Adresse pratique. Préférence pour les logements plus modernes.

Localisation de l'appartement très pratique (dans le centre, supérette à 6 minutes à pied, à 15 minutes à pied des principaux bus, à 25 minutes de la plage du port environ...). Le logement quelque peu désuet dans sa décoration, est très spacieux, la surface est étonnament répartie, la cuisine et les toilettes se retrouvent à l'autre bout de l'appartement par un très, très long couloir. Il est propre et bien équipé (machine à laver et lave-vaisselle).

Pour cette surface, dommage qu'il n'y ait qu'un seul lit. Très gros point d'amélioration, la climatisation vraiment inefficace ; durant tout le séjour nous avons affiché une température journalière de 30 à 31 degrés (souvent plus élévée qu'en extérieure) avec le climatiseur en marche ; insoutenable. Un pauvre ventilateur bruyant dans la chambre, qui brasse de l'air chaud et qui ne facilite pas l'endormissement. Une révision du climatiseur s'impose pour être plus en adéquation rapport qualité-prix.

Die Wohnung ist schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett war bequem. Es gab Spül- und Waschmaschine sogar mit Spülmittel

Die Umgebung ist nachts sehr laut, die Dönerbude gegenüber schließt erst um 2.30 Uhr und immer wieder ziehen lautstark Männer durch die Straße. Auch das Haus an sich ist hellhörig. Geschirr und Gläser haben für zwei Personen gerade so gereicht. Zum Kaffeekochen gab es nur einen kleinen, italienischen Espressokocher

Groot en comfortabel.

De locatie was perfect en de ruimte fijn ingericht. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien.

De badkamer (de riolering) ruikt vies en elke keer als je binnenkomt ruik je het goed. Dat valt niet meer op als je binnen bent en slaapt. Er is misschien te weinig ventilatie mogelijkheid? De bank in de zithoek is niet fijn om op te zitten. Jammer dat er geen buiten is.

Prøver at være smart, men kloaklugten trækker ned. For dyrt.

Hele lejligheden (patio, stuen) lugtede voldsomt af kloak. Og for at dække over lugten var der placeret kunstig lugt rundt omkring samt brugt tekstilparfume, der næsten gjorde det umuligt at bruge hovedpuderne. Det ene pudebetræk var helt sikkert ikke blevet skiftet. Sandsynligvis blot en fejl, men uheldigt når man bor et sted uden personale som kan rette sådanne ting. Det var ikke muligt at lave gennemtræk i lejligheden, da der kun var et vindue ud mod gaden. Både køkken og opholdsrum var uden vinduer. En meget mærkelig oplevelse at opholde sig i de to rum, hvor der blot var et matteret ovenlysvindue til at indikere om det var nat eller dag.

Good but bathroom needs attention

Good value for the area, very well situated and made travelling easy and yandy to have a washing machine after travelling for a while.

The bathroom smelt horrible for the entire stay and was almost unbearable to enter. The bedroom was a little too open and the large painting of a faceless doll quite creepy at night. Upon arrival the wrong entrance code had been given to us so we had to sit in a hot stairwell for 15minutes.

beautiful apartment, spacious and friendly staff

the interior of the apartment was just beautiful. There was so much detail put in to it. It was in a good location as it wasn’t much of a walk to the centre. Came with all the facilities you could think of. The staff was super sweet and attended to everything amazing!

Love this place so isn’t much to say. However, no AC in the bedroom but they do give a fan which was great. Unlocking the apartment door was tricky but after the staff showed us how to do it we were fine. It is a bit noisy outside but it’s generally just people talking on the streets

A very beautifull and stylish appartement, which offeres a lot of space,seperat bedroom,kitchen and seating area and amazingly detailed design elements. The location is very central,only a few minutes walk to the center and the recommended car park was just around the corner and easy to find and access. Amazing apartment, great location, great service. Air Conditioning is horrible and makes hot nights uncomfortable.

Property’s location is amazing. Apartment has great vibes and checkin/checkout was very smooth. The instructions before arrival were great and support during the stay was also timely.

The main flaw in the apartment is the AC system. The AC’s have a central control system that keeps them on only up-to 4 hours. This was really annoying especially that the nights we were there were really hot. You have to wake up sweating and go walk to the central system to turn on. On the first night we barely slept, and the AC was really cold, but the remote wasn’t working. They fixed the remote the next day but the AC is unconfigurable. So you have to keep on switching it off and on through the night. This definitely made our stay a lot less comfortable. If the miserable AC situation is fixed this would be 10/10.

Wonderful location apartment central to all amenities.

Great location. Walkable to grocery stores, restaurants and all attractions including the beach and port. Our few concerns (e.g, initial air conditioning, request for more towels, assistance with washing machine) were professionally and quickly addressed. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Spacious and central apartment in Malaga

The suite is very spacious and clean. It was situated perfect for exploring Malaga and everything could be reached within walking distance. The communication worked good. We recommend the apartment.

The only small misunderstanding was the information about the entry codes - one needs to know the name of the suite - we tried the wrong doors. But Manuel came within 5 min to show the right entrance. Otherwise we were really happy with the room.

Overall it’s a great choice if you visit Malaga.

Large and cosy apartment on a perfect location in the city with very friendly and helpful staff.

The apartment is very large, clean and luxury. Very nice interior design. The location is perfect, 5/10 min walk to the old centre.

The bed was little small, but being Dutch and 1,91 mtr this is for Spanish standards a challenge. It is an old building so it can be noisy when other travelers arrive late in the evening. The street next to the apartment is quite busy with traffic so you can hear the cars driving by on the old pavement.

The location, friendly and communicative staff, interior decoration, great facilities. There are ample supermarkets within a few minutes walk and highly rated restaurants across the street. All the major attractions are within walking distance. If you have a car, you can also find free parking within a 5min walk. A bonus was that during our 2 week stay, the towels and linen were changed 3 times.

Nothing really, only that Friday and Saturday night can get a bit noisy due to the restaurants/nightlife. The walls are also quite thin and so you can hear the neighbours. Other than that, a great place to stay!

Location in walking distance to the centre. However, there is a Kebap Shop on the opposite side of the street (facing the windows) that’s open until late night with the usual nightlife folks having a late night snack... Resulting in some noise.

I can easily highly recommend the apartment

Lovely property with high ceilings, full of light with plenty of space, super clean and nice decor. It had everything we needed: well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and neat shower. Great location: walking distance from everything we visited during our stay in Malaga. Ana, the owner, was extremely friendly and responsive. We were given comprehensive instructions before arrival. The communication via WhatsApp was very fast.

A perfect apartment for two people enjoying a city break.

Great location on the doorstep of the very centre of the city, a property full of character, secure, tastefully furnished and spotless. The managing agents are incredibly helpful and responsive.

There was some unavoidable, intrusive noise from the main doors to the block every time someone entered or left. A more comfortable sofa in the living room would be helpful.

Check in was poorly organized. The host gave us the incorrect codes for both entrances to the apartment. In the end, we had to phone the host, and wait for him to come to the apartment to let us in himself. This was quite inconvenient.
