WHERE LAKESIDE MEETS LUXURY! This paradise is the perfect getaway for friends and family to gather and make many new memories. Located on the sought after Colorado Arm of Lake LBJ. Take a look at what this property has to offer. The main residence boasts 2 master suites with incredible views of the lake, and a 3rd room with a king size bed and attached bath. 3 1/2 baths and an eat-in kitchen/dining room. Cozy up in the winter to one of the two stone fireplaces in the kitchen or family room. The Guest Cottage is the perfect place for overflow company and has a beautiful canopy of oak trees covering the patio; perfect for entertaining. The Cottage has its own kitchen, bedroom, flex bedroom with a full/twin bunk, bathroom, laundry and sitting area. The boat house has one boat lift; and two jet ski slips. The top deck is perfect for getting sun or taking in the view, while there is a shaded table perfect for dinner by the water underneath. Complete with a stereo system to enjoy while you're relaxing by or in the water! There is also a large lot that can be used for parking trailers or even a camper! Enjoy multiple wineries & golf courses in a short 30 minute drive in the heart of the hill-country.

We had such a wonderful time! The location and home is beautiful. We had 4 adults and 8 teenagers. There was plenty of space to sleep and spread out. Tamara was very helpful and prompt to respond. We will definitely want to return to this home again!

The property was very nice. After submitting my final payment, I noticed it was noted that an early check-in and a late check-out is likely possible. I emailed the property manager twice in the span of a few days to see if we could check-in 2 hours early. I never received a response, which was disappointing. Also the outdoor grills were very dirty when we checked in. All else was ok.

We just finished our 2nd stay at this property, and already booked it again for 2023. Entire family really enjoys the house and Lake LBJ. We've made some wonderful memories here. Tamara makes the entire process were easy and smooth. Only negative this stay was the shortage of toilet paper. 2 of the bathrooms had no extra toilet paper at all, so we had to go buy some during our stay.

We recently celebrated my brother's birthday here with family and friends and the house and location were perfect. The top dock was perfect in the morning to drink our coffee. We were also able to jump from the top dock into the water which kept us well entertained. The bottom dock was roomy enough for us all to sit in the shade to escape the sun. There was a lot of boat traffic on the water, but we enjoyed this as we were able to watch and wave to the boats going by. There was also plenty of space to float in the water in front of the dock and relax. We were hardly inside the house, but it was beautiful and suited our needs perfectly. There was plenty of space to sleep everyone. Tamara was great and quick to respond to all of our questions which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great weekend vacation at the lake!

Very nice clean house with a cottage that is right on the lake that had everything that we needed for the weekend. We had great communication with the owners. The one thing about the place that is a little different, is the layout that is mentioned sometimes. What is different is that you have to walk through bedroom #3 to get across from the kitchen to the other two master bedrooms and living room, or you can also walk outside under the eves to get around the bedroom if someone is sleeping in the room. So not real big deal and we would definitely stay here again, but just be aware that bedroom #3 is also a passage way.

The house is very nice and can fit large groups easily. Having 2 kitchens suited our group very well. Love the deck! what a wonderful space for family activities. Pictures in the listing need serious updating! No bad surprises except the crazy light switch search. The ones with labels were helpful but others were a treasure hunt. Thanks to the host and manager for our great family memories!

The location of this house is great! Right on the water with a wonderful two-story deck/dock. Nice side yard with plenty of seating. The house has a slightly unusual floor plan, but a nice place that worked well for our group of friends.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this house. We had 6 people staying and there was room for 3-4 more. Good: Beautiful covered shady patio area for hanging out, separate apartment area with two bedrooms/kitchen/laundry, ample parking, big comfy beds, great view of the lake out the window, jet ski ramp lowers into the water for slide in access (besides the provided ladder), propane and gas grills available, lovely deck above dock to view the sunsets and boats on the water Not great: We were having a small baby shower during the day while we were there and there were NO extra trash bags to be found, which made it sorta messy and hard to figure out trash-wise. The layout of the main house is very strange, though I assume that's because it is an old house that was added on to over time. There were no soap/shampoo/conditioner etc. amenities, which isn't required but sure is nice when you're staying at such a high-priced lovely place. Insufficient grilling tools or spatulas inside. Overall I would recommend this place for a comfy, relaxing lakeside stay, and my family and I were all comfortable. Communication with owner was good!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Tamara's property. especially enjoyed the deck above the boat ramp with plenty of comfortable chairs for 13 people! the side yard with beautiful oak trees was cool and shady; however, we were not able to sit there very much because the flies were terrible. other than the flies, we loved this property.

This was my family and friends 13 year to rent a house on the Colorado River. The house was great. It was super clean and had everything we needed during our stay. We loved hanging out on the dock drinking coffee in the mornings, swimming, and fishing throughout the day. We brought a boat and 2 jet skis and it was nice to have boat slips for both. We would definitely rent this house again.

The home is beautiful and is located at a great spot on the Colorado river! It is the perfect area to swim and fish off of the dock or watch the boats go by from the top of the deck. The property easily accommodated our family of 12 on our annual summer get away.

We had a wonderful stay at Lake LBJ. The outdoor space including the 2 story boat dock, yard, and multiple patios gave us a perfect setting to enjoy our time at the lake. The house was clean and comfortable. Communication with the property manager was excellent. There was a minor issue with the a/c that she alerted us to prior to check in and already had someone en route to resolve as we arrived.

Main house with 3 spacious bedrooms with King beds and private baths plus a living area with Queen sleeper sofa and 1/2 bath. Large kitchen/dining/living area. Guest house with a Queen bedroom and a Twin top/Queen bottom bunk bed with shared bathroom. Large shaded outdoor deck for outdoor activities. Floating dock provided easy access to the lake. Accommodated our group of 10 adults and 3 kids nicely.

We had a wonderful time at Lake LBJ and Tamara's house was just perfect for us!! Beautiful house and property inside and out!! Easy drive to Marble Falls for some shopping but mostly enjoyed hanging out at the house with family!! One of the grills might need replacing but we made it work!! All lovely and easy!! Would definitely recommend!! Thanks Tamara!
