Initially impressed with the location of the apartment. Nice set up. Things had been thought out quite well.
Not a lot of spare sheets/blankets when the weather got a little cold. Child friendly glasswear not available.
Were accused by owner of damaging property and then quoted an unreasonable sum for repair for damage we did not do. (Asking 50 euro for travel which is more than the cost of a taxi to the airport) and treated unfairly when we explained we did not do the damage. We were out almost every day due to the festival at the time and basically used the apartment for sleeping only.

Beautiful, clean place
Kitchen has everything you need
Bed was comfortable
Check in was easy
It was cold, very cold (end of April). We were so uncomfortable because of that
There was no hairdryer in the apartment, every place I stayed for last 10+ years had a hairdryer It was very nice to sit in the cold apartment with wet hair.

A lovely quiet cosy apartment suitable for young families. Modern & stylishly renovated with all the modern necessities for our short stay. It's located on the Parliament Square around the corner from the Swedish Gate, a very short stroll to all parts of Riga Old Town, and convenient for accessing the rest of the city.

The location could not be better. Clean, beautiful, modern flat, equipped with everything you possibly need, even with new toys and entertainment for kids.

we liked all very much: beatufully looking, excellent design
all you need you will find in apartments. we could even leave some baby staff home since was available in the apartments.
kids absolutely loved the bunk bed. we were very happy with quality of mattress at master bed.
many kinds of toys, kids may easily entertain themselves.
location is perfect, especialy with kids - next door stores and restaurants, playgrounds and so on.
very comfortable with kids.
quite noisy since in this apartments all windows look at the busy road
windows on the same side, despite there is strong wind straight into windows - quite stuffy
the banister at staircase has multiple missing elements, leaving big holes. A small but independent baby who wants to walk alone holding banister, may fall through
beware that the entire surrounding area is restricted for general cars.
most of taxis cannot come, saying they would pick up across the small park. it’s all OK unless it’s heavy raining.
couriers with food delivery may be unaware as well, causing some delays while they bargain with police protecting the area.

Very nice apartment in the middle of the city. Small shop and restaurant on the corner of the buliding. Apartment clean and cozy. Comfortable bed, well equipped kithcen. Aircondition in the bedroom. Also have nice bed for children and a little bit toys, puzzles and books. We loved our stay!
Two things that in our opinion is missing in apratment, that is customized for staying with children is a small potty and a small step to reach the sink for little ones.

We felt safe in this location. A short walk to shops, food and activities. Nice green space out front of the apartment to sit and read a book, relax or take a stroll. Nicely decorated.
