The villa is centrally located within walking distance to various restaurants and tapas bars. You can take a leisurely walk across the road to the huge, open, tidal flatlands where flamingos congregate and storks forage in the shallows, Sancti Petri which is minutes from the villa offers a beautiful beach, sailing, wind-surfing, canoeing and very laidback fish restaurants, or stay home around the pool and BBQ in the privacy of the garden .The beaches are beautiful, natural and very family orientated. The surrounding area is primarily second homes for Spanish families that spend their holidays on the coast. Our family stayed for a week and had a fantastic time. The day we arrived the housekeeper stayed to let us in, as we were late. She brought her grandson to translate as we spoke very little Spanish. Everything was very clean! We enjoyed the beautiful pool everyday, as it was very hot!! We also played billiards and had a lot of fun. We cooked 3 dinners with ease, as there were plenty of pots (and the BBQ), many dishes and glasses, two big cutting boards, and sharp knives! Not every VRBO comes so well equipped. Thank you, Thomas!!

Nothing but high regard for the property and location and the host. Pool was superb, and games facilities were great with the pool table and table tennis. Wifi good and great HD TV. All very clean and modern. Good beds and great bathroom facilities including en-suite. Highly recommended

Nice, very clean villa, location on main road not ideal

Villa was good but location on main road not fantastic. Umbrella by pool broken & needs replacing, plugs in kitchen sink don’t work. Minor points and easily fixed (washing up bowl in sink?). Overall a nice villa & superbly clean when we arrived but wouldn’t be our first choice for location.

Genial

He estado con mi familia, tres parejas y dos niños y la casa es genial, yo diría que incluso mejor que en las fotos. Es muy amplia y cómoda y está muy bien equipada. La zona de jardín es genial, está súper cuidada, tanto el césped como la piscina y el billar y el pin pon ayudan a pasar buenos ratos. La casa estaba muy limpia y tanto la persona que nos recibió como el dueño de la casa muy atentos a lo que pudieramos necesitar.

Una casa muy completa. Hemos estado 4 parejas de amigos y han sido unas vacaciones excelentes. La casa está muy bien equipada, las habitaciones todas tienen aire acondicionado, espaciosas y con lo necesario. La zona de la piscina es muy amplia y se está muy a gusto. Pega el sol todo el día en la piscina. Hay una mesa para comer fuera a la sombra con una buenísima temperatura. La zona es silenciosa, está alejada del centro pero estás con el coche en nada o dando un paseo largo. Una atención excelente por parte de los propietarios. Sin duda, para repetir. Gracias!

La valoracion general es muy buena. A la casa no le falta detalle. Tiene de todo y está todo en muy buen estado. Todas las habitaciones con aire acondicionado, cocina muy completa, un jardin muy amplio y con una piscina que tiene siempre el agua limpísima y a muy buena temperatura. En frente de la casa se encuentran las marismas de chiclana, un espacio ideal para los que nos gusta hacer runinng. En resumen, una experiencia 10.

Goed onderhouden huis met fijn zwembad in een grote tuin. Grote volledig ingerichte keuken, goede bedden, airco. Huis ligt ideaal qua afstand stranden/supermarkt/steden/dorpjes. Auto is zeer sterk aan te raden. Enige minpunt dat het aan een drukke doorgaande weg ligt. Je hebt echter geen last van het geluid, want terras is aan de achterkant en ramen zijn voorzien van dubbel glas.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Haus und in Chiclana

Sehr schönes Haus, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Toller Pool und mit Tischtennis, Fahrrädern und Billard sehr viele Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Klein und Groß! Die Umgebung ist perfekt zum Radfahren, Laufen und Spazierengehen. Der Strand Barrosa ist sehr schön und dort kann man ebenfalls lange am Meer entlang spazieren gehen.

