Duplex apartment located in a building of 9 properties paired Frontline Mar. Located in one of the most popular spots on the Costa Brava, Cala de La Mar Menuda, in the town of Tossa de Mar. It consists of a dining room with kitchen and a double room with bathroom on the ground floor Suit type and one double room with a separate toilet downstairs. The apartment is accessed from a communal parking, the parking space located in front of the house. The first floor terrace overlooking the sea and a private communal garden in front of the house. The beach access is directly using a staircase located at the exit of the garden. The apartment is equipped and furnished totalment. Activities nearby Diving, sailing, wind surfing, tennis, golf, mountain biking, hiking, snorkeling, swimming, water skiing, fishing.
Ideal for families with children. At 50 meters from the beach and 300 m. from the town center.

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Great location. Very close to the beach and easy walking distance to many restaurants. Very welcoming owners who gave us a tour when we arrived and were very accommodating. All clean and well appointed with everything you need. We would like to stay again.

Our party of four adults (parents and adult children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is directly opposite the beach chiringuito and scuba diving. A big choice of restaurants was available a short stroll away, along the promenade. An underground parking space was provided, with direct access to the ground floor of the apartment.

Absolutely lovely property, even better than described

Absolutely lovely property, even better than described

Very nice property, very well located, with everything on your door step - beach, shops, restaurants, castle. Property has fantastic view and also has everything needed (or even more). Host was most helpful, welcomed and friendly, and even if we can't speak Spanish and he can speak English we still were able to communicate. We definitely would like to stay there again sometimes. That was one of the best experienced for us.

Great location

The location of the condo is wonderful. We had some problems with the not enough hot water but it was resolved quickly. It was hard to communicate with the owner on check in. We got locked out of the parking stall which was frustrating. Although it wasn’t perfect, when we had those problems we were able to contact the owners daughter who helped and was able to speak English. The condo was clean. There just needs a few improvements. The couches could be more comfortable and the shower head changed out would be two huge improvements.

Everything was as described. Clean apartment. Only afew meters from the best beach. The kitchen could do with an upgrade to look more modern. But everything functioned well. Easy to get in contact with the owner and his daughter.

Great apartment!

Spacious, clean, well-equipped apartment only 50 metres from the sea.Very quiet with a fantastic view. Mr. Sanchez and his daughter were very helpful and accommodating. The fact that the apartment comes with a parking space in a garage is an invaluable bonus. My husband and I agreed that the apartment was the highlight of our stay.

Propriétaire très sympathique et accueillante. Points forts de l'appartement : il ne manque absolument rien au niveau vaisselle, parking privatif. L'appartement a une jolie vue, un peu gâchée cependant car le balcon donne sur le parking de l'hôtel d'à côté et le chemin pour descendre à la plage est très sale. Au niveau des installations, l'appartement mériterait un bon "rafraîchissement" (carrelage cassé, portes des meubles de cuisine qui ferment mal, joints de carrelage du cabinet de toilette pas très propres..). Nous avons eu quelques désagréments avec le lit 2 personnes, dont les pieds (déja réparés avec de l'adhésif) ont lâché pendant le séjour. Certes le propriétaire est intervenu très rapidement pour régler le problème, mais vu le prix de la location il aurait peut-être fallu s'assurer que tout était conforme avant le début de saison. Résumé : tarif excessif pour ce qui est proposé. La ville de Tossa est magnifique, petite déception concernant la plage de galets et de sable grossier.

Die Wohnung ist wunder schön gelegen.... Der Blick vom Balkon ein Traum... am Abend hört man live Musik vom Nachbarshotel... aber kein Bumbum.... sondern wunderschöne Piano Musik oder Gesang.... Also echter Stil! Die Wohnung ist über 2 Etagen, unten 1 Zimmer mit Bad und direktem Zugang auf die Terrasse, oben 1 Schlafzimmer, Bad und grosszügige Stube. Küche ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, grosser Kühlschrank. Spülmaschine ist relativ klein. Parkplatz in der Tiefgargage ist Luxus pur! Toll war, dass man von der Wohnung zu Fuss direkt an die Beach gehen kann, sowie auch ins Städtchen zum Flanieren... alles ist so nah und doch ist man vom grossen Rummel etwas zurück versetzt. Die Lage ist echt einmalig! Können wir gut weiter empfehlen!!! Herr Sanchez sehr hilfsbereit und offen.

Tossa de mar is very special, and this unit is perfectly located on Mar menuda, the best part of Tossa . It's adorable, with everything you need, if you'd know how to use them. Instructions for use of gas heating, washing machine, dishwasher and shower heads would have been helpful. The hosts delightful daughter may not have known this stuff as she greeted us upon arrival. We loved the deck, with a killer view. We would go back for sure!

1 Woche Tossa de Mar im Mai. (2 Personen) Die Kommunikation mit dem spanischen Vermieter erfolgte über die sehr freundliche u. hilfsbereite "Emi" (welcher wir auf diesem Wege nochmals herzlich danken möchten). Spanisch bzw. Englischkenntnisse erfordelich ! Bei der Ankunft empfing uns der sehr freundliche Vermieter persönlich u. führte uns durch die Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung ist eigentlich ein kl. Reihenhaus. Ideal für 2-4 Personen. Es war landestypisch, gemütlich u. absolut komplett ausgestattet. (Näheres weiter unten). Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, welchen wir in der Tiefgarage direkt vor der Tür der Wohnung abstellen konnten. Über den Eingang von der Tiefgarage aus betritt man das Erdgeschoss der Wohnung. Hier befinden sich ein kombiniertes Wohn-/Schlafzimmer mit Etagenbett, gemütliche Sitzecke, ein Duschbad, Abstellraum m. Waschmaschine, Kleiderschrank und der Ausgang zur Terrasse mit Garten. Eine Treppe führt in die oberen Wohnräume. Hier findet man ein gemütlich eingerichtetes Wohn-/Esszimmer. Eine vollausgestattete Küche. Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Bad (Badewanne) on Suite sowie den Ausgang z. Balkon m. wunderbarem Meerblick. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung in einem sauberen, gepflegten Zustand. Die Ausstattung der gesamten Wohnung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es war Alles vorhanden was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Küche m. Gasherd, Kühl-Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Saftpresse, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Gläser, Teller, Töpfe, Pfannen u., u., u... kurz gesagt: Alles vorhanden. Ebenso wie in den anderen Räumen. Alles da. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Bügeleisen u.-/Brett, Staubsauger, Fernseher (keine deutschen Programme), Stereoanlage, Bücher, Spiele etc. ..Es fehlte an Nichts. Der ausreichend große Balkon kann mit einem größeren Klapptisch u. Klappstühlen je nach Personenanzahl genutzt werden. Frühstück bei Morgensonne, Sonne im Mai bis Mittags auf dem Balkon. Markise zur Beschattung. Lage. Das Reihenhaus liegt ca. 30 Meter vom schönen kleineren Strand in Tossa entfernt. Hier gibt es zwei Strandbars. Einfach herrlich. Zum Hauptstrand und der Fußgängerzone mit vielen Geschäften u. den hübschen Gassen "schlendert" man ca. 5-10 min. entlang der Promenade mit zahlreichen Restaurants u. Bars. Die beeindruckende mittelalterl. Burg u. Altstadt ebenfalls ca.10 min. entfernt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Muchas Gracias
