Estancia in November

Nice location, roomy, had everything we needed

It smelled like burnt food when we walked in, and it lasted into the next day. Like, so strong. That was the only downside. Everything else was great!

Overall, excellent gathering place for a family.

The number of bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms was a plus.

The main glitch was being locked out of our suite on our last night for about 90 minutes. It was hot outside and my family including my 96 year old mother had to wait in our car with occasional turning on of the air conditioning. I panicked in that I started calling and texting whatever numbers that I had and hoped that someone would answer. It turns out that the deadbolt is defective and we ended up having to use the key in the lockbox to get in to the suite. I believe the guy that came to help was named Caesar, he was very nice and once there helped us resolve the situation.

Incredible vacation

Everything was great. The pictures do not do this property any justice.

The basketball court was not good.

Although we had a rough arrival the remainder of the stay was excellent.

Very spacious and has everything you need to feel like home.

Lack of communication with Vacasa customer service. When we arrived the front door keypad was dead but the door was left unlocked and we were able to enter. We contacted Vacasa and they told us there's a spare key in the lock box but customer service gave us the wrong code for the lock box so we couldn't open it to get the spare key. Spent the whole afternoon and evening trying to get someone to help but no one came. Luckily we had a screwdriver and ended up replacing the keypad batteries ourselves. Also lots of crumbs on kitchen floor area when we arrived. (We should have taken pictures). The next morning we finally got a text from the property manager. He came by and apologized for the inconveniences and sorted everything out.

Estancia Enchantment stay

Perfect space for my family of 6. Beautiful unit. Beautiful grounds. Big pool. It had everything we needed. We loved it and will definitely come back.

Nice place. Would be great for young families.

Location was great. The layout was good. Nice balcony with barbecue. The kitchen was well equipped.

The first 11 days were quiet. But, the last 3 days people moved into the unit above us with kids that were jumping around and dribbling basketballs at all hours (very noisy and annoying). The mattress in the king bedroom was old with hills and valleys (not very comfortable).

Our stay

The size of the and amenities within the place was great. They had lots of games tv cable WiFi a good size kitchen. It was nice to have 3 bathrooms. The pool was nice

Pretty dirty the patio had food crumbs all over. In one bed room the sheets looked dirty. There were lots of items that were either broken or on the verge of breaking a kitchen chair leg felt like it was going to break if anyone tried to sit in it. There was a glass window missing in the tv stand one of the bulbs in the kitchen was burnt out. The fan in the master bedroom didn’t work, a lamp in the master didn’t work either. A couple door knobs felt loose. The patio furniture was stained. The fan in the master bathroom would either stay on and not turn off or wouldn’t turn on with the switch. There were chunks of dust hanging from the bathroom fan.

We had a very good stay, the condo was very comfortable for my needs. I would stay again.

Not a motel with foods

The beds were not as comfotable as i expected...i was in the king room. Our a/c broke, but i was given a refund for that which was more than adequate.

Only thing I would change is checking/checkout. Kinda of early checkout, and also late check in.
