There is a tree above the property that was producing the most beautiful smell in the evening. It was always wonderful to catch the scent about a half block before we got home at night. But overall, great staff, great location and very clean!
The rooms could use a little more decor than just a tiny painting of the namesakes and the bar in the pool should either be in use or made into a flower stand. instead of just orange cones blocking it off.

Location location location wonderful
Mattress not comfortable , no kleenex or shampoo, pool cold, noisy at night, poor water pressure, tv not working

For somebody looking for quiet and relaxation the place is good. Besides the beach there is little to do

The staff and accommodation was great. They paid excellent attention to cleaning. The pool was just steps away from our room!!
The only problem we had was at check in when they gave our room away even though we had paid in advance for. They put us in an alternate room until we were able to move to our booked room 2 days later.

We can't say enough great things about Villas Naomi. The room, the grounds, the pool were beautiful. If that wasn't enough, the staff was exceptional and made our stay very comfortable. It was a pleasure to talk with Eladio. He was so helpful if we ever needed anything. We stayed there for our first time in November and it won't be our last.
The only thing that could be better is a more comfortable mattress.

Great location, super clean.
The person at the door can be a little grumpy.

Loved that it was a small "hotel" / villas within a larger villa. I loved how there was more privacy for our patio by using a lot of plants. They did this around the hotel above the walls as well to both provide added privacy but also give it a nice garden feel. I also liked the swim up bar (that at the time of the visit was BYOB)
The location wasn't perfect, but for the price it was right. It was easy to get into the center of town and it was not on a major road. There were good restaurants and a coffee shop all within a block or two one way or the other.
Nothing was misrepresented, there were no surprises, all was like or better than the pictures. One of the things I didn't necessarily like I knew was the case when I booked it so it is not the Villa's fault, it is my own personal preference.
At the time of booking there were only two villas available and I picked one (Villa Maria) knowing I would have to go upstairs to the patio and kitchenette. While I really liked the balcony patio, and I wanted the larger bedroom because I was going to work remotely 3 days of the week, I was hesitant about going up and down from the bedroom to the balcony patio & kitchenette. All and all it wasn't that bad, but I do wish it was on one level.
Most of the rooms do have the patio with kitchenette on the same level, I'll just be sure to book sooner to get one of those next time.

I love this place, the location is perfect, the staff is amazing and night time security and under ground parking added to the overwhelming positive experience.
the bed was a bit firm, and when I said something to the staff they did their best to address it.

Every room has a private Villa feeling with your own patio area. Everything connects to the pool, and close to restaurants and the beach. Underground parking was a huge benefit for our surfboards.

The beds weren't that comfortable.

The property was great!
the only thing..is that there was a large group of people up until late at night and I wish someone from the property asked them to keep quiet after 10…11..12 am

Good location, 2 minute walk to the beach. The rooms varied in style, ours was uo upper floor with windows all round the bedroom, an open air bathroom/toilet and kitchen. Small pool outside with some comfortable seats.
Open air toilet and bathroom were OK, but could be seen by neighbours opposite, although there was a curtain that could be used to hide them.

I liked that it had a pool, parking and it was so close to everything.
it was kind of loud at night, I could hear someone’s tv late night and some people chatting. I guess that is Mexico , people just hanging out enjoying the cool weather.
3.5
Location was nice and convenient. Pretty pool and plants. Safe and secure.
Poor water pressure. Bathroom, dining, kitchen had no air conditioning, was open air. No view of bay. There was construction and street noise, along with local band night music. Limited sun to get a tan
