Having a nice breakfast was very nice. We would pick up our new sailor bring her back and sit down an eat a little something. Food options was pretty good.

Location fine and nicer than expected breakfast —nice variety but same every day.
Could do anything after dark because no overhead or additional lighting in room. Only had 2 bedside lamps and small poorly lit desk lamp. I could not see enough to do crossword puzzle unless Aston bed which was very uncomfortable. USB pots at bedside didn’t work. Coffee pot missing part but able to get replacement but had to go to front desk. Bathroom floor grout almost black and tiles dark from residual dirt ( compared to tiles under sink). Need additional mirror in bathroom as deeper counter depth. Mirror in entry unable to see anything due to poor lighting. Carpet in hallways and especially in front of elevator on floor 2 in very bad shape with buckled frayed carpet. Pool not working due to repair but didn’t know til arrived. Charged each room additional $3.87 per day labeled as “parking lot fee” even if you didn’t have a car parked! When asked, told it was for maintenance.

My room wasn’t really all that clean

Convenient to naval base. Good breakfast served early.
Bathroom wasn’t very clean, interior carpet was very worn. Heat/air was difficult to manage a temp.

Nothing special, but was nice & clean.
Front desk attentiveness wasn’t great. Had to wait both times I went there. Maybe understaffed ?
Rom 339 black out shade was stuck in position. Could not raise or lower. We were tired so we slept okay anyway, but needs some attention.

When we arrived the parking lot had a new black top that was just paved. When I checked in to the hotel, I mentioned that I needed to be closer to bring my luggage inside. The hotel desk clerk said he’d take care of it. He brought a luggage carrier outside and loaded my luggage and items that were in my car on the cart - then took it to my room for me. I found him to be very helpful.
1. The air conditioner was very noisy - I called down to the front desk, but I was told they couldn’t do anything now, but could check on it the next day. However, they DID NOT! I turned the air off one night, but it became very hot in our room. I was offered a different room, but because I was exhausted, I didn’t want to move my things.
2. There needs to be more lighting in the rooms.

Nothing i have no choice that time because all hotels nearby at Great Lakes are fully booked. This hotel is expensive and staff not friendly.
Very expensive and staff not friendly or accommodating

Breakfast was as expected. There were lots of options. I’m not into all the pastries and junk. Real eggs are always a bonus!!
Didn’t like that I had rooms on 2 different floors. The place next door had fire pits. That would have been nice.

The convience...nice location
The bed was not comfy...shower was dirty when I arrived

I loved the breakfast, the beds were very comfortable, the TV is decent, the bathrooms and towels are very clean.
The pool was very dirty. At one point I saw a bunch of hairballs in there so I hopped out and ran to the shower. The bathroom inside the pool area is very cold and dirty, which isn’t surprising but still.

I like the convenience of the location as well as all the restaurants that's around. Also I like the accommodation that was made when switching my room.
I didn't like that the pool wasn't working.
We found a bug in the bed.
The beds are hard, and the free breakfast wasn't great. Only the egg fritatta was good. Lastly, they need to switch the menu up.

Bed was clean, mattress very comfortable, big bathroom (a huge plus), great water pressure, good location for highway access, safe location, close to retailers/entertainment/restaurants
The parking spaces are very small, makes getting in and out of vehicles a bit difficult. The ac in our room was LOUD. Something was rattling inside it every time it came on.

Clean room, friendly staff, and functioning air conditioning. Ample parking.
Small, dirty swimming pool. Not enough luggage carts available. Our room would have cost 50% less here in Texas.

It was a typical Hampton Inn. It is our preferred hotel whenever we travel. I really liked the exercise room and the refrigerator and microwave in the room.
I appreciate that there is coffee available in the lobby, but it was lukewarm all but once when I got some.

We were very disappointed... when we arrived at the hotel we were advised that the elevator was out of order and the pool was closed. We were also traveling with pets which put a damper on staying at other locations in the area.
