Simple, straightforward value for money in a safe clean and good standard hotel

I had stayed in this hotel some 6 years prior….chosen for its closeness to my route of travel…safe, clean, straightforward….used by many tradespeople which is a sign of good value and safe location…no problems

adequate for lodging

I like the keyless entry and bunk bed design as I have a child that loves the bunk and it gets him out of our hair.

It felt like the room did not have a thorough or fresh clean to it. No outright dirtyness, but just casually playing around the room got my son covered in white stuff. Honestly not much to complain about as the hotel met our intentions.

Nice budget hotel not far from the A5

Nice and cosy room, hot shower with toilet in seperate room, very friendly staff, comfortabel bed, quiet place, not too far from the A5, hot and cold drinks machine with good coffee and nice beer.

Some cleaning lady came at 8 am and started knocking at all the doors asking when people are leaving so she can clean the rooms. Obviously she wanted to go home early. Since the checkout is 12 i expect nobody will bother me until then. Very bad experience in this aspect.

Pleasant

It was very clean and quiet. There were lots of shops around.

Not that I didn't like it but it was a bit of a shock that the shower cubicle opened into the room. The room was very small.

This is an OK budget hotel, with easy access to and from to the motorway.

Good budget hotel

We did not expect outstanding accommodation. It is a budget hotel and baring this in mind the hotel met our expectations. The room was very small and at the same time very functional and ergonomic. Every piece of space was utilised in some reasonable way.

Have parked my brand new car on hotel parking to find out in the morning that there are cigarettes leftovers on car's roof.

Basic facilities in a good price, clean!

Clean, comfortable room. We were travelling with family and for us room was perfect in a good price. However remember that shower is built-in the corner of the room, there is no additional room for it (only toilet is separately). So if you are travelling with somebody you wouldn't like to watch you during shower it is better to book 2 rooms :) Very close are supermarkts - Aldi and Lidl, on the same street is also nice, chineese restaurant opened till 23. Easy check in the hotel is possible also after 22. You can have typical hotel-breakfast, however we didn't order it. As a summary we can recommend staying in Ibis Budget Hotel, for one or two nights it is perfectly enough if you are not a demanding guest.
