"COLOSSEUM EXCLUSIVE APARTMENT" is an elegant 180 sqm flat, located in the historical center of Rome, at 10 steps from Colosseum.
The charm of the apartment is unique. Light and atmosphere are the key words!
Authentic Italian style, with antique furniture, original paintings, many carpets and old books.
The apartment, on the 4th floor of a 19th century building with lift, overlooks the Colosseum and the Colle Oppio park.
All main historical spots, such as Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo, Pantheon, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Campo De 'Fiori and Piazza Navona can be easily reached by walking.
Hosted to 6 people. Entirely renovated and refurbished.
It is completely furnished and it is composed by a large living-dining room, (a comfortable sofa, four armchairs and a large table with eight chairs) 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The stylish bathroom, with dishwasher, fridge and washing machine complete the apartment.
It is very sunny and bright.
Air-conditioning and free wi-fi service, as well as iron and iron table and hair-dryers.
Cleaning service. For longer stays the service can be requested before the end of the stay.
The "welcome breakfast" is included in the price!
Kids under 13 years are not accepted.
IMPORTANT! - The shown rates do not include the Tourist Tax (3.5 euros per day / person up to 10 years).
We also provide the following services (on payment):
1) Pick up services from / to Fiumicino and Ciampino at the rate of 50 euros for 2 people (including luggages).
2) Different Rome tours with skilled guides - very special is the bike tour to enjoy the downtown - as well as
3) Personal shopping service
4) Home cooking service
5) Light lunch or dinner (typical Italian) for those who arrive too tired and late in the afternoon.

All the main historical monuments such as San Pietro, Castel Sant 'Angelo, the Pantheon, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Campo de' Fiori, and Piazza Navona can be easily reached on foot.
Completely renovated, the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
It is completely furnished and consists of a large living room, with a dining table, a comfortable 3-seater sofa and 4 armchairs, 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
Thanks to the large windows the apartment is bright, much of the day.
