Ranch Dining Room 1 and Atrium: Large dinner table with ample seating for big families, groups, and business meetings. Foosball found in Ranch Atrium along with 2 Original Star Trek Pinball Machines (The Next Generation, 25th Anniversary, and 1979 Classic) old school arcade game with 100s of classic games also in main area.

Tennis House Playroom: Custom kids play kitchen fully stocked with toys, books, and kids play costumes (Toys replaced frequently and added onto all the time). Foosball for tennis house also found in playroom.

The main ranch patio has seating for 30+ and enjoys Stunning Views of rolling hills, horses, and the ranch gardens. Double sectional sofas center-pieced with a large fire pit makes for a great place to roast s’mores with the kids and grandkids. Outdoor long dining table with umbrella for summer lunches, the main patio is a focal point and Great area for group meetings or just hanging out feeling the wonderful Pacific Ocean breeze the estate enjoys.

Tennis Patio and Deck 2: Seating For 25+, large outdoor dining table with umbrella above huge cozy outdoor sectional with proportional fire pit. Both seating areas have jaw dropping views of the surrounding vistas, Sage Hill Preserve and the shimmering city lights of La Jolla to the south in the distance. Deck and Patio located above Tennis Court for easy game watching. 1/2 DynoGlo Grills found here, gets over 600 degrees Fahrenheit for perfect sears. Peak-a-boo ocean view visible in distance.

Ranch Grill and Corner Patio Overlooking Pool 1: 2/2 DynoGlo Grills as described before. Seating for 5 at umbrella shaded table overlooking pool. Surrounded by Cypress Trees, Eucalyptus, Bougainvilleas, Lantanas and Roses.



Pools and Jacuzzi Spa
Ranch Pool and Spa 1: 14FT Deep Diving Pool and attached large jacuzzi spa that waterfalls into pool. Black bottom ensures pool stays naturally warm but can be heated by requested. Run jacuzzi spa as long as you like, switched on and off at your leisure. Ample Sun Loungers around pool, pool side table seating under solar light umbrella also. Pool and spa has color changing pool lights and there is many patio wall lights in the surrounding areas. Pool bathroom is a full bathroom with shower shared with pool bedroom.

Tennis Pool 2: Large heated pool, surrounded by lush gardens and palms. Ample lounge chairs, and seating under solar light umbrella also. One of two private pools on property (All Amenities on Property are for Ranch Guests Only and Private to Your Group)


Tennis Gazebo By Pool 2: Turbo fanned, fully lit outdoor gazebo has comfy loveseats and couch. Great area to watch swimmers in pool and enjoy views of tropical palms, and gardens.

Tennis, Pickle-Ball, Basketball and Sports Court: Fully Lit for night play Full Size Private tennis court. Tennis court has pickle ball lines painted in specific area for play, net, balls and pickle-ball paddles included. Tons tennis rackets for kids and adults. 2 basketball hoops set up for games on court, Tons of bicycles and tricycles for all ages. Grass Volleyball Court located on lawn.



Playgrounds
Ranch Playground 1: Playground with slide, three swings and unique plane teeter-totter. Right next to Tangerine, Nectarine, Peach, Fig, Avocado and Orange Trees.

Tennis House PlayGround and Lawn 2: Huge Playground with 2 slides, monkey bars, 3 swings plus infant-toddler swing, ships wheel and telescopes. Toddler/Infant mini playground also on lawn. Volleyball net on lawn with plenty of space to play!

Ranch Driveway and Tree Swings 1: Tons of car parking, 1/2 driveways. Play area and tree swing right outside front door one of many on property.

Ranch, Gardens and Grounds 1: 3 Tree Swings found just below pool and are surrounded by fruit trees, strawberry patches, herb and vegetable gardens. Many varieties of flowers, citrus, avocados, figs, peaches, nectarines, and tropical fruits. Different fruits come into season year round and can be enjoyed by ranch guests whenever in season.

Mountain Biking & Local Hiking
Both Houses have 6 Adult Professional Mountain Bikes for use

Sage Hill Preserve 2 minute walk outside front gate. 4 mile loop goes up around house and back down. Views of ocean, and Miles of rolling hills.

Elfin Forest Recreational Reserve 5 minutes down road. One of San Diego County’s most precious natural resources, the Reserve currently offers approximately 11 miles of hiking, mountain biking, equestrian trails, picnic areas, and scenic mountain viewing points. In addition, the natural beauty of the Reserve includes native plant communities. Hike through meadows, over creeks/rivers and around reservoir holding 8 billion gallons of water.
