Great place for our family to stay for a wedding we attended in the hinterland. Plenty of room to gather in the lounge/ dining area for meals and catching up. Clean and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Big kitchen for a few to prepare food!

Great house. Lovely style and perfect for a family with teenagers :-) The location is PERFECT, so central that you can leave your car at the property. The street is busy but it's not loud at all in the house. The verandah is divine, it stays so beautifully cool on hot days.

We had a family gathering at this property and everyone found it a great place to stay. Enough space and areas for people to spread out and do their thing. Great for Toddlers, kids, teens, adults. Close to shops and beach. We would definitley use again.

Fantastic location with great hosts

Very suitable & roomy for the amount of family members we needed to accommodate, only dislike was the entry having to reverse cars in when there is a few so you can then get out without any issues.

Very serene lovely home with lots of space and short walk to town. Well appointed and would stay/ recommend. Price and space suited for 2 families or bigger numbers

Lovely house but too close to main road for us. Locking system a bit annoying because you need to use a key at the back to lock yourself in which means that anyone staying out the back cannot get access without a key. Only one key provided. Also communication on late checkout not clear. It is a very nice beach house though.

We stayed at White Haven for 6 nights, while shooting a fashion campaign in Byron Bay. It was the perfect location to come back to at the end of a long day to chill out and relax. It had everything we needed, two fridges, lots of quality crockery and cutlery, comfy beds and two out door areas where we could hang out and enjoy a wine and a beer. The location is great, and it's only a short walk into town. It offers plenty of off street parking.

Arrived at property late(after 6)
Driver rang owners whose advised he would turn off alarm ( wasn’t told there was one)
House smelt very musty, ceiling fans were all very dirty ( mentioned it to owner , he said he would get cleaners to clean).
Lounge is stained and whilst sitting on lounge we were all getting itchy either from floor mat or lounge. Couldn’t get tvs to work so another call to owner which took two hours to fix.one in bungalow not working . Couldn’t turn off air con in bungalow had to climb up and manually turn off.
It rained and the aircon in my room in bungalow leaked onto my bed ,my iPad and table, another msg to owner who just said it sounded like a condensation drain blockage. So had to sleep on one side of bed, floors dirty under beds. So much for deep cleaning due to covid!
Generally up keep good but when we paid $5000 for 4 night ( 6 of us) not good
.wouldn’t recommend to anyone . Gardens overgrown guttering needs cleaning , laundry bags full of dirty laundry sitting on verandah for a few days whilst we were there and no one stayed the week before us . We enjoyed location. Close to everything have photos of lounge

We had two nights at this lovely house and wished we could’ve stayed longer. Perfect house for a big group of friends or a large family. Lisa was flexible and helpful, especially since we had to change our booking a few times due to travel restrictions.

We really enjoyed our stay at White Haven. Everything was as expected but the thing that blew us away was the hosts flexibility… we rescheduled this trip 4 times due to Covid and the hosts were very accomodating. They also were extremely flexible on check in and check out times to suit our flights. Location was perfect. Look forward to staying again.

House was ideal for our large family and only a short walk to town and beach. Only issue was that property is on main road into Byron and there was a deal of traffic noise
4.7
We had a beautiful stay in a beautiful house, big enough for a big family. The owner was responding very quickly. The house is comfortable and close to the beach. The major problem is the road which is very noisy day and night ! We paid a lot and we were expecting a perfect house. Some things are a bit old. (AC in one bedroom and in the bungalow which doesn’t work in one bedroom, a door hard to open, no bathroom for the baby…)

The John-Paul and Lisa were absolutely wonderful! We stayed for 7 days with a large family of 12. The house was spacious with a number of spaces to chill out in and everyone was comfortable with there own bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms, so no waiting on showers etc. We loved the outside deck area with a huge table where everyone could sit together. The location was fantastic- just a short walk to the beach and shops! I would highly recommend!
4.7
Property was as promoted and I found the hosts very helpful and courteous. Location was great apart from being on a busy road. Only very small downside was lack of regular consumables for an extended stay such as toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, gas in gas bottle, washing machine powder etc. However, I would recommend this property and the hosts

