und Landkarten in rauen Mengen war vorhanden. Hätten wir das vorher so detailliert gewusst, wäre der Koffer um einiges leichter gewesen. Der Kühlschrank war durch Angela mit Obst, Wein und Wasser schon gefüllt. Was uns sehr gefreut hat. Die Sicherheit ist durch ein abgesperrtes Areal (privater Zugang) gewährleistet. Wir haben uns sehr aufgehoben gefühlt. Kleines Manko: Der vorhandene DVD Player war defekt, was uns aber nicht wirklich gestört hat, man kann die Abende auch anders verbringen. Das Wetter im April war durchwachsen von Regen, Gewitter, Sturm und bis hin zum geliebten Sonnenschein. Zeitweise haben wir unser Frühstück auf dem Balkon genossen und haben die Villen in der Umgebung bewundern können. Die FEWO ist ein sehr guter Startpunkt um die Costa Smeralda zu erkunden. Der Ort Porto Rotondo ist ca. 5 Autominuten entfernt, empfehlenswert für kleine Spaziergänge und Restaurantbesuche. Noch nicht alle Geschäfte und Lokale waren in der Nebensaison geöffnet. Nach unserer Erfahrung war die Einkehr in kleinere Lokale an der Strasse meist interessanter und schmackhafter als die Empfehlungen der Reiseführer. Unsere Tipp: Die Pasticceria "I Valentini", Via Monte Ladu. Dort kocht der Koch noch wirklich selbst, alles frisch zubereitet und sehr guter Service. Unsere Reisehöhepunkte waren zum Beispiel Tagestouren nach Palau mit der Isla Maddalena, Alghero an der Nord-West Küste, die Nuraghen-Gräber und unzähligen Strände auf Sardinien. We had a fantastic stay at Angela's apartment. Angela was waiting for us at the airport and was more than happy to wait with us while we picked up our rental car so that she could drive with us up to her place. The views are stunning before you even get inside - ocean front and 180 degress. The apartment is stocked with everything one could need, including a high chair and travel cot with an extra mattress and sweet little linens! The apartment was also extremely clean and Angela had stocked the fridge with lots of fruit, wine and water for us which was a great treat upon our arrival. The apartment is in a gated community and there is an assigned parking spot. Porto Rotondo is a quick drive away. The main supermarket is about a 10 minute drive away and there are another 2 on the drive up the Costa Smeralda (the one in Porto Rotondo is very expensive!). For those with small children it's important to note that the restaurants in the area open no earlier than 7pm. Overall a fantastic stay, we can't wait to go back next year!

Warm and helpful welcome at the airport from Angela & her husband. Comfortable spacious villa/appartment with plenty of seating. Beautiful coastal views from the main room. Good weather considering our stay was early in the season. Car needed but excellent location for visiting the Emerald coast. We would have felt happier at night if we were able to lock the patio doors. Over it was a restful enjoyable 2 weeks holiday.

This apartment really does have the wow factor, it's beatifully appointed, extremely comfortable and equipped to an impressively high standard. No expense has been spared on the lovely furniture and everything that was available.Angela met us at the airport and was so helpful and friendly, making us feel so welcome from the minute we arrived - and the complimentary wine and fruit was a nice touch on our arrival.The views are stunning, and the location is brilliant, a very exclusive small development that's been tastefully created with materials that blend in with the environment, and has secure car parking.There is a private steep path down to the rocks, where it's possible to sunbathe privately if you don't want to go to a beach. But if you do, there is 6 or 7 beaches within 2 - 3 kilometres from the property - and some are stunning.Our only bad experience was a local restaurant that was recommended called I think La Sarda Romagna - the food was great and the place was full of locals, but there were no prices and we believe we got well stung by getting "special tourist prices" - so if you do use this place, take my advice and ask the price first.Overall I give 10/10 - and we would definitely return!

We spent a fantastic week in September 2010 in a very comfortable and well equipped apartment with a spectacular water views from balcony and lounge room .A perfect base for exploring Sardinia ! The charming owner, Angela, was very hospitable and helpful, Mille Grazie Angela ! We are hoping to be back!

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks in July 2010 and I can without hesitation recommend this fabulous apartment. Angela and Mingo provide a beautifully clean and well equiped apartment. The location was perfect and the views from the balcony are wonderful. Angela was always available for any queries or question we had. Also provided was a lovely welcome hamper which was very much appreciated. Both the beautiful Marinella beach and Porto Rotondo are only a short drive away and the location is perfect for exploring the rest of the Costa Smeralda coastline. This was our third trip to Sardinia and without question the nicest apartment we have stayed in. Thank you Angela and Mingo! We would also recommend a restaurant very close by the apartment called S'Incontru, great value, good food and very friendly service, the head waiter remembered us from our previous trip in 2008!

This really is an exceptional place. We have just returned but are already looking at dates for next year. The apartment is even better than it looks in the photos: in a really lovely, exclusive, quiet development, with beautiful gardens, dedicated parking for each property, and mesmerising views - the best of which is from the apartment's terrace. We could have spent our whole holiday there! What really makes it, views apart, is that it feels like a home rather than a rented property - lots of character, charm, equipped with everything you need - and the owner, Angela, is brilliant. She met us at Olbia aiport, which was great as we arrived late at almost 11pm, and had provided fruit, local cheese, wine and bread at the apartment. She was also really helpful and called us on our first day to see if all was ok (it was). The local beach, at Marinella, is fantastic and takes 2 mins by car; glamorous Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo are great fun for people and yacht-watching. It's really easy to explore the Cosa Smerelda from here. All in all, we couldn't recommend this highly enough if you are thinking of booking - just don't book the dates we want for 2010!

My husband, little daugther (age 2) and I did spent two wonderful weeks in this beautiful apartment with stunning seaview in May 2009. Our very friendly and kind landlord Angela did arrange everything for us, bought a baby cod for us, arranged some fruit, wine and other drinks and milk for our little daughter upon our arrival and made our stay more than pleasant. It is an absolutely romantic getaway and we loved our cosy and beautiful apartment so much that we will return next year. Angela is a wonderful and very friendly landlord and we are more than happy that we "found" her and her apartment.

I came with my partner to this property in May. It was very quiet and we loved it. The views are stunning and the sea is beautiful, just walk down the steep path for approx 3 minutes, climb onto the flat rocks and jump or dive in!.The apartment is immaculate, well stocked and very comfortable.We had a really lovely holiday and I would recommend it to anyone. This is our 1st time in Sardinia but we have rented from Owners Abroad in several countries and this was to a high standard. Definitely hope to go back.We drove around the N/E & thought this property was well situated for sightseeing. Hilary

My husband and I and our 9 month old had a really lovely time at this apartment. We were traveling in Italy for 2 months and this apartment was one of the best equipped we stayed at. There were loads of sheets and towels, an umbrella and chair to take to the beach and it was extremely clean. The owner couldn't have been nicer, she recommended beaches and restaurants, and even shipped back something we left there! She was also available by phone at any time and came by when we couldn't figure something out. The BEST thing about the apartment was the incredible view from the living room, the whole wall overlooked the water! We sat out on the deck and watched both sunrise and sunset which were the most amazing I think we had ever seen. The one thing about this area is you have to drive everywhere so whether you stay in Porto Cervo or here in Porto Rotondo (which was much less expensive), you still will have to jump in your car so better to stay somewhere with this kind of view and as comfortable and well equipped. The beaches were still nearby and amazing. We would highly recommend this apartment and would love to go back and stay again!
