Pleasant, clean spot but not a great location. Sort if middle of nowhere. However, short drive to city center and beaches. All features were clean, new, and attractive. Owner pleasant, but no English. Kitchen up todate, and price favorable given options nearer beaches.

We spent 11 beautiful days at Horta Nova. House very nice like the pictures to feel good like in its on house. Swimming pool wonderful. Good location to visit Algarve. We loved Espiche and its fera. Thanks you Luis for your kindness Sabrina and Frédéric

De verhuurder, Mr. Borges, is erg vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Ons huisje had een geweldig zwembad en een prachtig uitzicht. Het huisje zelf is heel gezellig en ook netjes, en was bovendien heel goed uitgerust (koffiezet, wasmachine, mixer,....) Het is een dikke 9/10 waard en wij hadden er de tijd van ons leven. Wat verbeterd kan worden: de bedden (de matrassen zijn steenhard en liggen echt niet goed), er is geen kast in de leefruimte of keuken om boodschappen weg te zetten. De kasten die er zijn worden inefficiënt gebruikt door het servies, terwijl een flink stuk van de kast wordt gebruikt voor decoratie die niet erg mooi is. Maar dit zijn details. We willen Mr. Borges bedanken voor de vriendelijke ontvangst en een heel fijn verblijf!

We had beautiful days at Horta Nova. The house is really clean and in a really good shape. There’s a cleaning service every week which is absolutely awesome. Luís is so helpful and an absolut perfect host. The area at Horta Nova (surrounding, pool..) is beautiful and everything is super clean! We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend it 100%!

Points positifs : Une charmante petite maison (il y en a 3 sur le site) fonctionnelle avec belle terrasse. Le coin piscine est juste superbe. Luis le propriétaire est très aidant tout en étant discret. Points à améliorer dans la location : avoir des verres à vin (un comble pour un producteur 😋). Chaises de bar trop basses pour manger dans la cuisine. Points négatifs : les chiens du voisinage bruyant la nuit

Adoramos sobretudo a tranquilidade do lugar, o poder usufruir de um espaço, embora possa ser partilhado com outros hóspedes, em que todos têm o seu canto, a sua privacidade e encontram-se alojados em pontos dispersos ao longo da propriedade, sendo a piscina o elemento comum. A habitação da sua simplicidade torna-se perfeita. Limpa e cómoda. O espaço exterior onde se podem fazer refeições torna tudo também perfeito. Gostamos muito e será um local de referência para nós. Quanto às recepção e à nossa chegada ao alojamento, não poderíamos ter sido melhores recebidos pelos Sr. Luís Borges. O nosso muito obrigada. Até breve.

Eine gastfreundliche Unterkunft mit viel Herz

Die Unterkunft war für unsere Bedürfnisse ein echter Glücksfall. Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen: ein geräumiges und zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Haus, eine kinderfreundliche , großzügige Umgebung, ein Pool, in dem sich unsere 3 Enkelkinder austoben konnten, Wein und Feigen , die wir ernten durften und die Nähe zu Luz mit einem tollen Strandabschnitt. Ein besonderer Dank geht aber an den Vermieter, der uns mit einer Flasche Wein - übrigens vom eigenen Weingut- begrüßte, stets vor Ort war, wenn es Handlungsbedarf gab und mich mit einer leckeren Geburtstagstorte, Wein , Likör und Kerzen zu meinem Geburtstag überraschte. Einfach umwerfend - danke für das Alles Luiz Borges da Silva

Wir fühlten uns dort sehr, sehr wohl. Da wir am späten Abend anreisen mussten, sorgte der sehr freundliche Vermieter vorab für einige Lebensmittel, welche schon im Kühlschrank lagen. Auch wenn es mal (kleine) Probleme gab, wurden diese sofort behoben. Das Ferienhaus Cassa C hatte eine sehr schöne Lage. Sehr von Vorteil war auch die Poolanlage auf dem Weingut. Man kann auch alles gut erreichen. Sei es die Stadt Lagos, die Westküste und vieles mehr. --Eine klare Empfehlung--

Landelijk gelegen woning met prachtig zwembad

Leuke plek om te verblijven. Het huisje was keurig verzorgd en schoon. Zwembad met schitterende tuin. Dichtbij kleine, gezellige badplaats Luz. Op 10 minuten afstand ligt Lagos. Minpuntjes waren de harde bedden ( geen lattenbodem maar een plank!) en de blaffende honden op het terrein van de buren, vooral ‘s nachts.

