Beware cause host tries to play games and rip you off

UPDATE: to answer her response: you are hallucinating dear, take your meds. Uploaded the screenshot of her message from 08:37, she deleted it on booking chat (red flag) but I took screenshots earlier. I left the room as I described below. She’s lying about everything in her answer. I asked the host the previous day whether I can store my bags somewhere on the last day of my stay because I have a trip which lasts till afternoon. She said I can leave it in the room cause she doesn’t have any new guests. I got a message at 08:37 that my stuff was lying around and I should come back and pack my stuff. (Scam begins here). I got up at 08:20 so it’s impossible that the host was there. I left the accommodation around 09:15 and no personal was there at all. My stuff wasn’t lying around, everything I needed was in bags and I hanged a dress, a shirt and a top to be able to quickly change my clothes when I am back and leave with my bags already packed. I left there some leftover snacks but that was already garbage so I would have left that there as I normally do. There was no personal stuff lying around as the host said. She said she can’t clean the room because of my stuff (scam). She was just trying to make up problems because after I explained her that there’s no personal stuff was lying around, she made up another “problem”: “you didn’t do the checkout”. Checkout time is between 8:00-10:00 and nobody was there at 9:15 when I left. (Btw no special instructions were given so I did everything the way I do normally in such cases and never had any problems.) She accused me for not doing checkout while she didn’t do her job (simply showing up in her working hours). She was just trying to charge me for one more night but I know this type of scam. When I went back her attitude and tone was disgusting, condescending and unacceptable. I was on a sailing trip and I got several messages and calls saying that I should come back and pack my stuff cause she can’t clean the room. Crazy.

Amazing design and so comfortable

Piękny design! Miejsce ma niesamowity klimat. Proste otwieranie za pomocą aplikacji. Dobra lokalizacja - kwadrans do przystanków autobusowych (skąd jadą m.in. autobusy na lotnisko), ok. 5 min do Lidla i Ok Pizzeria Revolution (polecam! Przepyszna pizza w dobrej cenie). Bardzo czysto, właścicielka przemiła. Nic nie mogę zarzucić! Polecam gorąco

L’accueil était super malgré notre arrivée tardive. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette chambre à la décoration soignée et à la propreté irréprochable. Nous conseillons vivement ce logement et reviendrons avec un immense plaisir ! Encore merci !!!

Beautiful room

Small B&B with very new and nice decor, just 15 Min walking from center. Our room was very clean and spacious. It was very quiet in the building. The bed was also comfortable.

we have to look for parking lots everyday but near by are quite a few free lots.

Very nice and clean accomodation. The apartment and the rooms are really nice decorated and gives you a nice feeling to stay in. Cozy rooms, Confortable beds, and super cleanliness. Even if the apartment isn t placed in a nice area, is very easy to reach the city centre of Alghero (10mins by walking)

The only minus is the lack of balcony.

Superb

Staff was helpful and friendly. The room is big, both soap and shampoo are included. Soft drinks and coffee are included in the room. Bathroom and shower are nice.

The guesthouse uses a third party app for check in (Keesy), I have never managed to get it to work. I am also slightly uncomfortable to leave my documents to a third party.

would not recommend simply because of the stress with the Keesy app

Nice apartment, good size bathroom. Had a coffee maker & fridge with cold water & drinks.

The entire key situation is rather unfortunate. If we would know that 1/ we have to register with 3rd party app Keesy (asking e.g for ID photos, a selfie, sex, highest education) and 2/ all the time have to use a phone to unlock/lock the door, therefore, we need to be sure the battery won't die, we would not book the room. It's just too much stress to worry about during the vacation, a simple key or a door code would be preferable. Also, about the need to register with the 3rd party app we learned the day of arrival (after checkout from the previous room) and it ate 20% of my battery to do so (had to stay in flight mode for the rest of the afternoon to be sure I have a few battery % left to enter the building/room. If you are familiar with the Keesy app and it does not bother you, go ahead, great accommodation otherwise.

Loved the room, though requires a little walk to the old town

The room was fantastic - clean and modern with interesting decorative touches to give it some character. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches such as Netflix, the espresso machine and USB chargers.

The location is about 15 mins walking to the told town, and 10 mins walking to the beach and not in a particularly picturesque street. I hired a bike, however, and it made it much easier to get around.
