Tucked away in a quiet street is 'The Track'.... a beautiful double storey townhouse. Step out the door and on to the Rail Trail which leads to many of our local attractions and only a 5 minute walk to the town centre.

This property is managed on behalf of the owner by Bright Holidays (part of the Dickens Real Estate group)

CANCELLATION POLICY - STANDARD
• If notification of a cancellation or amendment is received more than 14 days prior to the booking arrival date, a fee of $110 (including GST) will apply and will be deducted from the deposit paid prior to the issuing of a refund.
• If notification of a cancellation is received 14 days or less prior to the booking arrival date no refund or credit will apply.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION (Sleeps a maximum of 10 people)

All four bedrooms are located downstairs . All linen, including towels is provided at this property.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen will provide you with inspiration to entertain with all modern fixtures including a dishwasher, fridge, electric cooking and microwave. The dining room features a gorgeous table with seating for 8 and extra seating at the kitchen bench for 4.

LOUNGE & ENTERTAINMENT
The beautifully decorated home features a modern open plan living space on the top floor. A spacious lounge room with leather lounge seating for 6, a plasma TV and DVD player.

Please note: This property DOES NOT have WIFI

HEATING & COOLING
The master bedroom has a split system heating/cooling and the three other rooms have an electric wall heater. There are two further reverse cycle airconditioning units in the upstairs lounge/dining area as well as a gas heater.

BATHROOMS
In addition to the master ensuite, the downstairs main bathroom features a bath, shower and vanity with a separate toilet. There is a powder room off the main living area with a toilet and vanity.

OUTDOORS
Make use of the generous gas BBQ and outdoor setting.

PET POLICY
The Track has a strict NO pet policy.

LAUNDRY
The spacious laundry has all you need including a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

PARKING
There is off street parking for 2 vehicles. Please note that the garage is not for guests use.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at The Track for two weeks with the extended family. It is a wonderful spot, kitchen is well stocked with all the neccessities for cooking at home. Large bedrooms allow for lots of storage of ski gear and wine for the holiday. Only issue we had was that one of the bunk beds was broken, but the team at Bright Holidays dealt with it well so it only caused a minor issue. It was clean and what was really nice is that it's not cluttered there is lots of space to store all your food in the kitchen and games for the kids.We will definately be staying here again :)

We were a group of 7 adults and were well catered for with the 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 toilets. The open plan kitchen/dining/lounge room served us well and was quite comfortable. It is in a very quiet location with parking for 2 cars off the street. Overall it was a pleasure to stay there.

We visited Bright last week with our family friends & stayed at thus property for three nights. The Track, 2/ 8, wherein we stayed, was fully equipped with all necessities & super clean. It is situated in the centre of Bright, so an easy access to all surroundings & the view was fabulous. The Management was very responsive & friendly. The only issue was of no WiFi.... other than that no issues at all. We would definitely recommend this to our friends circle & would love to stay again. Sami & Ambreen

The gas heater in the upstairs living kept that part of the house very warm and cosy. The only criticism was the downstairs bedrooms were quite cold overnight and one bedroom’s heater didn’t work at all.

Will come back as we were very happy with this place - comfortable, convenient, new, nicely appointed, well equipped, and all. Only area to improve is the hot water. For a place with 4 bedrooms, the amount of hot water available is limited and the shower pressure is weak. A few of us had to contend with cold showers one night.

Beautiful Townhouse for Large Group

The Track townhouse is located in a quiet but convenient court, right next to a walking track which is lined with beautiful autumn trees with the backing of mountains. It is a short walk to the Canyon walk trial and also a beautiful walk into town. The house is spacious for a group of 10 and the kitchen, island counter, equipment is wonderfully adequate for cooking a feast. The amenities like soaps/body wash/tissues/ toilet paper can be more generous as we ran out pretty quickly. The bathroom fan probably needs a service too as it is very noisy when on. But overall the stay is very comfortable and the town is very beautiful.

We had a fabulous stay at The Track. The living area and kitchen upstairs is large and spacious. Bedrooms had heating which was greatly appreciated! The only thing we could suggest to make this place even better would be for a TV upgrade (a smart TV)...for those nights you want to spend indoors! Overall we had a wonderful time, thanks for having us!

It's hard to fault this beautiful townhouse in such a perfect location - so close to the rail trail, an easy walk to town but out of the hustle and bustle and very quiet which we loved. We spent 3 days across the Christmas weekend here with our family of young adults. The kitchen is superb - very well equipped and worked well for cooking up a Christmas feast. The house is very tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings and in pristine condition with very comfortable beds and excellent facilities all round. There are beautiful views to the hills from the windows upstairs in the living area and from the balcony. We enjoyed being able to easily ride onto the rail trail and stroll into town. I hope we will be back!

We had a great 3 night stay here recently. Two families for 3 nights. Townhouse was spacious and had everything you needed. Walk along the rail trail to town was very pleasant. Will definately be back!
