Wohnung 21 absolut nicht zu empfehlen

Parkplatz, easy check in

Wir wissen ja, dass es kein Highlight ist, aber die Wohnung hat so arg gestunken. Fenster mussten die Nacht geöffnet bleiben und das ist schwierig, da direkt an der Autobahn

Wer keine Rezeption braucht und sich mit Smartphone sicher fühlt (Ein- und Auschecken, Türen öffnen alles über Browser),

Moderne und hochwertige Einrichtung. Sehr sauber.

Die Klimaanlage habe ich nicht verstanden einzustellen. Oder sie war defekt?

A completely different room from what we had booked .

Τhe clean rooms,the peace and quiet ,almost nearby the town centre and the fact that there were extra linen in the closet.

The room was not the one I had booked when I selected it .The booking pictures showed a queen size bed next to the french door and the TV set was in the same room but when we entered room number 9 which was booked for us specifically,the bed was in a different and a smaller room without TV and there was a small window above it.The TV was in the bigger room which had a french door,a balcony and a kitchen.The suggested bathroom I saw in the picture before booking the room had a shower but I got surprised when I entered it ..there was a bathtub.I called to complain right away but nothing changed because they told me the there was not any other available room the k8nd I expected.Really frustrated...I hope there will be more reliability when booking next time.

Sehr Smart & Modern

Das smarte Öffnungssystem der Türen und Tore ist genial. Keine Schlüsselübergabe nötig und Anreise zu jederzeit möglich. Auch die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, sogar einen kleinen Geschirrspüler gibt es. Es ist sehr modern eingerichtet, die Wände im Bad haben mir besonders gefallen.

Leider waren ein paar Flecken an Heizung und Fliesen. Auch der Abfluss der Dusche könnte mal eine Grundreinigung vertragen. Die Matratzen des Bettes sind immer nach unten weggerutsch und ich persönlich finde die Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine nicht sehr praktisch. Da fänd ich eine Pad-Maschine sinnvoller und nachhaltiger.

I enjoyed staying

Very clean, comfy bed, cozy design, good appliances including dishwasher and microwave/oven combo, friendly and helpful staff. Close to city center and rewe market.

Gerne wieder

Gute Lage (man kann die Arkaden in 20 Min. zu Fuß erreichen), man kann das Auto im Hof oder in der Tiefgarage parken, die Apartments sind schön und gut ausgestattet, der Preis ist angemessen (teilweise günstiger als andere Angebote). Der erste Besuch war nicht gut. Das Team hat mich aber kontaktiert, hat sich entschuldigt und mir eine Übernachtung angeboten, um mich von der Qualität zu überzeugen. Beim zweiten Besuch war wie erwartet alles in Ordnung, daher würde ich das Eco Smart noch mal besuchen.

Der erste Besuch ist in die Hose gegangen, allerdings muss ich sagen, ein Stromausfall ist ja nicht geplant, weswegen ich weder warmes Wasser hatte, noch aus der Tiefgarage rausfahren konnte. Der Hausmeister war so schnell wie möglich da.

Hab die Zimmer Nummer 01 bekommen, bestens geeignet für Personen die Nicht Schlafen wollen. jedesmal wenn einer Rein- oder Rausgeht macht es bums. da das Zimmer direkt neben der Eingangstüre war. daher war es katastrophal für mich, hätte ich lieber im Auto mich ausgeruht.

There is no Air conditioner in the property and the property gets too hot. Its very near to the main road, so if you open windows you cant sleep with the noise of the vehicles, its too loud. Not a good place to stay in summers

Very nice property, located 15 minutes walk from restaurants and supermarkets.

We were hesitant to rent this property due to the comments on getting access via the internet. We are happy to say that getting access was a breeze, and we completed it in a couple of minutes with no problem at all. The access App/webpage enabled us not only entry to the main door and the apartment, but also to the parking lot (it openned the gate). The room was a bit small, but the space was used perfectly so it felt larger. The kitchen is small but very well organized and includes all what one needs.

Good

The entry system is very new and very complex. Each door must be opened by separate online access. You must have a smartphone with sufficient battery power to enter the hotel, room, and grounds. If you forget your phone in the room, you can't go back in (since all doors open only with online access. The hotel has 2 car entrances. When you try to open them, it's unclear which key belongs to which. You must get out of the car and look at what opens. It is too difficult, especially for older people. Also, I booked a room for 3 people, and bedding was only available for 2. I couldn't find in the booking that the hotel only provides 2 sets.

The checkin and checkout was easy. with the link from mail. Everything was good. The parking is available right outside the appartment on the road.

The heater was on at 26 degree which was very un comfortable. I tried to reset it but did not work. may be bec of cenrtal control. If you want to get a parking spot inside the place then you need to shell out 9 Euro. The bed room is too small for the family with a kid. There is no possibility of getting a kids bed. The hallway was smelling cigerate, even though the property was a non-smoking. This has nothing to do with host but its still very uncomfertable with the kid.

Run away from disaster

Unfortunately due to the stench inside the room, there was no way to focus on liking of the room. However, it was spacious for second stay in the hotel, although, there was too much negative experience.

To start of, this should have been done earlier, but as promised, now I have had the luxury to add my honest feedback, and as for the room, when we arrived, it had windows fully opened, and there was a very strong stench of cigarettes, and finding a cigarette bud in the bed. This is second stay at the hotel, although, the first time stay, was not as bad as this stay. There is no staff onsite, this is non-existent, although, during the second stay there is a contact telephone number introduced during pre-check-in, and as a guest, we could have contacted, however, on a Sunday afternoon, tired, and having to find this stench, completely threw one's person to not even think where a telephone number was printed from a one email received, except messaging the property and only receive a response after next day when a person checked out, although it was unprofessional. During some days later, I received an email for feedback. "If you were satisfied during your stay we would be pleased to receive a positive review on Booking.com, Expedia, Google & Co. In case of any dissatisfaction please contact us directly via email [email protected]" Having contacted them, it was a complete waste of time, and only to receive a very aggressive response from the property staff and adding "In this context, the topic is closed for us." I would suggest to read the negative feedback, and check out the approach received from hotel staff with their unprofessional and aggressive approach, feels they are good at attacking when truth is said.
