We had a birthday weekend stay here with some close friends and family. The house and location hit every mark on our wish list. The owners were absolutely lovely and flexible with our schedule. My only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer! We certainly hope to be back!

The property is great. Right on the Beach. The garage is full of beach chairs. Around 15 of them. Probably 8-10 boogie boards. 10 bicycles! And bike locks so you can ride your bike all over town. Air pump...everything you need. Will definitely be using this property again next time I am in Hermosa with a big group.

Place was amazing! It was my family of 5 plus two other families of 3 and we had plenty of space! It’s in the perfect spot in the strand, would couldn’t have asked for anything better. Highly recommend!

Wonderful house. Great location right on the beach. Cannot recommend enough taking the bikes and riding the Strand. The rooftop deck was perfect for morning coffee. The real gem was sitting on the front porch and people watching. Henry with check in was awesome. Full of tips. Bedding was super comfortable. Could hear the ocean through the open windows. Easy access to SoFi and LAX. We will definitely want to stay here next time we are in LA!

Our family loved our stay at this beautiful home for a 50th birthday surprise! The location is amazing and Yvonne and Henry are so friendly and accommodating! We enjoyed the beautiful views and being right on the boardwalk.

Had the best weekend staying at this property with a 10-person group of friends. The home was so comfortably sized for a big group and has everything you could need and more. Plenty of bedding and towels and games. The location is hard to beat, easy walk to the main strip in Hermosa and right on the beach. Wish we had longer here! Also the owners were so responsive and helpful, we loved the check in tour and learning about the property’s history.

Great property, fun rooftop deck, sunsets, owners very responsive, huge collection of bikes in the garage, just a fun place. If beach volley is your passion, this is ground zero. This Is the heart of the South Bay, if you want a perfect beach experience, this is it.

There were some water leaks from the ceiling in one of the rooms; there was a leak in the downstairs bedroom coming from the upstairs bathroom; we saw some roaches and a mouse, and some mouse droppings in the counters; it was ran down and dirty

Location is great, but house is poor quality, interior furnishings are dated and dirty. If you are looking for a party house then this is a good option. But if you are a family or a group of adults stay away - everything is dirty and important equipment like showers are broken. For 10 adults we only had two working bathrooms with a shower. The owner is nice and helpful but I would not recommend staying here.

House had historical feel. The location could not have been better. Beautiful mornings up on the roof and easy walk to chart house and Mickeys or the hermosa pier with walk street full of bars and restaurants. The host was lovely and responsive and made our stay easy. Parking, as promised, was close to the house and they had every beach toy and bikes all in good shape and easy to access and use. It is a beach house so surfaces and pots and pans a little sticky but par for the course with beach rentals. Overall a great time, thank you!

The experience I had at this location was far beyond anything I could have asked for. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the owner was extremely accommodating to the needs of my family and friends. The owner made it our stay comfortable to the point where we felt right at home. With a full heart, I can say my stay here was astounding. The views from the roof top during the sunset was picture perfect. If I were lucky enough to rent this location out again, I will surely do so. Thank you.

This house was beautiful and right on the beach - the rooftop views were incredible and even better than the pictures! The property and rooftop patio are spacious. We used the space for a bridal shower and everyone raved about how nice it was. The house has a lot of character, including the art and cookware, and comfortably sleeps a large group. Everything was very well stocked, and the boardwalk right in front is a perfect access point for a walk or bike ride. We couldn't have had a better experience!

Searched high and low and this house was the perfect location for our family to stay during our visit for our sons wedding. From the roof top deck to being steps from the beach, this house was plenty spacious enough for 9 people to be comfortable and very right at home. The owner Yvonne was very accommodating and within just a phone call if needed. This house and location gave us the Hermosa Beach vibe and experience another location would not have provided. A dream wedding vacation come true!
