Thank you for asking, on a scale of 1-10 the apartment gets a 5th.
The apartment was clean and nice, but it was old on the furniture. Some lightning did not work, a wall socket was loose.But the serious thing was that there was no emergency exit fro the fourt floor, There were no stairs there, only elevator.If it started to burn or the elevator stopped working, we get got stuck in the floor. The lift was last inspected in 2011

Fantastic appartment, but Homerez tried to trikc and blk mail us
The appartment is fantastic as described, Rui is a very helpful and generous person.
Homerez agreed on postponing stay from Oct 2020 to Oct 2021 in Sep 2020 with "same price", but suddenly demanded 50% more in Sep 2021 and cancelled the reservation 18h before arrival as I denied payment. I am not amused about Homerez behaviour.

Fin byleilighet
Stor og fin leilighet for fire til seks personer. Hyggelig stue og åpent kjøkken. Oppvaskmaskin tilgjengelig, men få tallerkner og lite utstyr. Bra sofa og spisebord. Ok veranda, men dårlige og gamle utemøbler. Romslige soverom, men litt harde madrasser. Fin beliggenhet med alt i nærheten. Veldig trygt.

Quality apartment in fantastic location
This is a brilliant apartment right next to Santa Catalina Park , bars ,restaurants , shops and not far from the beach . A great location for a visit to Las Palmas . All facilities are available in the accommodation- modern kitchen, wi fi ,3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony area with great views . Recommended

Spacious & comfortable
I booked this apartment for myself and two adult sons for its location the spacious and privacy it offered the 3 of us. It certainly did that! It is very spacious, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and very well equipped. Very spacious terrace too and not overlooked. We would have no hesitation in booking this property again and recommending it to other family member and friends. BUT would not have booked the week we went as it was the last week of the 3 week carnival which went on for 6 days and nights until 3am in the morning. Followed by the dustbin lorries clearing up. the atmosphere in the evenings was terrific but impossible to sleep through even with ear plugs. A pity really as we were hoping for a quiet relaxing time following a lot of stress. I think it would be beneficial to others if the owner/agency posted the dates and times of this Feb/March carnival so wouldbe holidaymakers can make an informed choice.
We can highly recommend this lovely apartment.

Ideal apartment in the heart of Las Palmas
The tastefully decorated apartment was ideal for our needs. We were pleased with the two bathrooms, the comfortable bedrooms and the spacious living areas. Centrally situated, it was close to all amenities-bars, restaurants, the beach, taxi rank and the car park, where we left our rental car. We also enjoyed the proximity to the busy port,with the option of walking along the promenade to the old town.

Wonderful apartment in great location!
I stayed at this apartment for 7 nights. The apartment is ideally located right next to Santa Catalina Park, close to restaurants, shopping and the beach at Las Canteras. The apartment consists of 2 double rooms, 1 twin room, 2 bathrooms, very large living area with an open kitchen, dining and sitting areas. It also has a terrace and washing facilities. The wifi works great. It´s in a very secure building, top floor. I highly recommend this apartment!
