property was under construction. messy hallways and lobby

The floors were not mopped in our room, the carpet had several stains throughout the room. The bathroom was not clean.The attendant at the front desk was no where to be found to check out in the morning.There was little to no parking at the facility but a broke down Tesla taking up two parking spots. The lobby looked like there might have been a waterline break so they had most of the floor pulled up but where it wasn’t the peel and stick was lifted making a tripping hazard.

The clerk was not friendly at all. The hotel was not clean.

The television didn’t work. The room was by the back door and it slammed all night. The soap and shampoo dispenser in the shower were empty and the toilet paper roll was torn off the wall.

Very disappointed in paying 150.00 deposit for a motel. The place was dirty, especially the room. The shower was dirty and stained. I read the reviews before booking and they are misleading.

what I like about this place was its close to the casino.

The person who greeted in the front desk was rude and had no customer service experience. she wasn’t friendly nor polite. I also got this room for two nights and the second it didn’t work on the magnetic slot to enter our room so I had to go down stairs to find out why and she told me that I have need to reprogram it every 24hrs. which it’s pretty dumb knowing I’m staying for two nights.

The front desk clerks were friendly. The bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

I do not normally write reviews, but this place has really gone down hill. We stayed here 1 years ago and it wasn’t bad at all. However, the facility appears to be understaffed beginning with it took 20+ minutes for someone to appear at front desk (after asking someone in laundry) to check-in. Overall, the property lacks general maintenance, upkeep and is in need of a deep cleaning. So bring your own wipes. Our room, 200, had been cleaned with only bare necessities in mind. I say this with no disrespect other than to me the cleaning was extremely substandard. At a glance you could see finger prints on door, TV, and microwave. The bathroom was small but usable. With that said, sit on the toilet (without a lid)and take a look around and all you see is built up dirt and grime. The refrigerator had not been cleaned or wiped out. Road construction makes getting to the property a nightmare. If you are going to casino note there is no longer a shuttle. Uber cost us $28 one way (Friday night). We will not stay here again!

They allow dogs. They barked all night long. Next time ask what floor the dogs are on so you can sleep.

the location was what we needed

our room smelled musty and moldy and the shower looked dirty or also moldy. I have to say the man that checked us in was wonderful and very personable. however the person working the morning checkout was rude, refused to check us out and told us to leave our keys at the desk. I never got confirmation of our two rooms 320 and 315 being checked out. this was probably our first and last time to stay at a hy lo.

Liked the EV charger.

Extremely loud , guest were having a party and could hear music till 3am.

not very clean, especially bathroom, shower head busted, bed was hard, very hard to get in and out of property due to road construction. busted tire getting in and out hitting chug holes. no Uber, no shuttle.

Front Desk gentleman was very helpful, courteous and pleasant.Asset to your company. When traveling in this area again,will definitely stay here.

The lighting for my particular taste in the sofa area was dark.
