Tom was a great host who timely answered all of my questions. The house was amazing—it was bigger than it even looked in the photos! It more than comfortably fit our group of friends (8 adults). The neighborhood is very quiet and close to a grocery store and the highway. Would absolutely stay here again.

The property was perfect for our party to celebrate my husband‘s 50th birthday. The pool and floats were great to enjoy and the kitchen island was massive enough for us to sit around and enjoy our meals and drinks. The rooms are nicely sized and the house is very clean. Laundry room was available with detergent and dryer sheets for the washer and dryer as well as an iron and extra towels and pool towels. The owner was very responsive to our needs and checked back in. We all loved our stay. Thank you.

We had a wonderful time in this beautifully decorated spacious home. It has all the amenities you need for ages 0-83! My family and I are looking forward to booking it again the next time we’re in Vegas. Our host was easy to communicate with and on top of any requests or issues. This 6 bedroom 4 bath house with a really nice pool, pool table and ping pong table was a great find and a perfect place for our group. House is really clean and well-stocked. Communication with host was excellent and whole process was very smooth. We will definitely stay here again on return visit. Very convenient to the airport and to the strip. It was nice to be off the strip in a big comfortable house. Highly recommend.

House was as good as expected and as advertised. Clean, well kept and had everything we needed. 3 generations from age 21 to age 85 and it worked great for everyone.

Great property for 8 guys over 5 days. Close to great golf courses, restaurants, and the strip. Beautifully decorated interior and very nice pool and hot tub, grill and outdoor seating as well. Tom was great to work with. Definitely recommend!

Property was larger than expected based on the photographs. i traveled with a student group to a convention. The house was located conveniently to main roadways while not feeling busy. we enjoyed our stay

The property is just as described in the listing, in excellent shape and very roomy. Our family of 9 had a very comfortable stay, enjoying the different spaces of the house very much. The kitchen was well stacked with utensils and dishes. We used the clothes washer and dryer, and there was plenty of detergent available. The decoration with all the musician, actors, celebrities and sports figures posters is a very nice touch, which adds to the fun experience. The open kitchen / dinning and tv room area is great for everyone to gather and enjoy together. We had minimal communication with the host, just the essential, and it was just right. The neighborhood is very nice and calm, with plenty of grocery shopping options nearby. All in all, very recommended!!!

This home is really quite lovely. I feel its nicer than the pictures show. Very spacious and comfortable. The rooms are nice, and common areas are large and enjoyable. The pool was very private, large in size and really enjoyable. Came with plenty of inflatables to use. The location of the home is really a highlight. Less than 10 minutes from the Airport, very close to grocery shopping, and really easy access to the strip. Communication with manager was always quick and kind. I hope I get the chance to stay here again.

The photos in my opinion do not do this property justice ! I love the celebrity memorabilia and the pool and jacuzzi saved us money on pool parties. There’s enough bathrooms and space that you won’t feel directly on top of each other. 10/10. Would recommend to a big party traveling together !

The property is much larger than the pictures make you think. The rooms are all spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Clean and great space for friends and family. We had 12 guests and we had more than enough space. Tom was very quick to respond any questions we had. Thanks again Tom.

Came for a boys weekend and this house was absolutely perfect. 9 big beds that held all 14 of us well, and plenty of space in the entire house to lay out multiple air mattresses if bed sharing isn't desired. The memorabilia on the walls was awesome to look at, and the tvs, pool table, and hot tub/spa were great for downtime as well. Location to The Strip is pretty easy too, only about a 10 minute ride. John was also very easy to deal with, and was very prompt with answers to the couple of questions I had. Would definitely stay here again!

Well maintained pool and spa with multiple entertainment options including pool , TV's with streaming services etc. Well stocked kitchen with all the appliances and utensils as well as outdoor bbq etc. 5 stars..

House worked out very well for a group of 8 on a golf trip. The house has a lot of beds and is very spacious. The house is well stocked with everything you would need. The pool is very big and the cleaner did a very thorough job on the day of our arrival. Communication with the property manager was easy and responses always came very quickly.

This property was absolutely perfect for my 40th bday vacation. We had 8 adults and 4 teenagers fit comfortably, everyone had their own space and house was super spacious, very clean, comfortable and beautiful. Pool table, pool and all the TVs were a hit. Close to strip and shopping. Would 100% recommend and would stay here again! Host was easy to contact & work with.

We loved this location for our family to stay together for a destination wedding at Red Rock Canyon.,This home is even bigger in person! Loved the location which was close to the airport, shopping, not far from the strip, and a short drive to the canton. The pool and spa weee a hit with the family. The best part was not being in a bunch of separate hotel rooms, but spending time together! Tom was a gracious host. We definitely recommend this rental!
