Un hotel curat și modern, restaurantul are niște View uri impresionante, fiind situat la etajul 7, cu pereții din sticlă.

La Spa este imposibil da stai mai mult de 15 min, din pricina clorului din apă.

צוות המלון בקבלה היה מקצועי אדיב ונחמד בחדר האוכל נחמד אך פחות מקצועי

המיקום קרוב למרכז אבל מהחדרים אין מה לראות והמלון באזור של תחנות אוטובוסים מאד לא אטרקטיבי

Ein gutes Hotel bin nicht unbedingt bester Lage.

Das Hotel war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war freundlich und man konnte sich mit Englisch gut verständigen. Die Ausstattung war wie hochwertig und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Der Fußweg in die Innenstadt ist etwas weit, aber durchaus zu bewältigen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht optimal. Es liegt direkt am Busbahnhof und parken vor dem Eingang ist extrem schwierig.

Отель располагается в центре, но дорога возле отеля вроде бы и не перекрыта, а вроде бы и заезжать нельзя, поэтому половина такси туда не заезжает, иногда приходилось обходить отель и искать место, где стоит машина. Ресепшен не всегда дружелюбный. Только въехали, отвалилась ручка в ванной, болаталась на одном шурупе. Было видно, что она и раньше не работала, почему не заменили до въезда, непонятно. Сделал заявку, починили. Отдали белье в стирку при отеле, на следующие сутки выдали постиранное, мы проверили в номере, не хватает трех единиц одежды. Опять сказали ресепшену, к вечеру нашли. Но сам факт, странно, что потеряли и что было бы, если бы мы не проверили? ) Кипятильник в номере сильно пах духами внутри. Кипятишь воду, выливаешь из чайника, льются почти духи ) Сказали ресепшену, нам ответили, в Белграде чистая вода, пейте из крана. Я сказал, мы же чай хотим сделать, как в таком случае быть? Ресепшен задумалась, будто была удивлена, что кипятильник используют для кипячения воды для чая, ответила, а тогда ладно, проверим. Но за оставшиеся 4 дня в отеле, так кипятильник и не поменяли ) Кровать была удобной, матрас не ездил под тобой и с кровати не сваливаешься. Завтрак весьма разнообразный. В общем, вариант неплохой, но в Белграде в центре есть варианты лучше.

Комфорт и удобное расположение

Остановился на 2 ночи, проживание было комфортное. Удобные кровати и подушки, хорошие завтраки, чисто, вежливый и заботливый персонал. Расположение в 5 минутах хотьбы от центрального квартала.

Не очень удачная планировка санузла с душем. Дверь в санузел открывается вплотную к раковине и унитазу. Под окнами круглые сутки останавливаются автобусы, для кого-то это может быть источником шума, но мне они спать не мешали.

Maravilhosa!

O conforto e a simpatia dos funcionários. Muito atenciosos e prestáveis. Na última estadia, tínhamos de sair de madrugada e não íamos poder usufruir do pequeno almoço. Prepararam sacos com sandes, frutas e bebidas para podermos levar connosco.

Très bon séjour, je recommande cet hôtel qui a un très bon rapport qualité/prix

La chambre était grande et propre, bien équipée Le buffet de petit déjeuner vraiment très bon et bien garni. L'accueil est très sympathique Station de bus proche pour se rendre au centre

Je n'ai pas pu tester le Spa car il est assez petit et l'accès est limité en nombre de personnes. C'est compréhensible mais dommage

Ottima posizione

Vicino al centro. Siamo riusciti ad andare a piedi ovunque. Camera confortevole e ben insonorizzata. Ottima colazione servita all'ultimo piano con vista incantevole su tutta la città (il valore aggiunto di questo hotel).

Buona qualità prezzo

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte in questo hotel, la camera era spaziosa anche se la moquette non permette una pulizia ottimale della stessa. Il Bagno era discreto, e spazioso. I letti erano comodi. Abbiamo utilizzato la piccola Spa che c'è all'interno, niente di che personalmente. Molto apprezzata la cortesia dello staff.

La posizione è vicino al centro ma non è propriamente un bel quartiere sopratutto di notte. Il parcheggio purtroppo era si privato, a 50 metri dall'hotel, ma era chiuso solamente da una sbarra quindi potenzialmente poteva arrivare qualcuno a danneggiare la mia auto.

Convienent, comfortable modern hotel.

Great hotel, good location to get to old town. Room was quiet, breakfast good and we enjoyed the wellness centre. Good place to swim on a hot day. Staff friendly and can store luggage if you arrive late or if you leave after check out. Bus to airport and train station, right out the door.

dissapoointment

They have a restaurant on the top floor and it was loud until 1 am. I have asked them to lower the volume but they refused. My kind could not sleep until 1 am. They did not do anything to make it good but gave me a breakfast voucher. While breakfast awas already included in my rate.

Seemed like a disco not a hotel. Treating guests with respect would be a good start.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente muy céntrico, nuevo, se puede ir caminando a todos los sitios de interés.... Muy limpio y desayuno bastante bueno y variado.... El personal de recepción y limpieza agradables....

Prljavo Skroz svude Pod srank Kupatilo Uzas. Bio sam pre Par Godina u ovom Hotelu Bilo je sve Drugacije Sad se Bukvalno sve Raspada u Njemu. Nije ni za 3 Zvezde Nikako Nije Preporucljiv.

The outside of the hotel there is a bus station. It is little bit disturbing for the entrance of the hotel but it is not a big deal.

Gayet güzeldi her yere yürüyerek ulaşmak paha biçilemezdi

Konumu çok güzeldi. Otobüs duraklarının orada olması sebebiyle taksim gibi bir havası vardı ama sorun olacak bir şey hiç yaşanmadı. Her yere yakın olması benim için daha önemliydi. Otele attığım mailde otobüs durağı tarafında olmamasını ve girişte pencerelerden araba plakalarından başka bir şey gözükmediğini okuduğum için yukarıda bir oda rica ettim ve sağladılar. Oda kahvaltı ve çalışanlar iyiydi. Otel her şeye hızlı yanıt veriyor. Odalar lüks ve konforlu. Tavsiye ederim

Erken check in olanağı ne yazık ki yoktu yoğunluk sebebiyle olduğu söylenerek talebim kabul edilmedi. Perdeler kirliydi bunun haricinde olumsuz hiçbir şey yoktu

Good location, nice view from roof restaurant, spacious room

We had bad luck, our room was on the first floor and windows with view into inside car parking and level of the window was car’s tyres :). From other point there was no sun therefore it was not hot in the room even w/o AC as 36 degrees were outside :)

Hotel needs to improve as I don’t think the value offered matches the price tag.

The hotel is very central and the bedroom had a nice interior design to it and was relatively comfortable. The ladies at the reception were helpful and arranged for us breakfast boxes when we were checking out earlier than breakfast time.

The restaurant staff, specifically the man that was responsible for breakfast was rude. We went up earlier than the breakfast time (15 minutes earlier) and that man was very rude to us telling us we can’t eat yet in an aggressive manner and when I went to take a picture of the city view (restaurant is located at the top floor) he shouted at me that I can’t sit at the table as it is not breakfast time yet. I wasn’t going to sit, I was just going to take a picture of the view, however even if I were to sit down, there is no excuse for his manners, he works in the hospitality industry, if he is not naturally polite at least he should try to adjust his manners to his profession. The bathroom is in a desperate need of renovation. This hotel is supposed to be on the higher end, yet there was paint peeling, dripping water etc. The location although central, is next to the main bus station and so the people can be a bit dodgy and I felt slightly unsafe.
