This place with its 2 bedrooms and a small kitchen and sitting area was perfect for me as I was visiting family nearby. I never saw the family that lives in the main part of the same house even though the doors are adjacent to each other. It has a lovely little front lawn area with pretty flowers and plants.

We were visiting family in Thornton. This property was perfect for what we needed. Good location. We had everything we needed and even extras. It was clean and very comfortable. Would recommend this property to anyone coming to this area.

Very easy to check in and out. The house conveniently locates near shopping center, but in the quiet neighborhood. It takes less than 1.5 hours to visit Rocky Mountain National Park in the North and Colorado Springs in the South. Chris' house is clean and have everything we need for the short stay. Thank you

The place is fine for a short stay 2-3 days. The space is cut up and kitchen not functional for long stays. No dish or cable offered.

We stayed here over Christmas for 5 nights. The owner communicated information in a timely manner. Easy entry. Beds were comfortable and the place was very clean and neat. It was close to my son’s house so that was perfect. We were there during an extremely cold spell and the place was well heated.

We were up in the Boulder area for parents weekend and this place was great for a lower-cost option to the very expensive hotels close to Boulder. It was a quick 15-20 minute drive to the CU campus. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Basic accommodations but perfect for our needs.

June 2022 Colorado Vacation
The property met all of our expectations. It was clean and ready for us to use. It was described well on VRBO and had clear instructions sent to us and inside the unit. We were attending a softball tournament in the nearby park, so it was an ideal location. We also loved the large open space areas near the rental. There was grocery stores, restaurants, and other shopping close to the unit. Overall, we were happy with our time in the unit and in Broomfield.

We traveled to the Denver area for a soccer tournament with our 2 teenage boys and stayed a week to tour the area and explore colleges for our youngest son. The location of this Broomfield property was perfect for the activities that we wanted to do. We were within a 30-60 minute drive from downtown Denver, to Boulder to Idaho Springs and surrounding areas. For that, this property was great. The house was very clean and the property is nicely manicured on the outside and in a good neighborhood. This was our first time staying in a VRBO that shared the property with an Owner, and we were a little disappointed with that situation. The guest quarters is a garage/basement turned into living quarters so the actual living space was pretty small and not super comfortable for 4 mostly grown adults. We had most of our days pretty packed with activities so we only had a couple of nights with down time. The living room wasn't that comfortable for the 4 of us, and we had internet connectivity issues while watching a movie. If you are planning on spending a lot of time on the property, this may be a better landing location for a smaller group or a family with younger kids. That being said, there is no outdoor space available for relaxing, which could be an issue. The only other issue we had was the master bedroom window is facing the parking area, so we had one night when the owner came home after we were in bed and the lights shine into the room for several minutes.

This home was very clean and just had a cozy feel to it. Tall people might have a hard time using the kitchen sink due to the wall having an unusual bump out. I am 5'8" and had a hard time with the sink but it's doable.
The location was great for what we needed. Easy to get to, eating options close by and the First Bank Center (which is where our function was) was only a few minutes away. Fairly quiet neighborhood.

I would recommend this property for couples, as, despite the fact that there are two bedrooms each with beds that would accommodate two, the living area is too small for more than two. There is a small table that would become overly crowded if more than two ate there. Also - there are two heating units that are very loud. One of them is in the living area and the other is in what is considered the master bedroom. There is no way we could have slept in that room given the noise. So we slept in the other bedroom, which was quite comfortable. With more than two, someone would have had to try to sleep through the noise.
Otherwise - the kitchen is equipped well enough as a whole. There is no oven, but there is a large toaster oven that, again, should easily take care of dinner for two. The location is pretty good for getting around the Broomfield area and not bad for going further afield aka Denver and Boulder.
Also a warning - there are five stair steps separating the living area and the second bedroom (the one we used) and the bathroom. Anybody with mobility problems who could not do those five stair steps should loo elsewhere for accommodation.
Finally - the owner was very responsive on a couple of occasions, one before we arrived and needed further information. The other a day into our rental when we had a minor maintenance issue and he took care of it promptly. Much appreciated.
