Gradevole se non si cercano enormi confort

La cordialità dello staff e la pulizia delle camere . Da aggiungere che abbiamo richiesto una camera per qualche ora nel pomeriggio per riposare e fare una doccia , senza prenotazione, e ce l’hanno trovata pagando un piccolo supplemento

Great location and staff. Good value for money

The hotel staff were always ready to help. They were direct in their approach, which may feel rude in the beginning, but is the most efficient way to communicate in these kind of situations.

The room size was nothing like it was shown in the photos.

Exceptional Staff and great Location

The welcoming was very lovely, I was served some cold water and coffee for check in and everything was in detailed explained to me. Additionally I booked a taxi to the airport on my departure day which was very reliable. The room was very small and had no window which was the only downside but for one night totally OK. It was also a little hars to find as they are no proper signs outside or I am blind, I didn’t see any. The Location is unbeatable, the Egyptian Museum is just across the road. I was very happy with my stay, staff is excellent and the breakfast in the morning (3€) was absolutely delicious!!!

Room was a little small with no window (the only negative aspect which hardly affected the overall experience of my stay) again for one night totally fine

Good stay in the heart of Cairo

Lovely rooms, very friendly and helpful staff who also helped arrange a cab to the airport for us in the morning. The property was right in the city centre of Tahrir Square, with great accessibility to restaurants, cafes and other points. The building itself is old, don't be misled by that. The rooms are quaint and clean.

We had to take two flights of stairs to get to the hotel which might be challenging for some. Also, the location is difficult to find since the building does not have a prominent sign for the property.

Great staff

The service was great. If you are first time in Cairo this is a safe place to be. Everyone will try to scam you in the city so definitely ask the hotel to help you. They help us a lot.

Pas foufou

Personnel gentil, bon matelas, grande chambre.

Quartier extrêmement bruyant, hôtel difficile à trouver car au deuxième étage d’un immeuble sans aucun indication. Chambre un peu lugubre, éclairage blanc d’hopital, un max de désodorisant affreux dans l’air de la pièce quand on est arrivé.

service très agréable et accueillant. Hotel idéal pour un court séjour au Caire dans lequel nous avons séjourné avant notre départ de l'Égypte.

la circulation est intense sur l'avenue, klaxons incessants, aucune isolation phonique.

Short time in Cairo best way to stay here

Location was excellent . The front office staff was an exceptionally good .

24 hours heavy traffic notice and not peaceful place as located at traffic junction .

Overall satisfying and good!

Location was great and place was comfortable and clean. Staff was extremely helpful.

Wifi was not very good and the hotel was hard to locate at first as the entrance is obscure.

Superb

Amazing staff, perfect position and very clean for the standard of the city! Of course is very very noisy all the time (also the night) but it not dipends by the hotel! Good choice for some nights in Cairo!

The hotel is simple but well located. Clean, with good bed and good shower. Our breakfast had an early schedule which made our trip to the tours much easier. The best thing about the hotel was the excellent service from the girls at the reception. Very helpful and always in a good mood.

The lady and man on reception were very friendly, if we needed anything they were more than happy to help. The room was clean. Close to the Cairo museum, some restaurants in walking distance that were good Complimentary water bottle in room on arrival They do tours, we did one and it was good

Excellent value for money

Very comfortable, large and spacious rooms. We were upgraded to a better room, newly renovated on the 4th floor with the most comfortable bed and a view of the Egyptian Museum. We booked a hotel taxi for $15 as our plane didn't arrive until 1am and everything was fine. Even the receptionist met us in front of the hotel entrance and they also saw us off because we took a taxi to the airport. We also booked a sightseeing tour of the city, which was excellent. All recommendations because the prices of these additional services are excellent. Everyone is kind and attentive and everything is neat and clean.

Location is excellent. Just few walking minutes to Egypt museum. Staff was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed without pushing to sell their serives. So we felt very comfortable. Airport transfer worked super nicely.

Due to its central location it is noisy. The building is very old and a little bit challenging for mold allergies.

Location is excellent - can walk to the museum, and to the riverside and it’s near the main thoroughfares of downtown Cairo. Only about a 35 minute walk to Islamic Cairo too. Staff were all incredibly helpful and always ready to answer questions with a smile.

Exceptional

A great place to stay! The staff were super helpful, both before our arrival and during our stay. They arranged our airport pickup, gave us great recommendations for activities and restaurants, and even ordered us food delivery when we were too tired to go out one evening. Everyone was so friendly. The location is right next to the Egyptian Museum and within easy reach of many Cairo attractions as well as shopping and restaurants. It is on a very busy road so expect Traffic noise but that didn’t bother us.
