There are also numerous wineries and breweries located within a short drive!
Our loft style cabin features a spacious master suite located on the second floor (loft space). It is outfitted with a comfortable queen bed, premium bedding, a flat screen TV, DVD player, and a huge collection of DVD movies. The Green Cabin made for a perfect spot to unwind after a fun filled day on the bourbon trail. Clean and cozy, we even utilized the fire pit outside as a relaxing end to the day. We had a great time and would definitely book again!

We had a great visit to bourbon country. This cabin was perfect for our group (two couples) with two beds and two full baths. The property is well located with a country feel in the heart of bourbon country. The owners were super, with plenty of little treats available, making us feel welcome and right at home. Would absolutely recommend this cabin for your getaway!
If you’re a runner and used to flatter terrain, be prepared! Turning left out of the driveway the hills are intense! :) Worth for the views, though!!

We've stayed here a couple times now, really love the location in proximity to the distilleries. Inside of the cabin is very nice and cozy, and very well maintained. The outside could probably use a little touch up - but it is a very nice property in a great location!

Really enjoyed the stay. This house is a very close drive to Wild Turkey, Four Roses, and Buffalo Trace, to name a few. Plenty of room, and even had a washer & dryer. Hosts were very good at communicating, and we really enjoyed sitting on the front porch each morning and evening.

Great place to stay. Centrally located to most distilleries and short drive to Ark. Sitting on the porch sipping bourbon was very relaxing. Contact friends and they booked time in July.

Very quiet and secluded yet close to town and convenient. Parking was a little difficult but once we got used to it it was fine. All in all a very nice place.

My boyfriend and I were looking to get away and be removed from all distractions. This place was perfect! We visit the Arc, Wild Turkey, Buffalo Trace and the corvette museum! We ate breakfast on the porch and just relaxed! It was perfect!

What a great property to unwind after a day of Bourbon Trail visits. The peace and quiet and sitting out on the front porch with a beverage was just what we needed. The house was just as advertised. The decor was wonderful, snacks and waters got us thru some afternoons. The walk up the hill to see the sunset is a must. Beautiful pictures with the horse that came by. Would absolutely come back again, we are planning next years trip already. Had no issues at all.

My wife and I and another couple came to the area to be within striking range of the eclipse totality. We also wanted to visit Churchill Downs, Louisville Slugger, and a couple of distilleries. Found the house with no problem. Very pleasant area. Loved the main room. Nice big master bedroom. We all loved the house. The only issue was that the wi-fi had been damaged by a storm from the previous day. Communication with the owner was great but we couldn’t get it fixed. No biggie. Owner tipped us off to some good places to eat. Nice big hill behind the house had a good view. It was very close to the Wild Turkey Distillery but they weren’t giving tours due to remodeling. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and rural which is exactly what we wanted. It was close enough to do some poking around at distilleries and also some antiquing. Make sure you drive around the horse country to the west of the property towards Lexington around Versailles and Midway. Beautiful!

Great place to stay and explore the distilleries in the area and not too far to visit Mammoth Cave.

Great location if you're planning to travel the bourbon trail AND experience local highlights. We found this "central location" for our stops that include Frankfort, Lexington, Louisville, Williamstown and the Bernheim Forest. It was a great central location to do so. Come "home" at the end of the day to a beautiful respite, sip the collection of the day and laugh with family around a campfire. Although a long way from Texas - we'd certainly choose this spot again!

The inside looks better than the outside and it’s seemed like it’s a half hour or less to all the fun places. Nice fire pit and chairs out back. Out in the country but neighbors still really close by. It was all good not great. Only complaint was the fly’s literally hundreds of them in the house they all gathered around the front high windows and were not much of a bother except as the died and ended up on the floors all over the house

The cabin is in a perfect location to experience bourbon tastings - from Louisville to Lexington, as well as so many other activities, like a horse farm tour.
Away from towns makes this a place to see star filled night skies in peace. A hike up the hill (my wife said she could have used a tow-rope) gives great sunsets.
The place was spotless, well kept, and as described in the listing and shown in the pictures. We spent only 4 nights and would have been comfortable staying longer.
There were two adult couples and there was enough room that we didnt bang into each other. Nights were sipping bourbon and playing the Farkle game we found there.
The location isnt in a town, but Kroger is just a few miles away. It's an easy drive to Louisville and Lexington is a bit closer. Four Roses (ended up our favorite) is a very short distance away.
Thank you Vests for the use of your cabin. I would not hesitate a return trip and I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

We couldn't have asked for better accomodations, and also location! The house itself was immaculately clean, and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the horse that came to visit the top of the ridge every evening when we had our bonfires. :) The location was great, allowing us to shoot to all of the distilleries in a decent amount of time. Check in and out was simple and the communication from the hosts was timely. I would highly recommend this little gem!

My friends and I stayed here for a girl's weekend. The property and house are beautiful and we had a wonderful time! The owners put a lot of thought into your comfort while staying there. The kitchen was stocked with snacks and the fridge was stocked with bottled water. The house is spacious and comfortable, and sitting out on the wraparound porch is absolutely lovely. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location, very close to Wild Turkey and conveniently located; easy drives to Frankfurt, Lexington and Bardstown. Property was as described with two nice bedrooms and nice sized bathrooms. Amenities were great, hosts left water bottles and an ample supply of snacks. Very quiet at night on a very low traffic road. Would definitely go back for a second stay.

As a birthday present, my wife, son, and daughter-in-law took me to Kentucky in mid-May to visit the Bourbon Trail. We spent 3 nights in this beautiful home. It is centrally located for the eastern side of the Bourdon Trail (approx. 5 min from Wild Turkey; 15 min to Four Roses; 30 min to Buffalo Trace and Woodford Reserve); approx. 10 min outside downtown Lawrenceburg; 30 min outside Lexington; and 1 hour east of Louisville. This home was in immaculate condition and in an extremely quiet neighborhood. The home was also well-stocked with snacks, coffee, and bottled water. I give this VRBO my highest possible rating. Thanks for sharing it!

Clean, comfortable, well equipped. Just the right size for 2 couples. Beds were great and there was plenty of couch space for all of us to sit together in the evening. Morning coffee on the front porch was equally enjoyable.
