Pohodová dovolená na sněhu

Čistý, prostorný a nově zařízený apartmán. Klidné místo 5 minut autem od spodní stanice lanovky Mllenium Express.

Lyžárna / kolárna je v samostatné budově vedle. Dveře se nezamykají, kdokoli z ulice tam může vejít. Zřejmě se tam nekrade, ale všechno může být jednou poprvé. Takto nezabezpečené lyže, kolo vám pojišťovna neuhradí... Naštěstí se nic nestalo.

It was generally nice and comfortable but the chalet felt it hadn’t been finished off properly

Good size dining table. Dishwasher. Shower was good and plenty of hot water. Location short drive from ski lift

Lighting was poor/dimly lit especially in bathroom and kitchen area. No radiators to dry gloves. Radiator in bathroom didn’t work. No boot room for ski boots. Bedrooms were very sparse and basic. Only a wardrobe - no dressing table or side tables. Needed more mirrors. Kitchen area very small.

Dobrý den, ,,Poprvé a naposled´´ Vše začalo v den příjezdu, hostitel nám poslal zprávu , že vítá polskou rodinu, která nemá zaplaceno a zda vůbec dorazí. Tímto jsem znejistil a hned ubytování kontaktoval, no chyba se stát mohla, ale hovor začal tím, že mají u této rodiny nějaký problém, ale nás (8 dospělých) vidí v systému taky a ubytování máme zaplaceno bez pobytové taxy. Pokud neuhradíme pobytovou taxu online do 17:00 v den příjezdu tak nás neubytují, tohle jsem slyšel poprvé, nikde a nikdy není podmínkou platit pobytovou taxu předem, stačí zaplatit po příjezdu, třeba na recepci, která má být pro hosty do 17:00 hod, ale omyl, žádná recepce tam není a neexistuje, dejte si na to pozor! Tak nastal další hovor, kdy jsem volal na uvedené číslo a bylo nám řečeno , že pokud nám hlásí navigace příjezd v 17:10 a oni pracují na,, údajné recepci do 17:00´´, nikdo nás čekat nebude! To je krásný přístup co? Takže, vlastně kdyby nám nepřišla matoucí sms, dorazíme na místo v 17:10 a nikdo nás neubytuje a musely bychom hledat ubytování jinde......nicméně pobytovou taxu jsem uhradil online v průběhu jízdy. Neskutečné překvapení ale nastalo po příjezdu na ubytování a vyzvednutí si klíče ve schránce, po odemčení apartmánu jsem se zarazil. Ubytování naprosto odlišné od objednaného apartmánu. Tak tedy další hovor na číslo, bohužel máte co jste si objednal, nejsme už v práci. Celou situaci jsem řešil následující dny přes BOOKING, ten alespoň komunikoval, ale kupodivu s booking zase moc nekomunikoval hostitel, jaká to náhoda! Apartmán jsem nafotil, dle požadavku a poslal na booking, odezva žádná, po několika dnech vyjádření hostitele bookingu, máte co jste si objednal. Měl jsem objednaný apartmán, (velký obývací pokoj spojen s jídelnou a kuchyní, 2 koupelny atd.)... místo toho kuchyň v apartmánu na chodbě, malý obj. pokoj a 1 koupelna.... Požadovaná kompenzace dodnes žádná. Neutrácejte zde za předražené ubytování v neodpovídající ceně a kvalitě služeb.

Really nice and clean chalet in a good location

Everything is new and clean.

Walls are thin, so you can hear everything going on in the chalet. Fortunately, it is located in a quiet place. Second thing - there are too many rules how to leave (clean) the chalet, but there was no information about where to throw the garbage away. Also, you have to separate garbage (plastic, paper, etc.), but there was only one plastic bag for it.

verwarming was niet goed te reguleren. handdoeken wissel na een week zou standaard inbegrepen moeten zijn.

Great location, perfect apartments, friendly staff

Super easy. We received the code at 2pm although the check-in was scheduled for 4pm. The apartment was ready early so we were able to check in ahead of schedule.

Clean, well equipped chalets in Nassfeld

The apartment was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. It had enough space, we had a wonderful time.

There is no supermarket nearby, you have to drive 10 minutes to get to Hermagor. You have to take a bus to the skilifts, but it works well. It is not a cheap accomodation, but very comfortable.

it was far from "deluxe"

- nice living room - good restaurant in the building

- very bad odor from outside: rotting, compost smell when opening the window - only one bathroom and one toilet for 8 people - lack of furniture in the bedrooms: one bed, one cabinet, that's all - be prepared to fill in a lot of unnecessary data in the app before arriving (it took me two hours to get and input all the ID cards' expiry dates, etc) - that could be done by the reception but there is no reception - therefore I had to write e-mails and make transfers every day to the Clofers admin instead of talking to someone and paying by card - one bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds, it is a dormitory without a normal window - it looks over the restaurant garbage - ordering sandwiches through the app did not work, my account was debited but no bakery was delivered in the morning - no shop in the village - no ski room

Nice new apartment with easy check in.

it’s newly build apartment house with free parking. easy communication with reception by WhatsApp. you get pills for washing machine. there is a big storage room inside apartment. we needed baby cot and high chair and got it with small payment.

there is no soup and hand towel in toilet room. you need to give 250€ deposit which is not stated anywhere on booking and is hardly within booking rules.

Perfect stay for our ski holiday, ideal location, lovely accommodation.

Perfect location for our ski holiday. 4 minutes drive to Millennium express. Spacious accommodation for 6 of us (family of 4 plus grandparents). Modern, well equipped house. Great communication from team.

The information regarding the E-charger for electric cars was misleading on the website. There is a public charger in the proximity but is not for free and to charge the car using a wall socket from the chalet was forbidden. We selected this accommodation because we thought that there is a possibility to charge the car for free.

We loved the chalet, modern and cosy furniture in an elegant design and equipped with everything we needed. Very kind and helpful manager of the complex. Great place that we highly recommend!

Wooden house was new, nicely decorated and equipped. Friendly host resolved all our requests. He also gave us guestcard which allowed us free entry to many nice places around. Surrounding mountains are beautiful. Presseggersee is also surprisingly nice for swimming.

Position of house was near the road, although not disturbing and noisy, it ruined experience a little bit. There are lot of flies due to nearby farms, so some mosquito nets would be helpful.

Very nice place to spend a holiday, we would recommend.

Very nice house, spacious and very nicely decorated, modern, functional furniture, cozy, warm atmosphere. Own parking space in front of the house provides full comfort. Kind and friendly hostess, available for all day information and interventions It is very good that was possible to order bred to be delivered at the property.

Absence of supermarket in the area, absence of restaurants and bars in the area, almost one restaurant in Rattendorf! It is really unusual. It is a very strange request to remove bedding from the bed and move it to the ground floor when leaving the building. We've never met this and we don't like it at all. There should be at least one more pedestal per person more since there is also a sauna in the house. No floor towels, no bathroom towel hangers.
