The well-equipped kitchen includes modern amenities such as an oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, and even a fondue and raclette grill for delightful dining experiences. The ground floor also features a bedroom with a luxurious king-sized bed with a pocket-sprung mattress and ample under-bed storage. This bedroom includes a built-in wardrobe with hanging space and shelving. Adjacent is a bathroom with a shower, basin, and WC.
The lower level comprises two bedrooms with breathtaking mountain views. One bedroom is furnished with twin beds, while the other features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. All beds come with box spring mattresses for ultimate comfort. Both bedrooms have double doors that open to the patio and garden area, complete with seating and external roll-down shutters to block out light at night. We enjoyed the magnificent views of this home! Clean, fully furnished and just far enough away from the hustle of Grindelwald yet still in walking distance. Love how close this is to the train/gondola station (so quiet!) and really cannot say enough about the view.

Very comfortable home with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, and one incredible view! Easy to access from the Grindelwald Terminal train stop - 5 minute walk through a private door and private path and suddenly you are there! Porch and dining room with views of the incredible Swiss Alps - we sat for hours and enjoyed the play of light over the mountains while we dined and relaxed. The unit is very quiet - did not hear any of the neighbors the 5 days we were there. Easy 5 minute walk to grocery store for provisions. About 10-15 minute walk into center of Grindewald (and the bus system in this town is amazing - so easy to use, and always on time). Owner/management company were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

This property is less that 5 minutes from the train station and maybe 8 minutes to the gondola station. A short walk to the us stop going into town. The perect location to enjoy some privacy and peace with the main strip just minutes away by drive, bus, or train. As much as we felt this was the best location in Grindelwald, the town of Grindelwald is the best place to stay in the alps. You can launch fromnhere to all of the hot spots by gondola, train, or bus -- or, if you have a car, a short drive. The hosts were amazing, informative, and communicative. We look forward to coming back to this spot in the future.

Schönwetterwoche in Grindelwald
Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer angenehmen Wohnatmosphäre. Wir haben uns in dieser Woche dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse und der Balkon erlauben entspannte Pausen nach dem Skifahren. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgerüstet und an den Badezimmern gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Perfekte Lage in direkter Nähe zum neuen Terminal!
Bestens ausgerüstete geräumige 2 stöckige Wohnung mit 3 Schlaf- und 3 Badezimmer, Parterre mit grossem Balkon, Sitzplatz und Skiraum!
Einziger Mangel etwas knapp an Gläser und ohne Racletteofen, ansonsten bestens ausgerüstet! Es hat uns sehr gefallen! Bernhard Sommer, Suhr/AG

Great stay
We have really enjoyed our stay. Diarmuid is a very good host. The appartement is very well located at walking distance of the best cabin lift you could imagine as starting point for skiing. As if you would need to leave the house. From this sunny spacious place with stunning views , south sided balcony, fully equipped kitchen, it difficult to depart. Hope we can return again.

Beautiful Views
We loved waking up to views of the magnificent Eiger and sitting on the patio watching the light change on the mountains. The property was great for three adult couples. It was nice we each had our own bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped. The location from downtown Grindelwald is a bit farther than we expected. But once we figured out the bus system, which is free with the visitor's pass, it worked better than walking. Thank you for letting us enjoy your apartment.

Great apartment in Grindelwald
Had a very enjoyable stay. Property is well described and was well maintained. Location was a very short walk from a bus stop, and only about 10 mins with kids from the Grund train station. This meant we mostly could leave the car parked throughout our stay!
Also appreciate the flexibility the property manner showed when we needed to extend our stay at the very last minute.

Diarmuid is the best
I have stayed in a few HomeAway properties and so far Diarmuid is the best property manager.
The property was exactly as described. Everything was clean and in order.
The view was amazing!!
Check In/ out was easy.
Close to the bus stop.
There were maps and all sorts of information on the the things to do.
We had a little problem with work noise nearby during some nights. However, Diarmuid was quick to bring brand new fans so that we could close the windows at night and still have some cool air.
This place was so homey and comfortable for my husband and myself, my 2 kids and my parents.
The kids thought the beds needed bigger comforters on them. They kept waking up uncovered.
My husband would have liked a BBQ.
Overall, I would absolutely rent this apartment again or another property with Beyul apartments that Diarmuid manages.

Beschrijving van de omgevingsfaciliteiten klopt niet. Geen bushalte met een normale dienst, noch de Migros aan de overkant waren aanwezig. Slordig en mislleidend

Fabulous, clean and comfortable with amazing views
We stayed here as a group of three couples to explore the Jungfrau region. This house was perfect, with plenty of space, a bathroom each and everything provided for a comfortable stay. The views from the balcony and garden are spectacular! Transport links are all near by and getting around was easy. Our host Diarmuid was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of useful advise and information to make the most of our stay. We had a wonderful stay and definitely recommend anyone to stay here, hopefully one day we will return.

Alles wie beschrieben. Tolle Wohnung mit fantastischem Blick. Zimmer und Bäder sehr ordentlich. Wohn- und Esszimmer mit allem was man braucht. Seilbahn Männlichen und Zug zur kleinen Scheidegg zu Fuß erreichbar.

We enjoyed our stay as the chalet was spacious enough for two families and had everything we needed!
Wonderful stay in a spacious chalet. A few suggestions for improvement. The upper bedroom could have had a double bed or at least twin beds that had no gap. There could be extra pillows in the cupboard for those who want double pillows. Overall, very comfortable!

Lovely and complete
This is a lovely 'Ferienwohnung' at the base of Grindelwald village. The place was clean and very complete including TV, wifi and all kitchen utensils one can think of (dishwasher, cutlery, oven, fondue set, etc.). The place has a large balcony and a garden with a great view of the Eiger.
The owner was very friendly and helpful and offered to provide us with anything we needed (and delivered on that promise).
The reason we chose this specific home was the fact that, even though it officially is not wheelchair proof, it is very accessible.
One can access the home without stairs (just one curb) and it has a sleeping room and a bathroom on the ground floor (and 2 more sleeping- and bathrooms one floor lower at the garden level, accessible by an in-house stairs). With these facilities we were able to bring my disabled mother (who uses a rollater) on this vacation. We were very happy and satified that the home fully delivered on its promises.
If you can afford this place, I would recommend it to everyone: we have been going to Switzerland for decades and this was probably the best and most complete 'Ferienwohnung' we every rented.
A review is never complete without at least one improvement suggestion: the couches were a little too old and low for us. The will probably be fine for young people to hang in, but ergonomically they need replacement. Otherwise we had a great stay here and can recommend it to everyone.

Family stay in July
A fabulous week with a fantastic view. A super property, clean, well laid out and equipped to a good standard. We did eat in for most of the week and the kitchen a pleasure to use - even though on holiday. Quiet area, parking area close by and manager available for queries and assistance during our stay.
