We enjoyed our stay at Sebastian. The property is very spacious and well located. Kitchen is well stocked. Everything that we used in the kitchen, laundry room was in a good working condition. The house has a nice, screened porch in a pretty green backyard. Communication with the property manager was easy and pleasant. I highly recommend Sebastian home and I hope to come back and stay there again in the feature.

Very well presented house, well supplied, clean, quiet neighborhood, close to everything. 15 minutes to the ocean, 10 minutes to a nice municipal golf course. We have already booked for next year.

We enjoyed our stay in Sebastian. The home 🏠 was neat and clean and had a nice upscale decor. The beds were very nice and comfy, and we enjoyed the enclosed patio in the rear of the house as it was very private, and the yard itself had lots of pretty foliage. We also enjoyed the Sebastian and Vero Beach area as there was lots to do and seemed like there was a festival in the area (even the Frog Leg festival in Fellsmere) every weekend. Weather was great as you can't beat 70's and 80's temperatures in January. We appreciate being able to stay in such a nice home 🏠 in a nice neighborhood. Thanks Thomas !

House is in a quiet neighborhood but close to Indian River restaurants and bars, as well as parks and nature preserves. It is tastefully decorated and has all needed appliances and conveniences (3 TVs!). We particularly enjoyed the screened rear porch.

I have used other vacation home services. This one I consider to be very poorly managed. Information given was not accurate and sometimes the information needed wasn't given. A big disappointment in the administration of the service.

This is a very nice 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in a very quiet neighborhood. We stayed there for 18 days. It includes a garage suitable for one mid-size or smaller car. There is also a large screened-in porch attached to the back of the house. The location is good – about 5 to 10 minutes to groceries, restaurants, etc. It is nearly completely furnished with towels, etc. and kitchen utensils. (One exception: no top to the oven grill pan.) On the downside, there were absolutely no instructions on how to run anything (TV's, appliances) or garbage/recycling rules and days. We needed to contact the house manager when the power to some of the outlets and lights inexplicably went out (luckily, only the bedroom lights and receptacles were affected). It turned out a circuit breaker in the main power panel needed to be replaced. Also, the garage door opener was missing at first which the house manager found and brought to us after a few days. In general, the house needed upkeep – cleaning: hair in bathroom sinks, tubs and shower, dust on nearly all surfaces. The barbecue grill was in horrible condition. It looked like it had never been cleaned and was badly rusted. Had to get the house manager to come to get it to light and even then it was a jury-rigged proposition. As a result, we felt unsafe so never used it. It really needs to be replaced with a new one. The house manager (Damian) was very good. He came promptly when contacted and worked hard to correct things that were not right. He even quickly got an electrician to fix the breaker problem. One little quirk that should be mentioned: the turn-on/heat control in the shower in the master bedroom works opposite normal similar valves. As soon as you turn it on it is in the full hot position (and is VERY hot) instead of full cold. Someone could easily get burned not knowing this.

We stayed 3 times at Mr. Gilliam's place. Everything about it is very good. I am sorry that I don't think I'll becoming to Florida next year if I did I would be staying there I reccomend highly recommend to everybody

We visited over the Christmas New year holiday and come to Sebastian area several times a year. In fact we're planning on moving to the area soon. The home was clean had everything you could need such as towels, bed linens, toiletries, kitchen utensils, even had a waffle maker, cookware (could use another pot and possibly a griddle), plates, spices, grill, bikes (need to provide bike seat adjusting tools), bumper pool and games. The jacuzzi in the master bathroom was a plus they even had candles. The family room was comfortable maybe a bigger TV. We cooked all our meals at home so it was important to have kitchen essentials. The location is excellent within 15 minutes to the beach. There are three parks within walking or bike riding distance, the neighborhood was quiet. We especially enjoyed the screened-in porch a perfect place to eat meals. It would be nice to provide a key to the deadbolt for extra security for our things when we leave. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit this place again.

Located in a quiet neighborhood, the property has everything to make your stay enjoyable. Great screened porch for enjoying your morning coffee. Large grill for steaks or seafood later in the day. The only wrinkle was VRBO who took 2-weeks to return the security deposit. Owner is responsive and top notch. Liked the area so much I bought a house there!!!

New place, very enjoyable vacation.. After numerous years coming down to Sebastian decided to try a new place... Had a great time after locking ourselves out on just the second night, we regrouped to enjoy the Sebastian atmosphere. The home was very clean and the neighborhood was very quiet. Owners very friendly and helpful. Only compliant was no blender for those Florida fruity drinks LOL 😎�⛱️😎�⛱️😎�.... Thanks for everything!!!!

Our family of five enjoyed staying in this home for our week in Sebastian. Close to everything, and very safe comfortable! Loved the bumper pool table for some fun while winding down at night. My only reason for giving four and not five stars would be the condition of some of the kitchen items, and lack of options for cooking utensils. When we rent a home instead of hotel, we plan to eat and cook as much as possible at that home, and found it difficult here more than others we’ve stayed at. But otherwise was fully stocked, everything worked the way we needed it to, you can’t beat the rate per night, and we had a great stay! We’d definitely book it again if we stay in Sebastian in the future!

This house has everything you will need to enjoy a wonderful family vacation in Sebastian, Florida. Only 15 minutes drive to Vero Beach or Sebastian State Park Inlet beach. We love to visit both of these beaches. I would definitely stay there again.
