Still a beautiful place to stay; even with some of the hiccups that occured.

The large windows overlooking the Mississippi River. Art on the walls are very nice. Room seemed modern and clean. The breakfast was great.

TV did not work; we could hear everything in the next room and smell there cooking. An alarm came on around 12:45 AM in the morning, alerting everyone to evacuate immediately and do not use the elevators, by the time I got dressed and grabbed my purse; the alarm went off. Not sure what that was about?

Great Place to stay, clean and friendly!!

The room was great, very clean.

The property is in a great location for the wedding venue it sits next to. But there is a little drive to Get to downtown moline or to go over the bridge to Davenport. I would make sure you plan accordingly so you can spend your day away from the property and not have to come back until your ready.

My daughter birthday party was ruined

The staff

My daughter got locked in there bathroom for 45 mins and now is Traumatized about doors closing on her she is only 7 due to this incident I was late to work and suspended . And the pool was too salty you could smell the chemicals in the pool they burned your eyes

Beautiful hotel with great views. Rooms are very nice but not well maintained. Needed repairs.

Good breakfast. Liked the hot food offered and liked that it opened early and stayed open until 10 am.

Arrived late around midnight and after checking into the room we realized the toilet wasn't working. So we were transferred to another room where again the toilet wasn't working. By this time it was 1 am and we didn't want to move again. We were able to get the toilet to fill by wiggling on the inside pump but we had to do this all weekend which was a hassle. We also found dirty dishes in the dishwasher that were never put away and the door to the bathroom would not shut - off the track or something. We informed the front desk of the issues so the next customer would not have the same experience. Also - the parking lot was not cleared and parking spots were not close - lots of snow and very full parking meant walking a long ways to and from the hotel in icy, snowy conditions.

Great place to stay on the water

This is my second time staying here for a gymnastics meet. It is close to the event space and breakfast was great.

Asked for late check in and didn’t receive it.

Overall good experience

The room was clean and the location was nice. The breakfast was good and hot. The Day shift front desk people we very friendly and accommodating. The evening shift ones were not as friendly.

More variety for breakfast. It was the same all 3 days I had breakfast there. I had an issue with my room and ask the front desk person what I needed to do to get another room. She looked at me like yeah, that's not gonna happen and said she would send the maintenance man up to look at my room. After waiting an hour and a half i called back down and she acted like she forgot. She did move me to another room which I did appreciate.

Good with extremely sober breakfast

Ruime kamers, mooi uitzicht, goede faciliteiten voor sport

Derde bed in de kamer was niet opgemaakt, werd ook niet aangeboden. Balie personnel doet alleen hoog nodige. Ontbijt buffet was super jarig en Hyatt onwaardig. Zou tot 9.30 beschikbaar moeten zijn maar werd om 9.08 al afgeruimd. Papieren bordjes en plastic bestek verwacht je niet bij een Hyatt hotel. Nee dit was het niet.

Nice room but that is about it. Below average on all other counts.

The room was comfortable and quiet. We got a good night's rest.

The breakfast was, at best, below average for this type of hotel. The waffles were dry and there was no syrup. The Canadian bacon was dry. The room temperature when we arrived was 68 degrees F. Had to adjust the thermostat. The desk clearly had not been cleaned. The WiFi did not work in the breakfast area. We have stayed here several times in the past and those experiences were very good. I think we may skip the Hyatt next time.

Amazing stay and will be back

This was an amazing place to stay! The staff were amazing and helpful in so many ways! The rooftop bar was out of this world! We loved the overlook of the river ! Would recommend this hotel to everyone !!

Exceptional

The staff was friendly and accommodating, the pool was clean, the bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good, parking was no problem and it's right next to the Mississippi river and there is a walking path. We loved it and will be coming back!

Just the eggs, they had no flavor and were hard.

we had the biggest problem with the pool we’re big swimmers and when I book a hotel that has a pool I expect it to be open. And at this time you guys it wasn’t they couldn’t help me in anyway I’m getting a better rate or getting our money back to where I can get to another hotel

Won't Go Back

The breakfast had a good variety of choices. Coffee was very good! I liked that our group could gather in the lobby to enjoy some pizza we had ordered. The bed was comfortable. Nice sized closet and drawers.

When I asked how much it would be to upgrade room they gave me a price but didn't mention that it was per night, so I was surprised when I received the bill. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. There was only one hook in the bathroom in our suite room so only enough room for 1 towel to be hung. I don't know where they expected guests to hang wet towels or clothes they may have brought in to shower. (No room on top of shower doors either.) The bathroom door is a slider and tends to slam and make a loud noise when you open or close it unless you hold onto it to make sure it closes quietly. The bar on the 9th floor was closed one night unexpectedly with no explanation.

Very Disappointing on so many levels

The breakfast was the one bright spot in our stay. The choices were excellent and the food was tasty.

There were so many shortcomings that I was surprised because we had stayed in this property before. There was a cover missing on the tv remote batteries , the TV was not connected and it was hard to get to the cables to attach the HDMI cable to the TV, the Front desk was of no help in resolving or responding to the problems, there were insufficient blankets for the bed, there was a noisy birthday party in the room next door, the shower door not cleaned of water spots and when we arrived it was difficult to turn on lights because the switches were hidden behind the lamp post.

Everything was perfect!

The bar and restaurant were closed. I understand it was a Sunday, and maybe it is always closed on Sundays. There was a major event at the Rust Belt, and many of those guests were staying at Hyatt House. It would be a good idea to partner more with the Rust Belt or be aware of their event schedule.
