About this apartment rental

This beautiful condo is located at the end of a quiet street, next to the natural forest where you can ski through the woods in the winter to Little Eagle Ski Lift. Or hike through the woods in the spring, summer and fall. If you prefer to take a free shuttle bus to the ski resort, our street is on the shuttle route.
This condo is a three story unit. The first floor is the garage, mudroom, and hallway for taking off all your ski or hiking gear.
The garage is for one car only since we have firewood taking up space on one side of the garage. The vehicle must be no longer than 17 feet which is the length of the garage. If you have more than one car, Those vehicles must park in town in a legal parking area. Because the snow plows need to have access, parking is only allowed in our garage.
The second floor is a large, spacious living room with a wood burning stove, a flat screen television, and an iPod docking station.
Off the living room there is an outdoor deck to sit out and enjoy the warm sun or stars at night. The fire department no longer allows guests to barbeque on the deck. Therefore, you are not able to bbq.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with a brand new refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and trash compactor.
You will find all the necessary cookware, utensils and glassware that you need. There is a kitchen island with bar stools to enjoy while entertaining or relaxing.
The dining room sits 6 people comfortably.
The master bedroom is spacious and beautiful with a large picture window. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi/tub/shower area as well as another free standing shower. The sink area has two sinks and lots of room for two people to share.
As you head up to the third story, there is a half bathroom.
Then on the third level, you will find a spacious loft, two bedrooms and a full size bathroom with two sinks.
One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has two bunk beds.

This place was just right for our family. It had ample room the kids, and it had a great layout. The kitchen was nice, the living room cozy, and the bedrooms were roomy. The place was also very CLEAN and communication w/ property manager/owner was easy. The location was great, central to eagle and the village, with the local bus just down the street, very convenient.

The perfect cozy condo for our latest trip to Mammoth. Host was super helpful and communitive during our stay in one of the most historic snow storm in while. Help keep us informed on the city's news and information. Highly recommend and would love to return in the future.

4 adults stayed at this property for a week. It snowed so much that the shuttles were not running after 17 inches of fresh snow fell the night before. We walked 1/2 mile to the base of Eagle Lodge. They were still not running at the end of the day and we walked home with ski boots and skis. It was pretty awful but worth it (and not the owner's fault). I just wish I had looked more closely at the map before walking. There is a short distance between the condo and the bottom of the Bridges run. If I had more clear instructions, it would have made the walk back much less painful. It looks like it is just a few hundred yards up Lake Mary road to the back side of the condo. But for most people, the shuttle is just 200 yards from the garage at the corner of Tyrol Ln and Kelly Road and comes every 20 minutes. The hosts were very responsive and kind. The condo has everything anyone would want to cook nice meals. The bed in the bottom bedroom is not terribly comfortable and seems really old but if you are not picky about beds then you are set. The adults who slept in the upstairs rooms said their beds were fine. We might just be too picky about our beds. There was plenty of firewood for a fire which was really nice to have when the electricity shut off (again, not the owners fault...this was during a week of multiple major storms).

The house is nice, clean and well stocked. Mary was excellent In communication at the time of booking and also called once to checkin if we need anything else. The only thing we had trouble with is finding out the wifi. None of them worked.

Perfect spot for a family getaway to Mammoth. Mary was very friendly and great to deal with. The condo was exactly as expected and we were super comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed making cooking easy - they have sharp knives!!! I don't think I've ever stayed at a rental property with sharp knives. Haha. Heating system was easy to figure out so we could come home to a warm condo after a long day of skiing without leaving heat on all day. The fireplace took a little work to get started but once we got the hang of it, it was great. We have no complaints and would definitely like to come back!

You could ski to Eagle if you are adventurous (we walked over through the forest on one of our non-ski days). Attached garage is always a bonus. We would definitely book again. This is the perfect condo for a ski trip to Mammoth. Extremely spacious for my group and had everything we needed (kitchen supplies, fire wood, etc). Super great location that was close to Eagle/ Canyon Lodge & shuttle bus stop. Mary-Ellen was extremely responsive and overall a great host. I would definitely recommend this place and would like to stay here again when I’m back in Mammoth.

This was my first time in Mammoth, but will not be my last. I would stay at this property again. I would recommend this property to anyone going to Mammoth. Great location, close to everything you need in Mammoth. Mary Ellen was a charm and easy to work with.

Overall a very nice property. It was great to have a garage. Honestly, the only negative was the lighting and the location of the switches. Very confusing and just a bit odd for us. Everything else was very nice. Would definitely consider this property in the future