La casa está muy bien, equipada de todo, solo le harían falta en mi opinión unas mosquiteras y cambiar un aspersor de riego del cesped que está junto a la escalera de acceso de la piscina, que está levantado unos 15cm y es peligroso ya que te tropiezas con el frecuentemente. La limpieza en general debe mejorar un poco más. La alfombra del salón yo la quitaría es poco higienica ya que no se limpia en condiciones y los cristales y las ventanas y rejas se ven que no suelen limpiarlas a menudo, por lo demás está todo correcto y no falta de nada. Un detalle a tener en cuenta es la señora que te entrega las llaves es bastante antipática al decirte cualquier detalle. El propietario Tom y la Srta que he estado en contacto con ella que no se su nombre; un encanto de personas, en especial ella que me llamó 2 días antes de nuestra entrada para interesarse por nuestro viaje e incluso me avisó de un radar que hay puesto casi al lado de la casa (en la gasolinera de cepsa). Por lo demás muy contentos de nuestra elección.

Miraculously arrived on time ar Villa to find an 'only Spanish' speaking cleaner to greet us who was in a mad hurry to leave. Villa located on busy busy noisy noisy main road approx 5 kilometres from Chiclana........Villa spotless, but not one map, brochure of local area or folder to help holidaymakers!!!!!!!!!! Well equipped kitchen but absolutely NOTHING to start us off, no salt, no pepper, no milk....NOTHING !!!!!!! Definitely NOT a 'Natures Paradise' as far too noisy. On the plus side there were bikes, table tennis and pool table, which were listed in villa details, sadly unable to recommend this villa

Fantastic Villa in Good Location

This is a really well appointed villa, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The bedrooms all have air con (which was essential in August) and they had duvets! (rather than sheets and blankets). The kitchen is quite small but is modern, clean and had all the cooking and serving equipment we needed. There is also a gas bbq outside which we used a couple of times. The Villa has a wonderful, large pool with a deep end and the garden is really well kept - a pool maintenance man and gardener both came during our stay. The pool table and table tennis table are a real bonus and there are plenty of bikes. The villa is situated in a good location, although on a main busy road. You can walk to a handful of bars and restaurants easily and there are 3 supermarkets less than 5 minutes drive away. The main beach resort is La Barossa which is very lively in the summer and about a 5 minute drive away. The location is great for exploring this beautiful coast - Cadiz and Conil both worth a visit - and you can easily get up to the White Towns too. Tom was really helpful during our stay and had some good tips about the local area and beyond. Our security deposit was returned promptly. We would definitely recommend this villa.

It was a very nice villa! Good area but close to a main road, (so it was quite noisy). Lots of places to eat around, and a short drive to the beach. Villa was in good condition and lovely to stay in. Fantastic pool and great to have the pool table and table tennis. Handy with the BBQ there as well. Overall very nice.

Well kept and very well equipped - particularly the kitchen. A number of supermarkets a short drive away, some cafes a few minutes walk away. A good restaurant (in spite of its name - Popeye) about 10 minutes walk. Access to/from surrounding area is good as the villa is on the main road between Chiclana de la Frontera and Sancti Petri.

Excellent villa with pool close to amenities

Well equipped villa with walled garden,BBQ and excellent pool. Our family of 5 stayed for 2 weeks and enjoyed exploring the area. The wifi and satellite tv came in handy during the heat of the day as did the aircon at night. The bikes proved useful and the local cycle paths are easy and safe to use. A car is essential and Cadiz and Jerez are within 25 mins while Seville and Gibraltar are approx 1hr 20mins. All worth a visit. Happy to recommend this property and the area.

Superb villa

The trip to Chiclana was fantastic, The villa was like a home. comfortable, clean, with everything available including all tv channels. We utilized the push bikes provided to cycle in the beautiful parks. The local bars were very friendly and reasonable and the beach restaurant we went to provided the best seafood we have ever eaten. We can´t wait to return to this perfect holiday destination and specifically to this lovely villa.