Fantastische vakantie gehad!

We hebben hier een fantastische vakantie gehad! Het huis was schoon en compleet, het uitzicht is magnifiek en er is genoeg te doen in de omgeving. Genoeg keuze aan stranden. We hebben veel van de omgeving gezien; kajak trip langs de grotten gemaakt, dolfijnen gespot, een wijnboerderij bezocht, Monchique is ook prachtig. Via tripadvisor een sinaasappel farm in Silves gevonden en bezocht. Met de auto sta je in 10 minuten in het centrum van Lagos stad. Susanna en Luis hebben ons heel gastvrij ontvangen, we hadden in de vakantie een verjaardag te vieren en er werd zelfs een heerlijk stuk gebak gebracht. Al met al 1 van onze beste vakanties ooit!

Bestens für Familien mit Kindern geeignet, auch Kleinen. Man ist mit 3 Ferienhäusern ganz für sich, Pool sehr schön und kindgerecht. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Lage zwischen Luz und Espiche ist bestens. Sehr schöne kleine Städtchen und nicht so überlaufen wie Lagos oder. Portimao. Absolute Empfehlung!

Ein sehr gepflegtes ländliches Anwesen ideal zum Relaxen.

Wir waren nur zu zweit im Haus C der drei Häuser und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Nebenan ist ein kleiner privater Bauernhof mit allerlei Tieren. Vor allem der Eigentümer Luis Borges da Silva ist immer zur Stelle, wenn man einen Wunsch hat und kümmert sich sofort. Hier wird ein hervorragender Rotwein produziert. In ca. 15 min. kann man in den kleinen Ort Espiche zur Markthalle mit Fischmarkt laufen, um Abends am hauseigenen Grill zu grillen. Ebenfalls in ca. 15-20 min. kann man nach Luz laufen - ein netter Ort mit Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Sparmarkt u.a.) und einem schönen Strand. Horta Nova ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die ganze Felsalgarve zu erkunden. Am besten zu den westlichen Orten fahren und an der Küste von Bucht zu Bucht mit festem Schuhwerk laufen. Tolle Natur mit atemberaubenden Ausblicken. Der Atlantik ist natürlich nicht so warm wie das Mittemeer- baden ist eher für Abgehärtete möglich. Zum Baden hat man ja einen eigenen Pool nur für die 3 Häuser von Horta Nova. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Hallo, wir haben für Anfang September das Haus gemietet und waren rundum zufrieden. Luis Borges Da Silva und Frau Moreira haben uns herzlich empfangen. Wir durften die ganze Woche uns an den Früchten des Hauses bedienen und konnten den Hauswein probieren. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr einfach, dennoch haben wir alle wichtigen Utensilien vorgefunden. Der Pool und das ganze Gelände um die Häuser waren sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage des Hauses ist Ideal für Ausflüge zu den vielen Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten rund um die kleine Stadt Luz. Lagos und andere größeren Städte sind leicht mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen :) Viele Grüße

Wij verbleven hier met ons gezin met 3 kinderen ( 16, 12, 9 jaar) in het hoogseizoen Woning is prima en compleet ingericht.. De eigenaar Luis Borges da Silva in erg aardig en brengt soms cadeautjes in de vorm van vijgen en zelfs eigen gestookte likeur. De ligging in ideaal, vlakbij Luz wat een schitterend en mooi strand heeft en nog niet is bedorven door toeristen maar ook Lagos is maar 10 km weg Een leuke stad om 's avonds te gaan eten. De mooi verbouwde boerderij telt 3 appartementen en een leuk gemeenschappelijk zwembad. Je kijkt uit over een wijngaard. Prachtig! Echt een aanrader.
