Park right by your walkway to get into this tucked away townhouse, less than 4 miles from the square and sorority row. Works great for 2 couples with children to share or extended family stay. Open bottom floor with wood flooring, bedroom/bath makes gathering a breeze. Enjoy the shaded outdoor patio for grilling and green space for throwing the football, baseball, or bean bags. View the mature landscaping from the New Orleans style front balcony from the upstairs master. Swimming pool on site, walking park, shops and restaurants in walking distance. Wonderfully decorated 4 BR - 3 BA condo with a balcony and back porch. All the amenities you need for a stay in Oxford. Very close to campus, restaurants, shopping. Will definitely stay again!

Convenient location for the Square, Grove, Stadium, and Ole Miss Golf course. Property is very nice and served our family of four with ease. Host/Owner was very helpful and made our stay welcoming.

This property was perfect for our group of friends visiting Oxford for a football weekend. The townhouse was adorable & well stocked and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. We might have lost the game - but we had a great visit & would definitely rent here again!

The condo was perfect for our trip. Plenty of room, beautifully decorated & fully equipped with everything we needed for our granddaughter's family graduation celebration. Wendy was great to work with (loved the little happys). We will be back in 3 years for her pharmacy PHD graduation and will try to rent again. Thanks!

So homey! Perfect for us, since we flew Into Oxford airport and the place is Right THERE. Very close to campus too. There wasn’t anything that we needed that we couldn’t find. And communicating with the host was very easy and always prompt.

We enjoyed a fabulous Homecoming weekend, which included this excellent, tucked away property that is still a stone's throw from any and all things Oxford. The property owner is delightful, and the property is clean, well-stocked, and comfortably decorated. We thouroughly enjoyed our stay, and hope to be back on our next visit to Oxford.

We loved our weekend in Oxford! Our daughter was graduating from Ole Miss and we wanted a home away from home that had room to celebrate with family and friends. This apartment is very spacious with a cozy feel. Every bed was comfortable, whole place was very clean, and everything that we could have possibly needed was already there and so much more. The location is so convenient! Communication with the owner was a breeze and she even left this mama a beautiful hydrangea for Mother's Day! Such thoughtfulness is evident in every room and it's a special place that I'd gladly stay at again! We enjoyed our time on campus, on the square, and at our home away from home. Hotty Toddy!

We had the best Thanksgiving/Egg Bowl weekend at "Hotty Toddy, Perfect Spotty"! Great location. Close to campus, airport and restaurants. The owner is very responsive and the condo is filled with all the extras that you forgot to bring from home. There is plenty of room to spread out in this adorable condo. And a cute outside patio! Bring the whole family and enjoy Oxford!
