Schöne Aparment in gute Lage, in unserem Fall leider nicht gereinigt, Preis-Leistung noch akzeptabel

Die Wohnung als solches ist gut geschnitten. Die Räume sind großzügig. Weitgehend schöne Einrichtung. Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Heizung funktioniert gut, ebenso warmes Wasser.

Leider war die Wohnung nahezu nicht gereinigt; vermutlich nur der Boden gesaugt. Im Bad und in der Küche ware alle Oberflächen staubig und/oder klebrig. (In der Küche fettige Oberfläche, im Bad Zahnpasta-Flecken, Wasser- und Kalkflecken, es ist einfach nicht geputzt worden.) Das Elternbett ist für normal gebaute Mitteleuropäer zu klein (zu kurz und zu schmal). Der Wasserhahn im Bad ist wacklig und für das Waschbecken völlig ungeeignet (viel zu geringer Abstand zwischen Waschbecken und Wasserhahn).

Good apartment dose not mean good owner

The location is in the city center. The city is surrounding in the middle of Alsace which can go anywhere. The apartment is fully furnished but need some new decorations and better cleaning.

When we asked frankly about the road constructions in front of the apartment, the owner said everything is ok. But actually not, we need to carry the big luggage thru the construction road with dirt and soil. Finally, we found the way out on the back that connected to the good road (this was also asked but informed wrongly by the owner. Also free parking is far away from the apartment (8 minutes walk), then you need to find the right spot to drop the luggage first (bad lucks we did not get the good recommendations)

Nice surprise and good value for money

Indications were given by the owner. Easy way to park and find the apartment. Good host that offer a gift at the arrival.

Noise on a saturday nights with people shouting and being loud on the street. Im afraid it is the risk when you sleep in coty center.

Comfy apartment with nice view from the balcony in the heart of Sélestat

Everything went perfect, the accomodation is at a good location. A lot of restaurants and bars are close.

Superb

All worked, clean and as described. Kitchen is fully (and even a bit more) equipped, very useful. WiFI great. Additinal bed covers as many as you need.

Selestat is not a great place for travellers. Situation with parkings is really bad. When you arrive, you HAVE TO be in contact with teh owner to coordinate the arrival time and avoid waiting or being waited for long, there is no reception there.

Great place to stay when exploring this beautiful region of Alsace.

Really great, central location with large balcony catching sun from morning to its setting. Quiet street in the middle of everything. Very comfortable apartment with full kitchen facilities. No washing machine. Entrance area to the building a little cold and off-putting but not a problem. Very small lift which we didn't use. Half hour free parking outside then a short drive to free parking. Given a 4 hour parking pass for areas marked blue, but couldn't find any. Not a problem. Saw 9 storks on the neighbouring roof one night.

Entrance, but that is being picky. Great apartment and no noise from the building.

Great location and beautiful flat!

Great location, a well-decorated home, clean and comfortable. It has a lovely balcony. Bathroom well equipped and the shower is great! It is very spacious and has good storage. The host left us a really nice treat!

As we stayed for 7 days, we missed having a washing machine and iron. The kitchen needs a few more things, such a smaller pan, serving plates, skimmer, ladle...I think the house is great for a weekend break but needs those extras for longer stays!

Hard to find

Large nice amenities, big open floor plan. Great view!

Nice apartment, had an old person/nursing home smell but otherwise clean. (Reason for lower rating on clean) Very hard to find. No sign, advertising or specific directions. In the end the owner met us on the road and took us in but makes it hard.
