Lovely character property, fantastic garden space with plenty of shady areas and great facilities, including a lovely pool.Location was great with supermarket, bakery, restaurant all walking distance so car was not needed. Bus stop close by with regular buses to Cannes seafront (15 minutes) and to the very pretty village of Mougin. Just a bit of noise from a nearby car wash but overall we had a fantastic week. Danielle was on hand for any queries and was very helpful in letting us access the villa a few hours earlier than expected.

Danielle was a wonderful host - able to assist in everything you may need. Outdoor space was fantastic and the children loved all the activities available. Quiet spot in what is quite a busy area - over an hour walk to the coast but bakery a 2 minute walk away, as was a fabulous local restaurant .

We were a 3 generation family group with grandparents, parents, 3 teenagers aged 17, 16 and 13 and a two year old. The house worked perfectly for us and the pool and gardens were gorgeous. The weather was exceptionally hot during our stay so the air conditioned bedrooms were bliss! Our host was extremely kind and helpful. Available if we needed anything but never intrusive. Our whole stay was a great experience.

Perfect Stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is very well located for the coast and for more traditional villages (Mougins and Valbonne). The garden is lovely with lots of different seating areas and plenty of shade as well as sunshine. We enjoyed the table tennis and the hot tub in particular. We would certainly return.

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette très belle villa. C’est un petit cocon qui appelle à la quiétude tout en étant proche des commerces. Les extérieurs sont des plus agréables et permettent des moments très conviviaux. L’accueil de Danielle a été très chaleureux et la communication parfaite. Nous recommandons sans hésiter

We had a wonderful stay at the villa . It had all the amenities that you could possibly want from a lovely safe swimming pool as well as a Jacuzzi
it was perfect for a family. Indoors was excellent with all the bedrooms being air-conditioned. It's even had a washing machine and dryer. Danielle the Property Owner was always on hand to help and advise. Look forward to spending another summer in the property

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille et avec des enfants en bas âge, dans cette propriété où nous avions déjà séjourné. Tout est réuni pour ça : piscine, ping- pong, barbecue, SPA, la maison spacieuse et confortable, avec la climatisation bien appréciée cette fois. Nous recommandons.

Summer 2017
We were 2 families who spent one week in this fantastic Place. The garden was beautiful With many Nice sitting areas and the pool was clean and Nice. The kids loved it and we had a relaxing holiday just outside Cannes.

7 of us stayed for 1 week in August with ages between 1 and 70. We had a perfect stay, so relaxing and everything we needed. The villa is only 30 mins from the airport. We arrived very early but Danielle was happy for us to relax around the pool and even brought us cool drinks until our rooms were ready. We spent 6 days of our stay relaxing around the well equipt pool, playing ping pong and used the bbq every day. There are two supermarkets very close by, the closest also has a lovely bar on the side and the lunch time food is great. We caught the bus to Canne beach one day which was easy but were glad to come back to the peace of the villa. It was one of the best, most relaxing week we could hope for. Thanks for making it such a great stay Danielle!

Perfect relaxing stay

Perfect Oasis
The property is located in a busy suburb of Cannes. However, when you are in the villa and in the perfectly planned back garden, you feel like you are in the relaxing country-side. So, you have the best of both worlds, convenience to supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacies, and also serenity. You are a 15-20 min drive to the beach, although we preferred to stay poolside all but one day! You are also a short drive to Mougin. The host is by far the best we have ever had! She lives on the property to help with anything you may need, but does not intrude at all! It is like being at a hotel with superb concierge service. She even arranged for a doctor's visit when my child was ill. The villa is very nicely decorated and is well stocked with everything you need to cook, entertain, and enjoy your holiday. There is a large master suite with a sitting room and the most comfortable bed! There are two smaller rooms which are simple, but serve their purpose. The veranda has a pull out couch. You will spend all of your time by the pool or in the large veranda off of the kitchen. We were two families traveling with small children. Danielle ensured we had cots and everything we needed for the kids. But we easily could imagine this house as a perfect location for a group of friends wanting a vibrant environment. The veranda/pool area has a large dining table, bar and numerous well planned sitting areas. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

spacious villa with beautiful garden
We spent one week in this villa. We really enjoyed. We were 7 people, 6 adults and one child. One of the bedrooms upstairs do not have aircondition. I don't think you get the understanding of that when you read the description. Because we were only 7 people, two could moove to the sleeping couch downstairs.

The villa was really nice and clean when we arrived. Mrs Dallard even drove me to the grocery store so I could do some basic shopping. We really apperciated that. The owners live at the same property, that was no problem to us. Nice to know that they were near if we should have any questions. The bakery were a few hundred meters away, same with the grocery store. The bus to Cannes had a bus stop 300 meters from the house, it took around 23 minutes to Cannes Center. A little more than it says in the description. Overall a very nice property, We recommend it to others. Would like to come back sometime.