Beautiful property, lovely outdoor spaces, comfy beds, equipped with everything you could need. 5min walk to town.
We had a fantastic stay would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay and it was a great base for our extended family for a wedding weekend. It’s close to town and you won’t have to worry about parking as you can walk. It is on a busy road but isn’t too loud inside the house. Lots of indoor and outdoor space for the group although with Byron on our doorstep we didn’t spend too much time there.
4.7
Well positioned and a short distance to shops restaurants and beach. Offered all that we needed Enjoyed our stay very much. Would have loved to have had more time Thankyou to Jon-Paul and Lisa

We had an amazing stay in Byron. The owners of the house were so lovely and the communication and check in process was so easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was lovely and the bungalows were perfect for our family of little ones to be away from the noise of games nightUnfortunately the weather did not let up and it rained for our whole stay. We found some indoor activities not too far away which gave the grandchildren some space to runWe lunched at the farm, which was about 2 klm away, the food was amazing. Highly recommend dining here and seeing the working farmThank you for accommodating us, would love to return under better weather conditions

Great house in great location. House very well presented. Owners very easy to deal with. Would love to stay again.
4.7
We found White Haven very suitable for our whole family (7 adults and 4 children) to use as our base while at Byron for our daughter's wedding. It is within 10 min walk of the main beach and shops and has ample seating inside and out. The kitchen is quite well equipped and the beds comfortable. The only point against the location is the almost continuous traffic jam in Shirley St of vehicles entering the town centre.
4.7
This house is in the best possible location and is beautifully decorated. The outdoor areas are perfect for relaxing in the sun or having an alfresco dinner. All the rooms are generous sizes, with comfy beds. There was plenty of room for a group of nine and a baby and it had everything we needed and more. The host couldn’t have been more helpful, she was quick to respond to any questions and made the check in process so simple. I would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay again. We loved it.

Loved our holiday, the house was beautiful, clean and with very comfy beds! Would stay again and the owners were great in communicating prior to arriving.

Everything about the property was fantastic, JP was so quick with his responses and was a fantastic host! The house was perfect for a large group (there were 10 of us), with ample room and different entertainment areas. It was a short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars which was perfect.

The stay at White Haven was amazing, it's honestly the property that has it all. Perfect location, great layout and the owners were a dream to communicate with. I would 100% recommend White Haven for anyone's stay while down in Byron Bay.

I recently stayed there with 12 ladies for a 30th birthday weekend away. It's in a great location, right near town! It says it sleeps 12, but really only 11 if you count the couch as 12 but we didn't mind (its a big couch) Great outdoor deck to have breakfast/dinner. It was very homely and 'beachy' we loved it! Would stay there again for sure! Jon the owner/manager was also very helpful and happy to accommodate our needs! i.e. late check out

My family stayed in Whitehaven at the end of January. We had 4 lovely nights in the home. It was perfect for us and our 3 young children. The kids loved the out door area and there was plenty of room in the house for all of us. The home was bright airy and very comfortable. Thank you John Paul and Lisa, your home is lovely and we look forward to staying with you for another break in beautiful Byron!
4.7
Great house, equipped with everything we needed. Lovely outdoor space for our family of ten so everyone could have their own space. A home away from home, we came back very relaxed. Byron is great and we'd definitely stay back at the house.
4.7
There were 12 of us staying here for schoolies, and the property was perfect! The outdoor areas were great, especially with the warm weather. The location was an ideal from the beach and town, with just a short walk away from both. Would definitely stay here again.
4.7
The house was conveniently located close to Byron township and an easy walk to and from the beach. There was plenty of room for all seven of us to have a bedroom each and the beds were comfortable! The self-contained bungalow towards the rear of the property was away from the street noise but the front bedrooms were more exposed to this. Having said that, this was to be expected of a property in this good location. We had a very enjoyable stay.

We loved our stay at White Haven recently. Large family group up in Byron for our daughters wedding the house met all our needs! Close to town for all young & old to easily walk to shops, beach etc. the house was well equipped with everything we needed. The flat was excellent for our elderly parents away from the noise of the little ones. Highly recommend for family holiday! Thanks White Haven
